Во первых есть трансфер что не мало важно. И стоит дешевле чем такси из аэропорта. Хозяин очень хороший парень, помог с чемоданами очень приветливый. Девушка на ресепшене тоже очень добрая и заботливая. Само расположение очень быстро от аэропорта. Всего 10 минут езды. В номерах чистенько, Были комары очень много, но мне сразу дали спрей от Комаров. За что спасибо большое.

- Larisa Fercalo (8/5): - Personalul, a fost ușor de comunicat cu ei, ne-au ajutat inclusiv cu taxi până la aeroport la 5 dimineața la un preț foarte bun. Camera a fost confortabilă, suficient pentru o noapte de tranzit. Nu exista ventilație la baie, geamurile erau foarte murdare, ca după construcție, nici nu am încercat să le deschidem, pereții erau murdari pe alocuri.

Это было бы прикольно, но не тогда, когда ты хочешь выспаться перед вылетом.

- David (8/5): The Perfect Hanoi Layover Hotell - We had a nine hour flight layover at Noi Bai airport. The Family Transit Hotel was a most fortuitous pick. Excellent WhatsApp communication. Arrived to pickup on time but I was delayed with lost passport problem (returned) and staff rearranged pickup without complaining and in the traffic jam somehow identified us and took all our luggage to the car. The hotel is down a small anonymous lane among many similar properties but is extremely well maintained very clean good hot shower really clean sheets and pillows (2 king double beds in our room. No lift but staff carried luggage up and down. The owner made great vegetarian fried rice late at night for us at modest cost. Roms aircondioñed beds very clean and comfortable. We became disoriented about the time in the middle of the night and the driver running interference organised for us to go back to bed for another 3 hours. Honestly they are that caring. And at 4 am there he was at the door. 5 minutes back to. Noi Bai with no traffic.. Highest recommendation for this type of need. What was not to like nñ

- Ang (6/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's near the airport, but there's really nothing else around. The staff were not very kind. They asked if I needed airport pickup, and I arranged for friends to be picked up to meet me at the hotel instead. They asked for the names, contact and flight information, which I provided. Once they landed, the staff had not even left for the airport. I told them my friends would just take a grab, and they insisted to go without checking the flight information or asking any questions or contacting them. When my friends decided not to wait because the driver went to the wrong part of the airport, the staff blamed me and insisted I was just "another tourist" when in fact, I have been living in Vietnam for quite some time. When my friends arrived, they wouldn't even let them enter the hotel into the lobby and made them wait outside for me. Also, any time I had any questions, the adults were nowhere to be found, only a young teenage boy. Even though it's fine for an overnight stay if you need to stay by the airport, the staff are rude, and I wouldn't recommend it.

- Yana (10/5): - Стандартний готель, чисто, в номері все працює. Хазяїн готелю може організувати трансфер до аеропорту чи в центр міста. Також мені надали все необхідне, коли в мене було прохання. В номері дуже яскраве холодне світло. Було некомфортно знаходитись там з включеною лампою. Але кому тільки переночувати то навпено це немає значення.
- Grace (10/5): - The hotel staff were lovely and contacted us a day in advance to confirm the booking and offered to pick us up from the airport which we accepted. When we got to the hotel the check in was simple and we had help getting out bags to our rooms. The room was massive and we were only expecting 2 single beds as we had booked a twin room but were given 2 double beds instead which were both very comfy. When we were moving on to our hotel in hanoi the manager helped us book a taxi there that was actually cheaper than a grab and he was very nice about it.

But easy stairs They provide food.. excellent. Lots of cafes restaurants shops etc 2 minutes walk away. I plan to come back here! Good Nothing for me... No hair dryer..but I don't use.
- Pecháček (8/5): - Ideální misto pro přespání u letiště. Pěšky v dosahu dvaceri minut nebo možnost taxi přes hotel. Plno restauraci a obchůdků pro občerstvení. Vedlejší klidná ulice. Chvílemi vibrující klima jednotka zvenčí na zdi domu. Ale včas byla.vypnuta, takže byl klid.

- Rachel (9/5): Very good - What I liked the most was that it was sooo clean! The bed sheets were fresh and clean, the mattress was very good. The staff was so friendly too. They prepare breakfast and it was very good too! I would recommend to use their taxi service for the airport because when I arrived at the airport both grab and taxi drivers were trying to scam me, asking for more than the grab prices or asking for 200k wich is insane. For information: from the airport you can take a local bus, 12k, I think it was the 7, and it drive you at 5/10 min walk from the hotel. It was a bit hard to find a place to eat for dinner. Maybe ordering grab is the solution.

Soba je bila cista,skromna,al ima ama bas sve neophodno za prenociti do sledeceg leta.jako blizu zracne luke sta nama i bio cilj,jer smo samo zeljeli odspavat noc na miru do sledeceg leta. Vlasnik upravo gradi novi objekt pokraj ovog- tako da pogleda sa prozora na ZELENILO,koji sam ocekivala,nije bilo.nego nas prozor direktno gledao u zid nove zgrade gdje sad od jutra vec pocinu radovi. Radnike glasno razgovaraju,pjevaju i rade buku jasno-tako da spavat mozete samo do 7 jutro. Za te koji dolaze kasno noci sa ciljem da se naspavaju do podneva(kao sta je bio naš sluca)j...razocarat cete se. Obljezne kafici za dorucak nude samo vjetnamske verzije hrane i pica...tako da smo hodali 5 min pesice do glavne ceste gdje smo nasli pristojan cisti restorancic sav u zelenilu i na miru i cak dobili otprilike europsku verziju dorucka) jedino kaj je bilo skupo...haha

Номер вместительный, есть все необходимое, санузел чистый, полотенца есть, вода и стаканы ест, постель широкая. В номере даже есть тапочки, правда не одноразовые. Но в принципе на одну-две ночи переночевать - отличный вариант. Были удивлены жесткости матраса - это наша первая поездка во Вьетнам, и мы не подозревали, что они в принципе у них везде такие.

However, it was our first night in Vietnam, and as we travelled for 3 weeks, it turned out that there are building sites EVERYWHERE. Family Transit Hotel actually was one of the quieter stays :)

The family who runs it is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely goes above and beyond for their guests. Even though we arrived late, they kindly offered to make us food, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long day of travel. They also arranged pick-up from our transfer and dropped us off at the airport when we left. The room itself was spotless, the sound insulation was excellent (perfect for a good night’s rest near the airport), and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Honestly, I could not fault this hotel at all. It exceeded every expectation, and I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. Nothing

The staffs english was a bit lacking, though in the end it caused no big problems, the showers were also a bit inconvinient being in the middle of the bathroom.

- clotilde (8/5): Top pour une nuit après ou avant un vol - Juste à côté de l'aéroport, top si vous arrivez tard ou partez tôt. Tout est très propre et le monsieur était super gentil ! On a pris la navette pour venir (10000 vnd) jusqu'à l'hôtel de l'aéroport et le lendemain nous l'avons également prise pour aller jusqu'au centre d'hanoi (250 000 vnd, même prix qu'un Grab). Il nous a offert un café avabt de partir 😊 C'est assez bruyant dû au avion et aux travaux à côté Le lit est super dur
