- Miguel (7/5): - Buena ubicación. Amplias habitaciones. Habíamos reservado para 3 días, 4 habitaciones para 4 personas, que ya habíamos pagado antes de la llegada. Sin embargo y por motivos médicos la cuarta persona no pudo viajar. A pesar de ello nos cobraron los 3 días de esa habitación no utilizada y además 15€ por día por el parking, que no era tal, pues amontonaban los coches unos detrás de otros en un pequeño patio que había a la entrada del hotel.

Very helpful friendly staff and a handy restaurant for lunch or drinks. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing. We did occasionally get noise from the square but it was fine

- gawuer (9/5): Gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyimdi! - Otelin konumu şehrin tam kalbindeydi. çok erken varmamıza rağmen odaya bizi aldılar. hatta bizi bir üst tipte odaya upgrade ettiler. son gün de çok cüzi bir ücret ile geç check out yapmamıza olanak sağladılar. oda gerçekten temiz ve personel gerçekten ilgili. Kahvaltıda biraz daha çeşitlilik sunabilir.

- Klaudia (9/5): - Veľmi sa mi páčila konečne pohodlná posteľ, čistá izba,skvelá lokalita keďže bolo všade blízko aj peši. Veľmi milí, príjemní a ochotní personál na recepcii. Jedine čo by som vytkla je, že vo wellness nefungoval ľadopád a boli najskôr všetky skrinky zatvorené, taktiež sme sa tam najskôr na základe kartičky nevedeli dostať a museli sme 2x kontaktovať recepciu. Takže kým sme sa tam dostali to bolo aj 15-20min.

El llit és realment còmode, el servei de neteja és eficient i el lavabo disposa de radiador elèctric per mantenir les tovalloles calentes. A més a més, en el nostre cas la piscina estava inclosa dins del preu de la Suite Junior. En definitiva, una molt bona opció a Skopje! La TV no disposa de serveis d'entreteniment en línia (Netflix, HBO, Youtube...)

- Ahrend (3/5): Add a shower to room 410 - Room 410 comes without the advertised shower. Selling rooms without a proper shower is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The bathtub that was there is not a replacement for a normal shower. The photos for the room also showed a shower and so did the facilities in the room description. This is misleading. We went to the reception after check in but they were fully booked and could not offer any alternatives. Poor management
- Victor (9/5): Staying at the solun helped to make our holiday relaxed and enjoyable - The breakfast was v good with a lot of variety.the staff were very pleasant and helpful both at reception and in the breakfast room .the location is central and we could walk to the different sites .we had a mist enjoyable time in skopje and we will certainly return to the solun if we were to go for another visit .we will also recommend the hotel to all our friends. Това което не ми хареса бе липсата на паркинг на територията на хотела. Както и че СПА центъра, фитнеса и басейна се заплащат отделно, за което не бяхме разбрали и ни направиха комплимент като не ни таксуваха фитнес и басейн, така че персонала е много готин и приветлив!

Clean rooms. One room was upgraded free of charge for our confort. Quiet area. Very good breakfast. Good WiFi in all areas. We haven’t use the swimming pool or the spa facilities due to lack of time ! The bed in one room was not so comfortable. It makes a lot of noise at every movement. Storage spaces not ergonomically placed. Parking with extra charge.

Frukostsalen var ganska liten men lugn (var där på lågsäsong). Läget var fantastiskt bra! Vi fick välkomstdrink, mycket trevligt! Hotellet återkopplade snabbt via mail. Rummet var lite halvdåligt städat (hårtuss i duschen, använd tops och servett på golvet, minibarens nötpåse var öppnad) men inget som var svårt för oss att fixa (även om vi säkert kunnat be nån annan göra det). Lyhört från korridoren. Något varmt på rummet.

- Luca (10/5): Perfetto - Albergo non enorme e di qualità, a 50 metri dalla piazza principale della capitale ma a venti metri dalla strada d’accesso, dunque silenziosissimo. Io ho il sonno davvero molto leggero e ci ho dormito benone. All’arrivo, per un loro problema, la camera che avevo chiesto jon letti separati non era disponibile: senza che io dovessi chiedere nulla ce ne hanno offerte due distinte per la notte stessa e il giorno dopo ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito alla suite. Ampia scelta per colazione di cibo fresco e fatto in casa, che varia ogni giorno.

- Michele (7/5): - La struttura è in un’ottima posizione nel centro di Skopje. Colazione nella norma. Personale cordiale Manutenzione delle camere scarsa. Qualità del sonno pessima. Non ho ben capito perché le tende erano meno larghe delle finestre, così da lasciare trapassare la luce la mattina. Anche le lenzuola erano più corte rispetto al letto. Frigo minibar rumorosissimo che disturbava il sonno. Da ultimo le luci durante la notte si accendevano da sole.

- Ljiljana (10/5): - Sve je izuzetno, od osoblja koje je izuzetno ljubazno do svega ostalog: prelep enterijer, udonost, lokacija. Vracamo se uvek u ovaj hotel!
- Roberta (8/5): Struttura da consigliare, elegante ma con qualche confusione nello stile, ottima colazione - La colazione era ottima, sopratutto il personale addetto alla colazione era molto professionale e attento; la posizione dell ´hotel é perfetta, molto centrale, le stanze molto silenziose e pulite; Nella stanza alcuni punti potrebbero essere migliorati, ad es l´armadio con due ante di vetro fisse, le luci in alto rendono la stanza un po´ fredda, i muri grigio scuro non sono molto piacevoli; altro punto sono i cambi di stile nella struttura che ha dei punti di forza come i quadri, le sculture etc, che mal si conciliano con altri complementi di arredamento presenti nella struttura; ci vorrebbe una sorta di ´ripulitura` in modo da mantenere intatto lo stile.
