The Staff tried to be helpful when I pointed out that we would have expected to have tea & coffee facilities in the room. The beds had sheets and a blanket where we would have expected to have duvets.. It was just very disappointing. The breakfast was appalling. The buffet had very little on display and was guarded by a fearsome lady. There was no hot food and basically it was very poor! The Staff tried to be helpful when I pointed out that we would have expected to have tea & coffee facilities in the room. The beds had sheets and a blanket where we would have expected to have duvets.. It was just very disappointing.

- agbird (4/5): Disappointed in Central Asti - We were traveling back from Italy to the U.K. Asti seemed a good place to stay overnight as we were heading for the Frejus Tunnel the next day. The Hotel had seen better days and was old fashioned and scruffy. For a 3 Star Hotel we were surprised that there was no tea/coffee equipment in the room. The beds had sheets and blankets rather than duvets. The secure Parking was away from the Hotel in a different Building across the street. The surrounding area was not attractive and there were groups of Youths on some of the street corners. The final piece to the bad jigsaw was the Breakfast. The miniscule limited buffet was laid out with a Lady guarding it, unbelievable! The cost was greater than our previous night`s Hotel in Rimini which was better than Hotel Rainero on every account of the items listed above. Very disappointed, we booked through Booking dot com which was another occasion where the Hotel was not what it appeared to be!

- Claudio (7/5): - La posizione è centralissima. Fra l'altro, vicinissimo c'è un supermarket per ogni evenienza. Vicino anche la pasticceria "Libera" che è sublime. Gentile lo staff. La colazione non è ricca di prodotti. Camere da riammodernare. L'acqua della doccia era lenta a scaldarsi.
- Eric (6/5): Acceptable pour une nuit - L'emplacement est bien pour pouvoir visiter le centre ville. A voir c'est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus. Le parking à proximité (15 e quand même par jour) . La chambre est petite très sommaire avec un mobilier très vetuste qui meriterait d'etre changé mais bonne literie tout de même. Pas de luminosite celle ci donnant sur un mur pas agréable du tout.

Stanze sporche con capelli (non miei) sulle lenzuola Pubblicizzano il parcheggio ma la mia macchina non entrava ed ogni sera dovevo perdere 20 minuti,mezz’ora per trovare un parcheggio. Mentre ad altri ospiti con auto “grandi”, e persino ad una moto,hanno permesso di parcheggiare sul carico e scarico davanti all,hotel.
