Joel (2/5): - I stayed Friday- Saturday. The grass was overgrown. It was cut Sunday morning as we were leaving. There was a dead tarantula left on the picnic table. The pool closed early. The room was dirty. The linens and towels were dirty. I know it’s a cheap hotel. But I’ve stayed here many times, and this was by far the worst. I visit my fam here. I’ll be changing my location moving forward.

We did not get breakfast which was supposed to be given. We booked this place because in the booking it offered breakfast. Since it was not get breakfast the two days we stayed we went to a restaurant and spent an extra $35 each day. In the bathroom there was a whole in the bathtub.

Verified traveler (6/5): Good but could be better - The suite was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a microwave, mini fridge and sink in the sitting area which was nice. My only suggestions would be that they get new towels, the ones there were dingy and rough. Also in the bathroom there was a missing towel bar which was fine but the broken parts were still on the wall. I suggest either replacing the towel bar or at least remove the broken parts off the wall. Lastly, there was a faux leather ottoman that pieces of the “leather” were flaking off. I would remove that piece of furniture. Overall, for the price, it was okay for our stay.

Furniture broken, sofa stained and tattered, bench tattered, no bottled water for drinking/coffee, coffee pot was horrible, only paper cups, skimpy coffee, no cream/sugar/sweetener, refrigerator made noises all night. Breakfast ended at 9:00.. Metal bed frames noisy.

Was met at the door with a key to my room. Once I entered my room the AC was set to 61° F "Perfect nice and cool for South Texas". There is always the peace of mind that the neighbor across HWY 181 keeps the area safe and secure!
