• Star (7/5): Meh - It was within walking distance of food. It was clean but the smell in the room was very very strong of cleaners. Parking was good. Towels were to small. Heat in the room sucked. We set it to 76 because it was so cold in the room and it never seemed to warm enough to get comfortable. Desk person had zero conversation with us beyond what he had to and the smell was horrible in the office (from their food). The pillows were flat and need replaced. The pictures in the ads definitely look better than the actual place as it is a little old and could use some TLC.

• Amy (4/5): - I booked a non smoking room but i think i got the only smoking room on the property. The room absolutely reeked but after traveling all day alone with a 4 year old and him being asleep when i got there i was absolutely too exhausted to go back down to the lobby. The shower didn't drain and it was actually terrifying in there. Would not have showered unless i absolutely had to. The sheets were clean though, i will give them that.

I gather it was because I made the first reservation through some booking agency, but I felt kind of trapped into that higher rate on the second day and that was annoying.

• Sarah (2/5): - The person who checked me in barely spoke to me and didn't look at me at all. Got to the room to fine 2 broken beds (sagging in the middle and down one side). There were huge daddy longleg spiders in 2 corners and I killed a 3rd spider on the wall. We left immediately. Didn't check out, didn't stay the night. I knew there was no chance that another room would be cleaner or that I'd get a refund.

• Sheila (8/5): - It's very simple. The beds are not as comfy as would like but for the price and purpose I was grateful. The gentleman up front was very kind. He gave me my room that was still being cleaned and instead of making me wait he gave me a different room.

• Lance (7/5): I'd go back. - When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation. This has happened once before using your service, in Sacramento. After they unsuccessfully attempted to reach someone via phone or online, I suggested that they simple rent me a room as they had vacancies. End of problem. Only the fact that they had no record of my reservation. Otherwise, the facilities were quite nice and my stay was comfortable.
• Allison (5/5): Overpriced for a bare bones motel. - Walking distance to downtown shops and dining. Beds were comfortable enough for a motel. AC worked well, even if it rattled. Staff accommodated our request for a top floor room. There were ants in the room, mold in the bathroom. The mini fridge made super loud popping sounds - I ended up just unplugging it at 1am. Everything was kinda dated. This is a very bare bones motel experience, which is fine if that’s all you need, but it’s definitely not worth $175 per night. My recommendation would be to drive the extra few miles and stay somewhere nicer and newer in Wilsonville for an additional $20.

• Cherie (7/5): A quick overnight stay for a local concert. - Motel six gets a bad rap, but I walked in the room and it was clean and spacious. Everything that I needed. When I checked in the man at the front counter, did not know English very well. We are in America, everyone should learn English.

• Soniicorona (3/5): Terrible client service from staff - The location was great! It was close to several restaurants, department stores, pharmacy, even pet clinics. And just minutes walk from downtown. The staff was the rudest I have experienced at any hotel I've been to. Upon check-in, the lady argumentatively and loudly told us we went in the wrong way. She said we went through a private entrance, I explained we did not realize, as we are new and the gate was wide open. She continued to loudly say it is still a private entrance and was extremely unpleasant about it. Once in our room, the neighbors were so loud all night, we even called the front desk about it but nothing was done. We couldn't sleep all night because of it. On top of that, the bed itself was very uncomfortable, you could feel each spring on your body. The pillows were extremely flat, and the sheets were itchy. The room itself was cleaned well, but even the towels were stiff and uncomfortable to use.

• Penny (1/5): Don't go there! - Historically, I have had great stays with Motel 6. This one was awful. The only good thing is the location. This Motel 6 was awful. There was a really strong smell of cleaner, plus a very strong acrid smell that made me very ill and I only stayed one night. (My symptoms were comparable to meth exposure). I was so sick that I had to cancel my plans and go home (a 5 hour drive). Additionally, as soon as the Motel 6 staff processed my credit card, I started receiving fraudulent charges on my account. I locked the card, then canceled it as I had eight fraudulent charges immediately after the Motel 6 charge. So there is either something nefarious going on there or their system has no security and has been hacked.

Easyaccess to 2nd floor by stairs. We could hear our neighbors very clearly thru the wall tho, so pretty thin walls. And the lobby door was locked one morning when we tried to go in for coffee.
• Elizabeth M (8/5): Motel 6, Canby, Oregon - Room 116. Super large room with one king size bed. Lots of room to move around and table with two chairs!! Fridge and microwave. Bathroom with tub shower with grab bars, sink, and counterspace, a separate holding area just outside the bathroom, then a separate meal prep area, with a sink,, rarely found in a value hotel room. Would definitely stay again! No breakfast. But coffee is available. Shampoo and hairdryer upon request.

Anytime I’ve used hotels.com at other places and there was any concerns, the hotels will send a message through the app. They should have contacted me in a timely manner and said I’m sorry but there was a mistake, but we have no rooms available.

Room needed maintenance to the curtains, trimwork and the non smoking room smelled of smoke. Also key cards had to be reset twice. Will look for alternative options for future stays.

She assigned me a room with the view of the door completely blocked by a brick wall (safety concern for any woman) and only gave me 1 of the 2 key cards she made for the room (again, big safety concern). Room reeks of air freshener and the inside of the door is all scratched up, so I'm guessing there's been a large dog staying here. Would not stay there again, no matter the price.

The room was pretty run down, needs a fresh paint job and/or some deep cleaning of walls and trim and ceilings.. Zero amenities.
