• Waits (6/5): I wouldn't stay there again. - No breakfast. They only had waffles toast and cereal that I saw. The bed was as hard as a rock.

• Bilski (10/5): Overall it’s a nice motel with friendly staff - The bedding and bed was comfortable. The room was clean and smelled clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. I wish there were better soaps for showering and washing hands in the rooms with makeup remover towelettes.

• Sarah (2/5): Find somewhere else to stay - Floors and counters appeared clean Shower head and curtain were disgusting and not great water pressure. There was a noticeable odor that was unpleasant. Not sure if it was just because it’s an old building or something else. Bedding and sheets were 100% polyester so sleeping was very hot. Hair dryer only worked on low. Not worth $170 for a two night stay.

Bad shower heads. - It was clean and the staff was very nice The mattress was HORRENDOUSLY hard, creepy, and uncomfortable and the shower heads are VERY outdated. When you go to a hotel the main thing is you want a good night sleep and a good shower because of either traveling all day or doing whatever you’re doing we were at the Ren fest and we were dirty because dust being kicked up and we were very tired from a long day And this hotel lacks a good bed and a good shower. It was sadly a very uncomfortable stay.

• LAURA (8/5): Un sitio bien ubicado a precio accesible. - Me encanta que el hotel esta ubicado centrico, muy cerca encuentras sitios de comida, farmacias, etc. La habitacion es comoda para la familia a un precio justo. Pienso regresar en proxima ocasion. Lo que no me gusto es que la habitacion no esta ventilada, no hay ventanas para abrir. Al entrar hay una olor a humedad o a cosas guardadas, tuve que mantener la puerta abierta los 2 dias como 15 minutos para que se disipara dicho olor.

• Janet (6/5): - The room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was very slippery, but the one thing that stopped us from giving a higher rating is that we could not use the refrigerator. There was a foul smell in it that smelled of something rotten.

• JoAnna (10/5): - The rooms were very quiet and spotless—yes, I’m that person who checks mirrors and behind furniture, and this room was completely dust-free. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows are a bit thin but still okay, and the A/C worked perfectly. We had zero complaints during our stay. We didn’t try the breakfast since McDonald’s is within walking distance, but overall, everything inside was great. The only small improvements I’d suggest are some updates to the exterior, like landscaping and a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. The outside needs updating/facelift.

• Ginger (2/5): It is old and it shows. - Internet connection was strong The furniture was so old and filthy it needs to be replaced. I would not sit in the chairs! The bathroom smelled so strongly of Clorox that it took my breath away. Overall the facility is very old and needs to be gutted.

• Crystal (4/5): - The housekeeper was cleaning the top floor and threw water on the top of my truck that was parked under her. The management didn’t do anything about it, but that it was no big deal. The sheets in the rooms felt like they had not been changed up under the sheet between the top sheet and fitted felt crumbs. Look like the pillow covers had been slept on the sheets smelled sour. The room smelled like mildew, but the shower was the best thing of my whole day. The continental breakfast in the morning was less than horrible with limited selections and super small dining area. The Family lives at the hotel so that tells you what you’re dealing with I would not recommend this establishment

Es gab Toast und Butter, aber keinen weiteren Aufstrich oder ähnliches. Kein Wasser, nur eine Sorte Saft und Kaffee. Wasser und Softdrinks konnte man käuflich erwerben. Zwei Sorten Cornflakes. Das Beste waren die Waffeln, die man sich selbst zubereiten konnte. - Leider habe ich Käfer im Bad entdeckt. - Das Leitungswasser riecht stark chlorhaltig.

• Nancy (6/5): Good for the money - Obviously this is not a 5 star resort but for the money, it was fine. The staff was polite. The room was very clean, but outdated. Contrary to what the website says, the only hot tub is apparently in one of the private suites but all the ground floor units appear to be handicap accessible but I'm not sure about bathtubs and things like that. There is a small pool which was very nice. It was very clean and it apparently was brand new as far as resurfacing and tile will work. And although it's not technically a continental breakfast, they had the typical free breakfast. I think there was cereal orange juice, some fruit, some toast, a Waffle maker and coffee. As with any hotel, you can hear the people in the other room, if they're too loud, there is a train that goes by. I did not see any Golf course. Early Monday morning ,the garbage trucks come and they are very, very loud, but other than that, it was pleasant.

Towels had stains and were the same kind of towels I’d use to dry my car… kind of a hilarious experience I won’t forget

• Jeffrey (2/5): - For one, there is NOT a hot tub like advertised. This was one of the main reasons I chose this location. Secondly, the "breakfast" was nothing more than a waffle maker and a toaster. The bed was worse than sleeping on the floor. There were very unwelcoming guests hanging out in the parking lot deep into the night. Lastly, the walls are so thin that I couldn't go to sleep until the neighbor turned their tv off. I will never return, and i highly recommend anyone to sleep in theor car before booking a night here.

• Kerrie (4/5): Just gross - Our stay was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty. On the walls behind the door in the bathroom had brown stuff smeared on the walls. Was really gross. My two teen girls walked outside and immediately there were men trying to talk to them. I went out directly and brought them in. It was just really uncomfortable. The beds are horrible and the pillows are pancakes.

• Rds7890 (6/5): Better than I expected. - The property was clean and decently maintained. It was better than I expected from a small motel in Magnolia Texas. Definitely a good place to stay for those attending the Texas Renaissance Festival.
• Robin (4/5): Very uncomfortable and not worth the price. It did not meet the ratings given. - The breakfast was meager. I did not eat there. ☹️ The linens were not clean. The place and furniture were old and all scratched up. There were roaches everywhere. I left as soon as I could.

The breakfast area looked like more of an afterthought, and was barely large enough to seat a single family. Fine, we did not choose the place for their breakfast. We chose it for it's location and price. For that, it was great, and we would be happy to stay there again.
• feliciak399 (2/5): Roaches and Disrespectful management, do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. - If you want to go to a place crawling with roaches; even in its breakfast bar… yes baby roaches were crawling all on the milk container (there’s been other that complained of this) go. IF you want to go to a place that the property management is utterly DISRESPECTFUL to guests, go here. If you want to be woken up at any hour of the night because of other tenants being loud and the on property staff do not care, go here. You cannot attempt to check out and get your money back that you have already paid into the place because the non refundable policy starts the day BEFORE you check in. So if you get there and it’s utterly and unreasonably gross, you’re messed over out of the money paid. When you are traveling on a strict budget and cannot just afford to go find another place to stay after paying about $200 you are for better lack of terms, SOL. I took pictures of how the room looked when we arrived and spoke with the lady at the front who then “took” pictures of my phone with the way the bathroom was left from the previous tenant. There appeared to have a LARGE hole caused by the door knob in the bathroom, blood stains or bodily fluids like feces on the wall, mat in the tub was filthy/moldy. It was reported and expected to come get cleaned. Yea, NOPE. The woman at the desk eagerly showed myself and my young son the DRIVERS LICENSE with full details showing of the previous tenant of that room. I believe that’s some sort of violation in of itself. Nonetheless, the never cleaned the room not once while we were there, I opened the door a few time to let them know they could come in and do it if they needed. They just passed us along. To get clean towels was a struggle too. The mini fridge didn’t keep the food cool or cold. So I lost food because of that. When I reached out to speak with management because of the non refundable policy and voice my concerns the guy on the phone was absolutely belittling, condescending, disrespectful and even yelled at me about the situation told me that I used his space but also that he wouldn’t refund what was already paid to them at check in, so what else was I going to to? You’re not going to know there’s a pest problem until you checked in.. I would have left night one but with a non refundable policy (even after showing the concerns at hand, they tell you, oh well you don’t get your money back) essentially you are stuck to have to use their facility. They claim the pool was open and available but it was disgusting and I highly doubt it’s been cleaned any a while. No one was even using it. I had roaches in my room and had to put all my belongings higher up and purchase new tooth brushes and toothpaste because I was grossed out with knowing that our dental hygiene items were touched by roaches. Save your time, and money and go somewhere else, this place is not worth it or the headache to deal with the management. Ha try to request to speak with the owner, you’ll be told it’s an old man living in India who is technology illiterate and can’t communicate with anyone but the property manager. I find it hard to believe that the owner of a business would make themselves that hard to reach out to with these kind of concerns. And by reading other reviews now, I know I’m not the only one that’s been mistreated by its property management.
