• Michael (10/5): 100% great stays - This hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff you will ever find. Some of the staff are locals who grew up in Lake Jackson. The breakfast is fantastic and there is a Bucee's up the street to walk to. We have stayed here for multiple days on multiple occasions. Hotel is very clean. Everything was excellent.

She went above and beyond to serve! I am now a loyal customer!! Give her a big raise! Other hotels have paled in comparison. La Quinta, Comfort Suites were not a great experience. Slso, everything was super clean so kudos also to the housekeeping staff! God bless Best Western, and especially, Debbie.

• laurieg2322 (10/5): Great place to stay. Clean and quiet! - This is the second time staying here but this time was with pets. We enjoyed our stay both times. The hotel is super clean and staff are very friendly. Our pet room was awesome. There was a mat with a food dish and water bowl. There are also small rugs next the bed and a dog treat. There is a Buc-ee’s nearby and there are food and shopping options not too far. We will definitely be visiting again. It was $40 for the pet fee.

• Hinson (1/5): Will not be staying at Best Western again, regardless if I am traveling with my pet or not. - It was clean That because my dog was left unattended in a kennel for a few hours. I paid to have the pet room, I’m not sure why it’s a crime to leave him for a few hours. He didn’t tear anything up, I shouldn’t be charged an extra fee for it.

• Larry (10/5): Clean and comfortable - The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed. I liked the eco friendly soaps and shampoo and towels were generous size. We went to the free breakfast toward the end of serving time but the friendly staff made sure we had what we wanted. We didn't use the small outdoor pool, but the outdoor shaded cabana area was very nice and the workout room was also in good condition. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were were returning from travelling to see my Father. While there we stayed in Lake Jackson at the Best Western Inn and Suites Plus and had a wonderful time.Heading Home we decided to stay at the Best Western Executive Inn. We will never stay there again. It is not good when one person can ruin a nights stay.

• Billy (6/5): - Cons: I booked the room about 4 weeks before my 4 night stay. Being over 70 years old, I asked for a ground floor room. I got a top floor, 100 feet down the hallway room. Several of the desk clerks were new and apparently untrained. They were no help. Got into the room and found that unlike the website photo, there was no bathtub. The safe didn't work and I was told that a maintenance person would be in to fix it the next morning. It was never repaired. The microwave and fridge are tiny. The exhaust fan in the bathroom worked sporadically. Pros: The property is beautiful. It appears to be relatively new and well kept. Except for the front desk, the other staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar was very good and menu changed up each day that I was there. Takeaway: I expected more since Best Western Suites are more expensive than other "apples for apples" Suite providers. At $160 per night after taxes and fees, I don't think that the price matches the accommodations I don't see myself staying with Best Western again.

My complaints are that the AC was loud every time it turned on and that the road noise was extremely loud. I booked because of the good reviews, despite the higher price, but it was closer to the freeway than most of the nearby hotels.The hotel didn’t seem very full and I think they should have placed customers in off road facing rooms.

We were offered privacy and comfort after spending the whole day at the beach which is conveniently within 20 miles from this location. However, the elevator in this establishment was unacceptable. It is too slow and the door closes on you too soon as it closed on my handicapped wife causing her cane to catch and making her fall on the floor. Also, the pool is too small for enjoyment. We are a family of five and you really can't fit many more people in it.
