• Yullia (10/5): - Nigdy nie spotkałam się z taką obsługą ❤️ Pobyt był naprawdę cudowny — świetni ludzie, atmosfera i przepiękne miejsce. Ale najbardziej zaskoczyło mnie podejście personelu. Przez przypadek zgubiłam swój zegarek z bransoletką i byłam przekonana, że już ich nie odzyskam… A jednak przez prawie 10 dni personel był ze mną w stałym kontakcie, odpowiadał na każdą wiadomość, szukał zguby i finalnie wszystko zostało odnalezione 🙏 Co więcej — bez żadnego problemu przekazali rzeczy mojej koleżance, żeby mogły wrócić do mnie. Naprawdę ogromny szacunek za takie podejście do gości. Widać, że pracują tam ludzie, którym naprawdę zależy ❤️ Dziękuję jeszcze raz za pomoc, cierpliwość i tak ludzkie podejście. • Kirsi (10/5): - Siisti, näppärän matkan päässä rautatieasemalta, ratikat ja bussit kulkevat lähettyviltä. Puhelimitse sain hyvää ja ystävällistä palvelua. Sisäänkirjautumiskoodi jäi tulematta, tämä kyllä järjestyi hienosti puhelimitse. Paikalla oleva henkilökunta ei osannut englantia.

• Oliwia (9/5): - Polecam. W sam raz na krótki pobyt. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, od dworca to zaledwie 2 przystanki autobusowe i kilka minut spacerku. Niedaleko jest również przystanek, z którego jeździ autobus bezpośredni na lotnisko. Na miejscu jest też samoobsługowy i łatwy w użyciu automat, za pomocą którego można się zameldować, jak i wymeldować. Jedyne do czego mogłabym się przyczepić to rury, ponieważ słychać, gdy ktoś z góry korzysta z toalety/prysznica. Jest wtedy dość głośno, ale być może nie dotyczy to wszystkich pokoi. Pomimo tego i tak polecam.

• Eva (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo y limpio en zona muy tranquila - El alojamiento está a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad y en una zona muy tranquila. Hay tranvías y autobuses muy cerca y también se puede llegar fácilmente a la estación de trenes. Está muy limpio y la habitación es cómoda. El desayuno está muy completo. El check-in a pesar de ser con una máquina, fue muy fácil siguiendo las indicaciones recibidas. Las camas podrían ser algo más cómodas, pero por lo general todo fantástico.

• Antonio (10/5): Central, comfortable, calme. - Très central. juste en dehors de la "vieille" ville, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Réception et sortie automatisée simple. On reçoit des codes par courriel et SMS pour la porte sur la rue, qui donne sur l'entrée avec l'automate où un renseigne sa réservation, et la machine fournit la carte clef et le coupon avec le mot de passe wifi. C'est un bâtiment refait en chambres avec petit lit double, et salle de bains. Sommaire sans être spartiate, amménagement intelligent. Calme. Très appréciable: bouilloire, avec deux doses de thé, et deux doses de café. Pas mal pour un hébergement premier prix. Il y a une superette "coccinelle" (Biedronka) au coin, ouverte jusque 22:00. Ai été là en raison d'une arrivée tard le soir (~21:00) à l'aéroport, et d'un bus du matin pour Kaliningrad (09:00). Idéal pour passer la nuit à petit prix. Le soir on est vite rendu là depuis l'aéroport avec un taxi Bolt raisonnable, on a le temps de s'acheter de quoi se faire un casse-dalle froid, grâce à la superette du coin.

• Giulia (5/5): Overpriced - Location is very convenient - just outside the center but in a calm area. Just a few meters away from a tram stop and a mall. Not all the interactions with the staff were pleasant. "Free toiletries" but we received just two small samples of shower gel for three nights. The room gets very hot (visited in May) and there is no AC. Consider that they approve your request for double bed but then give you only twin beds instead.

• Traumstrand (8/5): Ob ich das Hotel noch einmal buchen würde, weiß ich nicht. - Zimmer: Auf dem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee war leider zuwenig vorhanden. In der Nebenstraße gab es so eine Art Werkstatt, daher immer wieder laufende Motoren. Außerdem viel Hundegebell und lautstarke Gespräche. War bei offenem Fenster etwas störend. Die Lage war okay. Auf Grund vieler Baustellen war die nächste Tramstation etwas weiter. Das Frühstücksangebot habe ich nicht genutzt. Auf Grund der Räumlichkeiten bin ich auch froh darüber. Der Zwischenraum zum einchecken am Automaten. Auf Grund der Sonneneinstrahlung ist dieser kleine Glaskasten dermaßen aufgeheizt, das man sich wie in einer Sauna fühlt. Leider werden Handtuchwechsel und Zimmerreinigung nur bei längerem Aufenthalt (ab 4 Tage) angeboten. Die Mail mit den Angaben zum CheckInn, hätte ich gern einen Tag früher erhalten. Und nicht erst am Anreisetag.

Es gab kein Buffet- wie ich es gebucht hatte! Es gab 3 Frühstücke zur Auswahl- welches dann auf einem Teller gebracht worden. Wir hatten Zimmer 6 und es war super laut über uns - wenn der Gast über uns durch s Zimmer ging. Extrem übel laut!!! Keine Rezeption Besetzt!!! Die komplette Zeit nicht!!!

• Wanda (10/5): Udana wyprawa do pięknego Gdańska. - Świetny hotel, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 2 przystanki tramwajowe od Starego Miasta. Brakuje możliwości pozostawienia bagażu w hotelu przed godz. 15 kiedy można się już zameldować. Przyjechaliśmy do Gdańska o godz. 12 i musieliśmy spacerować po Gdańsku z bagażem. Poza tym wszystko ok. Polecam ten hotel.

It wasn’t 100% soundproof so you could hear footsteps from upstairs and plumbing noises. The bathroom wasn’t very clean but the rest of the room was.

• Sebastian (8/5): Wszystko w miarę OK - Śniadanie było OK, chociaż myślałem, że będzie można sobie samemu nabierać, a tu przynoszono do stołu. Ma to swoje wady i zalety. Zaleta, że nie trzeba chodzić, wada, że nie można zdecydować o ilości. Poza tym wydaje się, że pozostałe elementy były takie jak powinny. Nie podobała mi się mało intuicyjna obsługa automatu do wydawania faktury. Nie mogłem na nim znaleźć symbolu "@" w celu wpisania adresu e-mail do wysyłki. To powinno być poprawione.

• Fabio (8/5): Buon hotel, posizione e pulizia ma alcune cose da correggere - Sicuramente la posizione, a circa 15-20 minuti dal centro. Ho apprezzato il self check in molto comodo e veloce. La stanza 13 era molto grande, luminosa e pulita e disponeva di tutto il necessario. Pochissimi prodotti per la pulizia (shampoo, sapone etc). Il cuscino era quanto di piu scomodo si possa pensare di mettere. Un consiglio: date la possibilità in armadi di avere un’altra scelta. Per quanto il letto fosse comodo, il cuscino cosí peggiora l’esperienza di molto. Attenzione ai riscaldamenti: quando siamo entrati dentro c’erano 30 gradi.
