Caitlin (9/5): Came for my best friend's birthday, stayed in the best hotel in Ulysses, and left rested. - I LOVED the bed, and the shower!! I want to inquire on what type of mattress you had for the King Size bed, because it was the best sleep I had in months!! The water pressure was great, and was totally unprepared how soft the water was! I will definitely be staying here again, when I come back to Ulysses in the future. The food was even decent in the morning! What you'd expect from a small town hotel. With that being said, for a small town hotel, it's way better than you'd expect! The room was nice and cool when we checked in, the AC was quiet enough to sleep, but still provided the white noise I needed to sleep. If I was to stay there for a week, the room had everything I needed. A mini fridge with a small freezer section, a microwave, a mini Keurig coffee maker, and even an ironing board & iron (not all hotels have them anymore). The temperature gage in the mini fridge was broken, so that was a tad difficult to adjust, and the TV would turn itself off and on, whether we were changing the channel, or just trying to watch TV. That's it. 🫶🏻

Jennifer (10/5): Nice hotel - Nice clean room. The staff was friendly. There was several people staying there but it was quiet. Nice hot breakfast. Comfortable beds. Towels are a little on the thin side. Pillows need to be replaced. One pillow was hard and the other was soft. Both were a little flat.
Gary (9/5): Clean comfortable room with daily housekeeping, friendly staff - Room was clean, roomy, with comfortable bed, desk, fridge and microwave. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Daily housekeeping was provided, front desk staff were helpful. The only drawback to the stay was that our room was next to an outside entrance. Each time the door closed, things in the room jarred.

Terri (9/5): Good value, clean, comfortable. - Location was good on the east side of town with a Mexican restaurant that I walked to across the parking lot. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit hard for my liking. Room was clean and had plenty of space in the King room. I particularly loved the recliner for relaxing after a long drive. Nice selection for a good hot breakfast.

Room door was difficult to open, required excessive force to turn handle after electronic key swipe. Ice machine at my end of the building had been out for over a week. I know this for a fact since I stayed here 8 days earlier.

Nigel (7/5): Nice clean comfy hotel, breakfast typical for lower end of the market American hotel, expect better for $120 a night. - Fairly quiet, clean room, comfortable bed. Noisy airconditioning so had to turn it off to sleep luckily didn’t get too hot. Breakfast, nothing fresh except some fruit, everything else wrapped in plastic, even the cereal was in little plastic individual tubs, which you needed 3 of to fill a normal small bowl.

The shower curtains weren't long enough to cover the shower so water leaked on the floor. The fan was the refrigerator started squealing in the night and sound like an alarm clock.

But the gentleman man and the counter got a different room that was much better but could not change the fee even though we downgraded from a suite to a regular double room, but at least it was clean. Not the cleanest in the world and breakfast was not that great

Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control we eventually were moved to another room without any issues. No matter what our requests, the staff was always happy to help and provide.

William (8/5): Nice place but spotty front desk staff - The Hotel was well taken care of very clean. The room was spacious and we really liked the decor. The bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights. The first day there the breakfast provided was plentiful, with full plasticware and the front desk personnel were friendly. They second morning at breakfast was not so great. The front desk personnel was a person probably in his late teens early 20s and did not look up from the computer the whole time we were there. Barely acknowledged us. There was only plastic knives available to eat with and about 4 sausage patties . There was still almost an hour left for breakfast service. We would recommend this Hotel. It was very reasonable for the quality.
