• Heather (7/5): We had only booked one night as we were in transit accomodation and the cottages were quiet, quaint and clean. - Lovely host, cute colorful cottages, bicycles available free of charge and delicious iced chocolate drinks.
• Linn Maria (10/5): - Helt fantastiska ägare! De var väldigt välkomnande, kändes som ett homestay. De plåstrade om min dotter när hon gjort illa sig samt flätade hennes hår flera gånger. Poolen var trevlig :) Allt var bra förutom att det var myror i köket
• Klossner (10/5): - Schweiz: 14.- 18. Jan. 2025: Dieses Hotel ist super. Schön ruhig gelegen, abends und morgens viele Vögel die pfeifen. Wir waren im grünen Bungalow, Terasse mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch, und 2 Liegestühle. Man hat schön Schatten..Das Wohnzimmer mit Sofa ausgestattet, Küche mit Kühlschrank, und eine grosse Dusche. Alles sehr sehr sauber, jeden Tag wird sauber gemacht. Die Betten super, nicht zu hart. Als wir dort waren, hatte es nur ruhige, Touristen aus Europa. Das wir sehr zu schätzen wissen, denn wir suchen die Ruhe. Das Personal und das Chef Ehepaar super super freundlich. Grosser Pool, mit genügend Liegestühlen. Auch Fahrräder dürfen gratis benutzt werden.. Freundlicher geht fasst nicht mehr.. Nochmals vielen vielen Dank an Pairat seine Frau und Personal. Nichts

• Simone (8/5): Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. - Der Resort-Manager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows werden jeden Tag gereinigt, es ist eine sehr saubere und attraktive Anlage. Der Pool und der Bereich der Liegen sind sehr schön. Auch die Außentoiletten sind sehr gepflegt. Man kann hier lecker frühstücken. Ein kleiner Fahrradverleih gehört dazu. Die schöne Bungalowanlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
• Joshua (10/5): Tranquil - Super friendly and kind. As it was off season we had the place to ourselves so it was very quiet, which we loved. It was out of the way but only a fifteen minute walk to the little town which had some lovely local restaurants. They also had bikes for guests to use. We were there just before the facilities were updated, it needed a lick of paint etc. but they had booked the workmen to come, so I’m sure it’ll be freshly done up for the next guests.

• Candmw (4/5): Disappointed/ certainly didn’t live up to reviews or reality - Breakfast we paid for . Acceptable but only one choice of breakfast Maintenance ( outside ) at this destination is appalling. Not one fountain was working and hadn’t been working for a long time/ mould / patches of paint missing everywhere all over outsIde walls , was beautiful once a long time ago. No soap in bathroom .nothing to wash dishes in kitchen / Only aircon in bedroom, no alcoholic drinks for ladies at all. Isolated only accessible by tuk tuk or taxi . Sauna. Steam room out of order. Limited food options . The manager was lovely although if he isn’t there nobody else can cook or speak English. Family owned

• Amber (8/5): Peaceful location, beautiful staff - The staff were wonderful. The Bungalow was spacious. It is located a bit out of town but they provide bicycles to use. It's perfect if you want to have somewhere very quiet and peaceful to stay.

• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Reasonably close to the airport and to Maikhao town - but in a neighborhood with rubber tree plantations close by (gives it a country feel). Wonderful staff and owner who take great care of the place and are very friendly. The bungalows are spacious, cute, and come with nice big kitchens and bathrooms. Only things I could nitpick about are location being pretty far away from the beach, and mosquitoes mostly in the kitchen and bathroom areas (not that bad though honestly).

Big walk in shower nice comfortable bed . great sitting room . with comfortable sofa . I really enjoyed sitting out side on the balcony . having a cold beer surrounded by peace and quiet..200 baht taxi ride into town and the beach . Bod is a great cook and knocks up a delicious breakfast and coffee . Fantastic well maintained swimming pool and sitting area . You can take a bike and ride around the area if you're feeling like exercise . All in all I highly recommend this property for short or long term stay . Thanks for your hospitality Mai Khao gardens I will return. Nothing to complain about . Maybe a bottle opener and knife added to the kitchen would be handy .

• Helen (10/5): Comfortable, clean with everything you need - We only stayed for one night to access the airport early, but the staff, accommodation and vibe was great. There is a good sized pool, a gym with weights and a cross trainer machine and there was a wonderful restaurant just a 10 minute walk away. You can get around with Tuk Tuks but we chose to work up an appetite. The bungalows are huge, clean and very comfortable. There is a living/dining room, we had two large double bedrooms, a large bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. We loved it here. The beach was a bit further out but gain, can be accessed easily with local transport. The airport was about 25 minutes away. Just for convenience, it would have been nice to be closer to the beach, but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Excellent room, very spacious and functional, excellent lunch and good breakfast in the morning. The owner is a lovely person, very communicative and with a lovely family. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Phuket area this is the place for you. Pools are clean and well-maintained, beds comfy and food is affordable and delicious! The family who run the place are so kind and went above and beyond to help us when we left something in the room (and flew to Bangkok 😬) This place felt like a dream that I will return to time and time again. Be aware that the place is located in a rural area surrounded by rubber tree plantations and while you can borrow bikes, there isn’t much within walking distance so you need a car or scooters. very close to airport too which is nice and some great beaches not too far away. Need to be aware of location. Remote but we loved that - it felt like our own private paradise in the jungle.

• Roy (8/5): A warm welcome, clean and spacious. - Lovely friendly couple - a family run business. We liked the welcoming manner of Pirat and wife and when we were saying goodbye. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower room was very spacious. Not a fancy looking place but nice in it's simplicity. We didn't have time to stay for breakfast. There was an adjoining door and could hear a baby just the other side.
