• Monika (9/5): - Чудесно местоположение, в централната част и близо до метро и спирки на автобуси, наоколо има всякакъв тип заведения и магазини. Търсехме базово, но удобно място за нощувка след цял ден обикаляне по забележителности и Hostal del Pez Azul отговори на очакванията ни. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден, имаше топла вода за всички и климатик за горещите дни. Препоръчвам да помислят за осигуряване на кафе машина, ако не във всяка стая, то поне в общата част.

On a street with some cool shops, some bars and restaurants, and close enough to the more touristy areas while being far enough away to not be inundated. In between multiple metro and bus lines that can get you directly to the train stations and museums. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and kept a good place. The building itself is a bit older, with VERY creaky stairs. I felt bad that I was bothering EVERYONE every time I came and went. The door was a bit thin, so I heard folks out in the hallway quite easily.

• M (1/5): Horrible. - Lo único reseñable es la ubicación si te gusta esa zona de ambiente y cerca a Gran Via. La estancia fue muy decepcionante, incómoda y no cumplía con lo anunciado. Elegimos este alojamiento porque indicaba que disponía de ascensor, algo esencial en mi caso por tener un esguince y lesión en tobillo. Sin embargo, el ascensor no estaba disponible, y tuve que subir y bajar a un tercer piso por unas escaleras antiguas e inestables, lo que supuso un problema serio de accesibilidad. Además, había problemas de mantenimiento evidentes, como una gotera en la zona de escaleras que hacía el suelo resbaladizo y peligroso. De hecho, sufrí un resbalón debido a estas condiciones. La situación se agravó por la actitud del alojamiento, que fue muy poco profesional y generó incomodidad durante la estancia para mi y mi familia por el hecho de que presentamos una lógica reclamación. En general, considero que el alojamiento no cumple con unos estándares básicos de seguridad ni con lo anunciado en la reserva y sin entrar aqui en detalles, que el trato al cliente deja mucho que desear. La habitación pequeña, las camas malas, ruidos continuos durante la noche de griferia y caldera. La limpieza correcta. En resumen, el alojamiento no cumple con las condiciones publicadas ni con estándares básicos de seguridad y mantenimiento. No lo recomendaría en absoluto y menos para alojarse en familia.

• Laurent (4/5): Déçu, je ne recommande pas - L'emplacement, prêt de tout dans le centre. L'accueil et la réception. Personnel agréable et poli. C'est propre, ménage fait tous les jours, mais très vieillot. Retour dans les 70's. Chambre sur cour. Donc pas de bruit de l'extérieur. Ce n' est pas un hôtel, mais un appartement qui loue des chambres. La chambre ne fait pas 12M2, et ne correspond pas aux photos. La climatisation est très bruyante, impossible de la laisser allumée pour chauffer la piece, sinon on ne peut pas dormir. Elle dysfonctionne, les tuyaux se mettent en vibration et cognent de partout, donc un froid intense pour dormir et se doucher. Il faut payer 1 euro pour le coffre fort à chaque fois qu'on l'ouvre. Insonorisation zero, les voisins sont avec vous. La salle de bain est extra petite, minuscule. Un WC a été glissé entre la baignoire et le mur (Demi baignoire. Mini baignoire, c'est une douche avec des parois hautes), c'est quasi impossible de t'asseoir à moins de faire 60kgs. Configuration de la SDB à revoir. DVD et lecteur cd ne sont pas dans la chambre, mais aussi pas de sèche-cheveux et de bouilloire et ça c'est plus gênant, mais c'est indiqué dans le descriptif de la chambre. Du fait que tout est placé dans un espace très réduit, le lit et le bureau empêchent d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre pour aérer le matin, en poussant un peu tout c'est possible.

• Valentina Alessia (9/5): Ottimo alloggio per single o coppie per esplorare qualche giorno la città - Piccolo alloggio in posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Madrid! La stanza era molto piccola ma perfetta per una persona, molto pulita e con tutto il necessario. Il bagno e in generale la stanza erano molto puliti. I proprietari sono stati molto comprensivi e non mi hanno addebitato un ulteriore costo per un late check out (pensavo fosse alle 2 del pomeriggio, invece era alle 12) Il wifi, pur essendo disponibile non funziona e in generale la connessione ad internet è quasi assente all'interno del palazzo. Le stanze hanno pareti molto sottili quindi si sentono i rumori del corridoio e delle stanze vicine, ma non troppo.
