• Oscar (1/5): You get what you paid for. In our case, electricity!! - good location and price mainly, the lack of AC/heating unit. We had a little heater but the electric power was out sometime at or after midnight. We were freezing the whole night. Also, the sheets were cleaned with a lot of detergent so we felt we were breathing the chemicals all night. Skin itchy as well.

• Bruce (8/5): Nice basic place - Nice couple owns it; you can tell they care. Facility is bare bones. Lighting is poor and not many outlets. Bed was quite comfortable. Great location for getting into town.

(ONE on each side of the room) The door had the bare minimum locks for safety and security. BE WARNED

Service with authentic smile. Arranged that upon arrival mid - night we should have easy access to the room. A bit old but they are really working hard to upgrade it. • Mollie (8/5): Excellent location. Good Motel for price/amenities - This motel is incredibly well located, it's clean and comfortable and at a great price. And again- the location is excellent - Pro-tip, walk through the Fort William Henry complex to get to the waterfront. This motel has physical keys, which comes with it's own concerns - I didn't love that management told us the key would be in the door and then were super blaise about it when it wasn't. It's one thing if the last lodger forgot to give it back and it's another thing if I think someone pocketed it from the door and had plans to use it. Some of the rooms also don't have deadbolts. The pool and outdoor lounge area are super cute. All in all, excellent value for price - the room was a 9.5 for me even with the locking issue - it met our needs and I'd stay here again if I were in the area. Very, very convenient if you don't want to have to do a lot of driving to and from town. I
• Cathy (6/5): Thank You. Great Location! - Staff. This was a last-minute stay. Very accommodating. There is a gap under the door. I wish it wasn't there, but we had already mostly unpacked. They did offer to swap rooms, but we solved it with an old towel. *I* use one towel and a bunch of washcloths at home. I know theft is a reality, but I would like more washcloths. I use more on vacation.

• Mark (1/5): It was a roof over my head and a shower that I had to use shampoo to wash with. - I didn't like the thin pillows, nor the actual that took to long to cool the room down. I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator didn't work, nor that there wasn't any hand soap. I really didn't like that the staff gave me a key to a already occupied room.

It’s upstairs and has a fence all the way around with plenty of seating. Pool toys available. Inside the room is very clean. The office has excellent service. Both people I spoke with were extremely helpful and nice. It’s my two kids (14 and 12) and Myself.

• Heather (2/5): - The location was good The bed was super hard and they only gave one flat pillow each we went to walmart and bought some pillows the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way the part of the door was painted over so the piece wouldn't go in to close the door there were white stains all over the coffee pot bottom and the warmer of the pot we didn't use it shower water pressure wasn't the best either

• Kelly (8/5): Memorial Day weekend - The major problems with this hotel were the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, it took about 10 minutes to get hot water from the bathroom sink and then was only lukewarm, zero hot water from the shower and no heat. Like, no heating system at all. It was cold, rainy and damp Saturday afternoon and night and rainy in the 40s on Sunday night. The amount of stars given were because the lady in the office was absolutely amazing! When asked for extra towels and told about the heat situation, she was at our door in minutes with extra towels and a little heater which made Sunday night much more bearable. Also, for the cleanliness of the room and the grounds. I hope the heat and hot water situation get satisfied because that's really the only major problem with our particular room.

No air condition, cold at night, only with a small portable heater, It took a long time to heat the room. Electric outlet was terrible set up. A extension was used for all facility. No warm blanket in the room and it was cold at night. It was almost impossible to sleep well at night.

The location is great you can walk to everything and food and entertainment is right around the corner. The “heated” pool was freezing. Last straw was we were checking to make sure we remembered everything and instead of a Bible in the drawer there were empty baggies of white powder.

• Max (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. Not worth a couple of dollars. - Nothing, horrible staff, beds were very weak and uncomfortable. Toilet would not flush consistently and was a general horrible smell. Staff, facilities, location.
• Cathy (1/5): Motel from Hell - We rented the deluxe suite with a kitchen. The only good thing was that the water was hot. The entire suite was very outdated and dirty, including the carpets, walls, furniture, and lighting. They had a scatter rug over a large stain on one of the bedroom carpets. One of the mattresses looked like it had feces on the side of it. Several broken things; futton, toilet paper holder, kitchen cabinets, blinds, drawers, doors. The kitchen light worked intermittently. An open electrical panel in a closet. The pool area was a mess. There wasn't a phone in the suite. We had to ask for bedding for the futtons. We were only given sheets and pillows, no blankets.
