SUGIAKI (8/5): - 最南端、最西端の温泉は、清潔、綺麗で広さもあり、ステキな温泉でした。湿度が高い南国で温泉に入れるのは、とてもありがたいです。部屋はとても広く、南国リゾート感を味わえる満足できるホテルでした。周辺、夜、徒歩でいける飲食店は１店くらいです。

masaki (8/5): - テラス付き別棟のアネックスは、清潔で快適。西表島温泉は天然温泉で、設備も充実しており大自然が素晴らしい。現在、羽蟻が多い為露天風呂は閉鎖されています。

Coleman (6/5): - La Teada is a beautiful resort, our room had clearly been remodeled not so long ago and was quite clean comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The resort grounds were also very natural and beautiful. The bath house was also wonderful. On the negative side, I was sad we couldn't see more of the ocean from our room. Also, the resort is extremely stingy with their facial tissues. The tissues in the room were so small, they were difficult to use, like one regular-sized tissue cut into thirds! In all my travels throughout the world, never have I seen such tiny tissues. Plus there was only one box, so we had to share between the bathroom and bedside. Then in the dining room, for breakfast the first morning, there were no tissues and no wet tissues, either. After that, only wet tissues. They were also rather stingy with the breakfast buffet, considering that in that entire area, there was no place else to eat. Both the variety and quantity of food was skimpy. The worst issue for me, though, was the requirement to make day before reservations for breakfast--a buffet requiring reservations?

Junko (8/5): - コロナ対策は完璧に行われていたように思いますが、タオル交換までゲストに行わせるのは、コロナ対策というよりも人件費節約の為にゲストにタオルを運ばせているように感じました。スタッフが客室に入り、タオル交換することすら危険と判断しているのであれば、全館閉館との判断にはならないのでしょうか。
Yauko (8/5): - 周りが静かで、ゆっくり出来たので、たのしか過ごせました。庭にはヤギがいたり、星空を見ながら入れる露天風呂があるのが、とても素晴らしいです。海を見ながら食べる朝食もとても美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。
Verified traveler (8/5): 日本最南端の温泉有り! - 西表島の南玄関・大原港から送迎車で5-6分。本格的なリゾートを望む人には期待外れになると思いますが、のんびりと過ごせると思います。日本最南端の温泉は、優しい泉質で、ハイビスカスを見ながらの露天風呂は期待以上でした。ただ、夜22時まで、朝は7時からとオープン時間が短いのが非常に残念でした。
KAZUKO (10/5): - 石垣島に4連泊するつもりでしたが到着日は西表島で1泊することになり利用しました。ホテルの無料送迎を元々お願いしていましたが、大原港に予定より1時間以上早く到着しました。港で時間を潰す場所も無くホテルに電話してみたら快くすぐに迎えに来て下さいました。受付けの方は研修中の名札を付けていらっしゃいましたが丁寧かつ親切な対応をして下さいました。メイン棟の3階のお部屋に宿泊しました。建物の造りは古そうでしたがお部屋は広く清潔感があり二方面に窓がありオーシャンビューで眺めもとても良かったです。ホテルでレンタル自転車（1時間300円）を借りて「忘勿石」（わすれないし）と言う史跡のある浜までサイクリングをしました。1時間で往復するのにちょうど良い距離でした。ホテル近くにコンビニはありません。ホテルの売店のみ。8時？か9時には閉まってしまいまうみたいです。スパ（温泉施設）が有るのが良かったです。サウナが無いのが少しだけ物足らなかったです。朝食（1人盛りのお膳）も豪華で大満足でした。

Verified traveler (8/5): - スタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーでよかったです。カーテンを開けると周囲の部屋から丸見えだったのが残念。外でくつろげるスペースが欲しかったです。温泉があるのはとても良いし、ジャングルを見ながら露天風呂に入れるのは非常にいいのですが、1800円は高いかなと。値段を下げれば利用者増えそうなのに、立地的に維持費が大変なのかな。部屋はとても広く天井が高くてよかったです。立地的に、海のアクティビティをしようとするとここまで送迎がきていないことが大半で、車がないとかなり不便でしたが、車があるならとてもいいと思います。大原港は利用者も少なく船もガラガラ。帰りの上原からの船はほぼ満席で、家族連れなどたくさんいたので、密を避けてゆっくりしたいなら、大原からこちらの宿を利用するといいと思います。

Verified traveler (6/5): 大浴場が使えれば値段相応。普通のホテル。 - 至って普通でした。スタンダードタイプの本館に泊まる時はエレベーターがないので3階の部屋だと辛いです。本館2階にレストランがあり、3階の客室内まで臭いが臭かったです。部屋は思ったより広く感じ、水回りは汚くはなかったです。現在、大浴場改修工事中で使えません。大浴場使えると思ってラティーダさんを選択したので、非常に残念でした。今後、宿泊予定の方はお気をつけください。
Verified traveler (6/5): ホテル滞在中の残念だったこと - スタッフの対応は良かったですが、部屋ではWi-fiも使えず、ルームサービス等も何もなく多々不便に感じました。そしてコロナ休業だったせいかもそれませんが、部屋の中がとても埃っぽくカビ臭かったのが気になりました。それに温泉をメインで選び予約をしましたが、チェックインの時に温泉は故障中なので使えません。と言われ、1番楽しみにしていたのでとてもガッカリしました。予約時に前以て知らせるべきでは？と思いました。

We have to rely on the interpreter apps to communicate but it takes so long time to get each other’s meaning. We understand there are only a few nice higher standard resorts in this island , but I will highly recommend the hotel to hire a few local staff who could speak some English ( need not be fluent ) to differentiate with other hotels which could even attract more overseas visitors , not just local Japanese people. My friend also requested extra pillow as the pillow provided is too low for us . However , we were rejected by the staff as they don’t have such service . This is the first time I experienced in a 4-star hotel being rejected for this little request. Even tho they gave us at last , but we were quite disappointed by this inflexibility. ;( I hope the hotel will take these seriously. Apart from these 2 problems , we enjoyed our time here as the hotel is clean and there are ONSEN to enjoy
Verified traveler (8/5): - 10連休のGW後半に二泊しました。施設の古さはありますが、お部屋は清潔に保てています。孤立した部屋なので、プライベート感もありゆっくり過ごせました。車も部屋に横付けできます。部屋からは防風林に遮られ海は見えません。ビーチに降りるのも林の獣道のようなところを歩きます。食事は地の食材を使っていて美味しかったです。量も私たちには丁度いい感じでした。〆のご飯が紫芋ご飯とかを使い美味しくてつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。温泉もゆったりとよかったです。スタッフの方も感じいです。

Verified traveler (8/5): With good Onsen and breakfast but outside got bugs - This resort has a nice onsen with view. Breakfast is good. Staff with good service. Room is big and clean. However, if you are afriad of bugs, then probably stay away from this one. There are bugs outside your room on the door and on the wall. I guess because it’s in a natural habitat and resort doesn’t do pest control. Staff speak little english but they will go out of their way to help you. It is only 8 minutes drive from Ohara port.
