• CLAUDIA (2/5): No se hospeden en este alojamiento. - Lo único bueno es la ubicación. La atención pésima, más bien nula. Se tardaban horrores en contestar los whatsapp que fue la única vía de "comunicacion". Las instalaciones super descuidadas, en la habitación había muchísimos mosquitos, estaba sucia, la regadera oxidada. No pusieron papel de baño. Las camas rechinaban el colchon super feo, todo se sumía.
• María (2/5): - Únicamente la ubicación. Era como una pensión de mala muerte. Nunca hubo personal en la recepción. Tienen un horario de 9am a 6pm, lo cual es ridículo, ya que este es el horario en el cual los turistas nunca están. Jamás cambiaron las toallas y, dado que hacía frío, permanecían mojadas. La habitación tenía mosquitos. Todos los días pasamos matándolos. Las camas eran tan viejas que los resortes traquean, entonces resultan un escándalo en la noche cada vez que te mueves. Y encima nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y no nos pusieron más.

Z nějakého důvodu se neplatilo automaticky přes Booking jak jsem zvyklý, ale až na místě poté co mi někdo poslal odkaz na platební bránu přes WA. Chvíli jsem myslel, že zůstanu na ulici, ale nakonec to dopadlo dobře. Jinak ubytování ok až na to, že byla rozbitá sprcha a občas netekla teplá voda.

La mala atención al punto de decirme que era mi responsabilidad haber elegido la habitación y/u hospedarme en este hotel, Textual: Que querías un hotel 5 estrellas por la tarifa que pagaste? Las instalaciones son malas y la limpieza peor, había una funda de celular debajo de la cama, el baño sucio y en la pared cabello de un huésped anterior.
• Dina (1/5): Nightmare, don’t stay here. - Location was decent. The place is nothing like the pictures. The front gate doesn’t open consistently, leaving us stranded outside. We managed to eventually get in by opening the inner door and locating a button that releases the outer door. There was hair on the bedding, a hairball in the shower, the bathroom and bedroom floors were dirty, there were spiders in our torn towels, the toilet leaked water and then didn’t fill so we used a dirty trash can we found in the lobby to flush. We messaged the property owner to let them know of all these issues, and they wouldn’t even replace the towels. We had to argue with an AI bot from Booking for several minutes until we could reach a human. In the end, we got less than 50 USD as a refund.

La regadera como que tenía fuga por que siempre que nos bañábamos el cuarto de baño se llenaba de agua incluso salía hasta el cuarto. el baño no tenía ventilación y tenía hongo en la parte del techo, Y la taza tenía un asiento espantoso era muy muy muy malo pésima calidad.

• Cardoza Martínez (6/5): Excelente ubicación, amplia recamara, (sin señal de wifi en cuarto, poca agua caliente. - La ubicación de lo mas tranquilo en la ciudad, en frente de una estación de metrobus y de un paradero de Ecobici, para los que utilizan este tipo de servicios, de lo mejor, muy buena ubicación, tranquila El internet no llegaba a mi habitación, pasé casi toda la estancia pegado a la esquina de mi cuarto o saliento para que se conectara, y el agua caliente, casi no habia agua caliente se iba en cuestión de minutos.

Pas très arrangeant avec la possibilité de deposer sa valise quand vous arrivez tôt, alors qu’il y aurait plein de place pour celà. A une reprise pas d’eau chaude.. Attention il y a au moins une chambre que j’ai vu qui est un bunker sans fenêtre...

Hay mucho ruido se escucha el entrar y salir de la gente y si bien la zona no es ruidosa por la noche, cada que un huésped entraba y salía se escuchaba demasiado.

• Flor (8/5): An acceptable experience, good safe location. Good price. - Patty was very helpful and careful to maintain the rooms. However I stayed 9 days and my room was only cleaned once at my insistence. There is a well maintained rooftop garden and salon, but there is no coffee, hot water or tea available The room and facility are located in a safe area but the guests kept the front doors without a lock, which worried me. No hot water for coffee or tea. In my room the bathroom light bulb and toilet seat were broken.

• Yari (1/5): Terrible Place - The location. I wouldn’t even call this place a hotel. The building is nothing like the photos — it’s old, poorly maintained, lacks proper ventilation, and is unclean. There’s no staff available at night to assist, and customer service is terrible. I accidentally left my keys in my room, and when I reached out for help, no one was there to assist me. The person I contacted via WhatsApp suggested I try opening the door with an office paperclip, as other guests supposedly managed to do, but I couldn’t get it open. They refused to send a locksmith or offer me another room to spend the night. As a result, I had to walk around Condesa at 10 PM searching for another hotel. Without a doubt, this is the worst place I have ever stayed.

• Lee (1/5): Horrible experience - We arrived at the properly an hour before check-in. We had written to the host that we’d be arriving in Mexico City at 5:00 in the morning and asked for possible early check-in. We received an automated answer about check-in times. We understand that isn’t always a possibility. At check-in time no one arrived to let us in or check us in. We were stuck out on the street for most of the time. I began calling and writing with no answer. More than an hour and a half after check-in time we still couldn’t get into contact with the host. Eventually we contacted booking.com who contacted them. They informed booking.com that they cancelled our booking. No apology or explanation was given. Don’t bother using this hotel. if not for the help of booking.com who knows how many hours we would have sat there before realizing that they never intended to check us in.
• Jaime (1/5): The worst accommodation in Condesa - It is located in a good area I stayed for 11 days, they never cleaned, they never supplied us with toilet paper, they never changed the towels and they are super old, the mattresses are damaged, they seem to be more than a hundred years old, they never changed the sheets, we had to take the trash out of the bathroom, we put it in a bag outside our room and when we left it was still there, it is a dirty, neglected, abandoned hotel, in general it is the worst lodging experience I have had on booking.

• Bruce (3/5): room and location were fine, customer service was atrocious - location, comfortable bed, good bathroom no one on site, poor communication with owner, his assistant on-site charged me additional (above what I committed to on booking.com) for taxes or commission or something, she was quite surly with me, no wifi at all, they wanted to give me smaller windowless room that I had not purchased, I tried to communicate with the owner after check-0in to ask questions and zero response

• Sarah (4/5): Worst customer service on WhatsApp. - Disguting Customer service on whatsapp was awful. They dont answer phone calls, and have a serious room of improvement with being polite and corteous. Never again just because of it.
• Anonymous (1/5): Not worth it. - It’s clean but very small. It’s essentially a scam, took over an hour for the owner to respond to my calls and texts. When he did answer he told me to use WhatsApp then hung up on me. I didn’t have WhatsApp when I got it, took another 30 min for him to answer. All for him to try and charge me for a room I didn’t book. It says to pay there but he wants your card information to charge on his card reader. Very strange I don’t recommend this place at all. No staff there and the rooms don’t even have deadbolts so just got to hope if you are staying with others there, they don’t try anything when you leave.

• Hescham79 (1/5): The long WhatsApp conversation - - They cancelled the booking according to my bank, without notifying me. Then they wanted that I transferred the money money, probably to get around the booking.com fees. But really the absolute worst was, that the only possibly to have contact with anyone was via WhatsApp. When I called they denied the call. The first answer took nearly 10 Minutes, and the most other are not much faster. Which wad ridiculous, trying to communicate with someone for half an hour going no where. The reception area where we waited looked really fated, and not well maintained. I can't say anything about the rooms because after 30 minutes we decided to go to a different place, which I really recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

Horrible sheets. Bathroom flooded into room. Walls peeling.
• Metra (2/5): I do not recommend this property at all, unhelpful staff, unhygienic, damp, no basic amenities, unsafe. - Nothing. This property was oversold and over priced for the available amenities and condition of the room. Upon arrival there was no staff on site, it was in a very dark area which is not ideal when you arrive at night. We had already paid online but the property didn’t give us the code entrance until we had to get WiFi connection and re-transfer the fee which was additional costs, they were very unhelpful in the process of checking in. Once we received the code for the room, he was not even happy to suggest a place to eat nearby. The room was extremely damp, no windows, no fresh air and the bedding was unhygienic. No basic tea/coffee or even water was provided. The bathroom was unhygienic, damp and after we took a shower flooded the room which Dana her our belongings. The Towels provided were extremely old and torn. I Do not recommend this property at all.
