• Andreas275 (1/5): Betrug - kann ich nicht beurteilen wurde in der Nacht meines Abfluges ausgebucht Ich fühle mich belogen. In der Nacht vor den Abflug aus- und umgebucht wegen Renovierungsarbeiten. Bei der Rezeption erfahre ich dann das das Hotel nicht geschlossen ist.
• Alfie (10/5): Awesome stay in Singapore - The bed was nice, the curtain offered good privacy. The staff were very friendly. The building itself was cool, attached to a cafe. Right next to Chinatown. Free breakfast 👌cool wristbands to access rooms and lockers The showers were wet rooms with toilets in them, which were themselves fine, but they had this frosted glass that was pretty revealing, and there was a mirror opposite them making it doubly visible. Not a big deal just a bit weird. Could maybe put some window film over a section of the door?

• Oliver (4/5): - Furchtbare Unterkunft. Chic, aber alles laut hier. Besonders die nervigen elektronischen Schlösser für das persönliche Gepäck. Die Piss-, Dusch- und Wassergeräusche der einzigen Dusche und des WCs, das unmittelbar offen an den Schlafraum grenzt, waren extrem laut. Durchgehend nasser Dusch und unhygienischer ekliger Toilettenraum. Ein später Checkin bis 2.07 Uhr morgens ist hier offensichtlich möglich und üblich. Von ca 0.30 Uhr bis morgens 2.07 Uhr haben 6 Gäste eingecheckt, die alle vor dem Schlafen gehen hintereinander noch duschen wollten Ein Schlaf bis 3 Uhr war für mich nicht möglich, Toll wenn man früh morgens einen Flieger hat und extrem früh raus muss. Chic Capsule Otel was under renovation and I got message couple days before that my accommodation was changed Bohemian. That place would also need some renovation. My personal tv didn't work and there was mould on the shower booths.

• EN-CHEN (10/5): 性價比很高 - 早餐到另一家波西米亞旅館享用自助吧，有吐司及各樣抹醬，還有牛奶及穀片，非常飽足。我住女性專房，有16床，但每天平均6床進駐，寧靜、舒適及交通便捷，性價比很高，因此，決定續租。連續住5個晚上，每天房價都不同，要付現金，44-38新幣/天，不能刷卡。若要洗烘衣要另外付費，也可以選擇去外面的自助洗衣店投幣。

• James (5/5): Not bad (ex no aircon), but little changes would make it so much better - Great neighborhood. I ate most of my meals at one of the stalls in the Chinatown Complex or across the road at Pearl Plaza. Capsule beds are large and comfortable, with a large and small light, and a large locker space (with a supplied digital lock) under the bed. A small but friendly common space in the hallway where I met and talked with other guests. When I was there, the aircon in the dorm room was not working, resulting in several nights of poor sleep, since there's no fan or other way of moving air around. Staff said they kept telling the owner, but nothing was done during my 4-night stay to fix it. A few little additions could make this place much better: There is no room light in the dorm room, so it can be hard to see what's in your locker without using a flashlight. Only one WC/shower for 16 beds, unless you know about the ones upstairs, which was never mentioned to me, but I knew about them from my previous visit. The speaker in the lobby was playing the same 10 instrumental songs over and over and over again. Was truly annoying, even though one of them is one of my favorite Chinese songs (第一次愛的人 by Cyndi Wang). Would be helpful to have shelves at the upstairs sinks to place your stuff.

Habitación cómoda, cama agradable en una capsula con televisor y cortina para hacerlo más personal y privado. Contaba con lockers en la habitación y podías dejar tu comida en el refrigerador al lado de recepción. Habitación y baños limpios. Desayuno incluido. Cercano al metro (dos cuadras) que hace que llegues más directo desde el aeropuerto o vayas a los principales lugares sin tanto lío. Cercano a restaurantes, pubs, supermercados y centros comerciales. A una cuadra del mercado de chinatown y a templos. Solo contaba con 3 baños en el segundo piso.

• Stan (9/5): - The best part of the hostel is the friendly staff...During the day, "Jay' is awesome, always cheerful and willing to give a helpful hand. The nigh time check-in guy is also fantastic, calm and ever willing to help. Any issue is resolved fast!! Also like the location quite a bit! Overall hostel provides a fantastic experience.

They let me keep food in their fridge . The room I stayed in (the all female dormitory) was completely dark. Only each bed had a lamp. It was incredibly difficult to see my possessions.

AC wasn't cooling in ladies only room, advertised awesome tvs would not link to wifi to be awesome, no blankets or top sheet provided, safe locks were tough to get to work so lots of ladies just left stuff out on floors etc.. bathroom in room has no sink, no shelves etc... unisex bathroom had 2 sinks nowhere to sit toiletries, a separate counter with mirror would be great so ppl can wash hands without waiting for ppl doing hair or makeup No changing room.. if using shower floors always wet so you can't dress. Lots can be improved upon.
• Ching Chieh (8/5): 地點方便的便宜好選擇 - 地點非常方便，就在牛車水地鐵附近3分鐘的路程，對於要去鄰近的景點來說是很理想的位置，一旁都是中式餐廳，住宿早餐的部分需到門口斜前方的另一家旅社一樓用餐，基本麵包果醬和麥片牛奶 房間床很舒服，冷氣舒適，一樓大廳提供寄放行李(check out後可繼續放)，有舒服的沙發椅和免費的飲用水 服務人員親切，有的會說中文，有的中文不太流利需英文溝通 衛浴空間裡淋浴和馬桶共處一間，晚上不太明亮的日光燈顯得昏暗，溼氣重且黏膩，不太乾淨的感覺 床前電視的遙控器打不開電視，去櫃檯詢問說直接拿同房其他未使用床上的遙控器來試，換了一隻雖然可以開但又發生按鈕常常沒反應的問題，另外頭戴式耳機一開始也沒具體說清楚實際要怎麼接上電視(連接線孔壓在電視後面所以找不到)，後來詢問櫃檯成功接上後卻沒有聲音，一連串試下來一來時間晚了，二來去櫃檯多次還要再從三樓上舖下到一樓穿鞋去櫃台詢問整個耐心耗盡就直接放棄作罷，建議店家把自家主打的電視部分技術問題處理好

• Sara (6/5): Bed bugs - Romms are fine but toilets are not cleaned I got bed bugs from this hostel. Contacted the property several times and no answer from them. So they’re only nice before you make the payment. Bed bugs are no joke and this people dont even reply. Be careful if staying here check the mattress before.

• Olga (3/5): - Girl from staff was friendly. Good location, situated in a nice street, very central, walking distance to lots of attractions. The style with the TV in your "capsule" is cool. The dorm: upper bed very inconvenient to reach, especially if you have luggage. No general light in the room, I couldn't see sh** while packing/unpacking etc. Uncomfortable bed, directly under AC, it was freezing and blanket too thin. The whole bedding seemed a bit "off", not very clean. Bathroom in first floor was disgusting and also very inconvenient to do anything in there. Sink to brush your teeth, look in the mirror etc was outside room and detached from bathroom. Overall it was super inconvenient staying there.
• Kim (7/5): Great location to discover Singapore - Amazing staff! Really going beyond to make all the guest happy. The location is perfect to explore Singapore with a lot of food options just around the corner. A lot of drunk guest that stay out till very early morning to sing karaoke and getting drunk. Also the bathroom could be cleaned a little bit more often.

Nice to have a personal TV connected to YouTube and Netflix The beds are comfy The dormitory was really dark. The cleaning need to be improved a lot, as they are a lot of hair in the shower In the female dormitory: the only shower is within the there is not lavatory to wash your hands or your teeth so you need to go to the common area with men. The lockers are under the bed but are difficult to use and make bipping noise when you enter your code, so it can wake you up during the night of someone try to retrieve their things. A man working in the hostel was barging in the female dormitory whenever he wants and was talking way too loud. Advise: bring your own towels as the one provided isn't clean (found some long hair on mine). Also bring if you can a thin blanket as the yellow blanket given by the hostel is disgusting.

• KOON JIAT (10/5): Convenient and homely. - Have been staying here many times for work. The beds are comfy and the room cozy and spacious. Breakfast is great! Their staffs are very helpful and the toilets are all very clean. Shower heat stays consistent. Superb location for food and the MRT is just steps away. The shower pressure might get a little low when everyone's using the showers, toilets, and sinks all at the same time. Overall not a big deal as it's all good after a short while.

• GLENN.T (2/5): stayed here for the formula 1 weekend , which was the cheapest place, avoid otherwise - --bathroom/toilets were ok --staff showed me where my bunk was --the guy at late night was very friendly and told my about some light shows and gave great directions and recommendations for nearby food --room was 36 degrees with one air conditioning unit, the big room i was in had 20 beds i think , my bed had a current made from a throw, so it was ;like a woolen blanket , no windows no air circulation just one air con unit, was too warm, thankfully i had my own mini fan for my bunk. --lockers under bed dont lock properly and some can be opened just by lifting the door slightly, -- bed had a long black hair on it when i arrived, as i saw the place i wasnt bothered saying anything as staff seemed less responsive to any conversation other than showing you your bunk and where the toilets were. --room was very noisy

• Eddie (7/5): Use credit card will be charged extra 3% fee. - Location is pretty good. Staff is friendly. 1. Hostel should mention that If you want to PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, THERE IS AN EXTRA 3% FEE WILL BE ADDED ON. So in another way, they accpet cards, but you will pay extra fee. 2. There is only 1 toilet on the ground floor room. If it's occupied, there are 3 more on the 1st floor. If it's in the rush hour, you might have to wait. The toilet/shower on the 1st floor uses frosted glass for compartments. If you do care about privacy, this is not the hostel you should book.

• kam shiew (8/5): - It is located at the Chinatown. Very convenient for food and shopping. MRT is closed by and easy for travelling. Blanket and towel not at the bed when check in. Staff said will bring now but nothing happen till I reminded her. The pillow need to be upgraded as it is too soft and when lie down, the head is almost level with the bed as if no pillow is under the head.

The staff was very helpful & friendly -Only one small bathroom shared for 10+ people (it was clean but not at night) -No mirror or sink you have to brush at other dorm washroom -No elevator (be ready to carry your luggage up)
• Mei (7/5): Overall, while the service and location were great, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness and linen qu - The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the area. On the positive side, the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness and quality of the bedding left much to be desired. The sheets had visible stains and felt old and dirty. Additionally, the towels had a strong, unpleasant odor, which was off-putting. The blanket was also quite old and of poor quality, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

• Piotr (10/5): - Pobyt w był naprawdę udany! Pokój był komfortowy i czysty, a personel wyjątkowo przyjazny i pomocny. Lokalizacja jest idealna, z łatwym dostępem do głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Polecam.
• Cleona (7/5): - The location was so close to the China town MRT and right next to Chinatown itself, which meant good eats on a budget! Staff was very welcoming and helpful! The common bathroom always had an unpleasant odour.
