- GUILLERMO (10/5): - Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free parking. 24 hours security. And best of all staff/front desk willing and helpful and friendly.
- Jose (10/5): - There is a shopping mall at walking distance( Plaza España). It has a McDonalds, food court and a supermarket. The hotel restaurant does not have a variety of food but the food is excellent. Breakfast was buffet, with a great variety of food. Breakfast was excellent. The main pool was provided maintenance daily. There is another company in the hotel that provides taxis and tour services. Room was cleaned every day. During the weekends there are several pool parties celebrating birthdays. I stayed across the street in the other bldg. and did not have problems with the parties. I stayed 11 days. The price I pay for hotel is excellent.

- Solcris Maria (6/5): Cute hotel - The staff was super sweet, miss Julie from the cleaning staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed, also the kitchen staff was nice. The only thing i did not like was the annoying people partying close to the pool until almost 11pm, i think is not nice that people stop making noise until 10pm, noise should stop a lot earlier, there should be more understanding for the customers that not party and want to relax after a long day working.
- Amanda (6/5): - This place use to be a nice hotel, first off it’s really loud in the mornings, I don’t like the fact that the pool is not for hotel guests only, it is open to the public. At times the food wasn’t good, but the hotel employees were really nice. Will never stay there again.

- Mayling R (2/5): - Ohh this property is unique! 😂😂 cause i dont think that there is any other hotel like this in Managua, they awful in customer service, rooms are old and dirty they dont take care of the facility neither the rooms, ataff very rude they dont care about their guests,price not worth it i dont even know how this property is still open it must be illegal to have such an ugly place still open, no running water on any of the 2 bathrooms in the room that we stayed at, no water to even wash our teeth, pool dirty, not enough parking space, location very dangerous, rooms dirty and everytime you shower the water goes out of the bathroom all the way outside!! Ao do yourself a favor and DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL, Go to AIRPORT X is just less than 3 miles from the airport and THEY ARE AMAZING!!

Mice came in right under the gap of the door and floor. You can’t ask for more for $25.

- Angel (2/5): - I live locally and was looking for a spot for weekends, accidentally booked for the wrong weekend and management was completely inflexible and wouldn't change the dates. So they lost a customer. My girl stayed, says place was clean and food wasn't bad. But they do not let you get food delivered. Place was full of kids, so not a great place for couple getaway. No peace or quiet and pool full of kids. Only would go back, if I had my kids with me, but probably never because staff/management was rude.

- Gabriela (2/5): - Staff try hard on customer service, but the property is very poorly maintaining. Broken pieces AC dripping in the bed, and in the side table molding small .very dirty rooms. Thank goodness they change my room. I couldn’t get in the pool or the hot tub. I was so scared to get fungus. Only one very thing blanket if you turn the AC ,you frost. if you turn off the AC you get a sauna and the rules about , if you stain the blanket somehow you would get charged for and you have to sign it .

Couldn’t have asked for better service, from the, reception staff, cleaning staff to the food servers, they excelled at everything and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. We will certainly return for another stay.

- Manuel (4/5): Never again - We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and the staff was always wonderful. This time however, there were new faces and they were absolutely rude who didn’t even know their own rules, the waitstaff were the only ones who were nice. There was no hot water other than a few seconds of it at a time and the WiFi was absolutely horrible which I never had issues with in the past but it was difficult to work remotely this time around. It sad as my family and I used to enjoy coming here and at one point we visited almost every weekend for a weekend getaway in Managua but we will not be returning.

- Sandy (8/5): - Stayed at this property for a week, my experience here was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good size , however I found that king size bed too high for me to get into, I am 5’4”, I would have preferred a bed in a lower position. The food at the restaurant was average, dishes may need more flavor; on a scale from 1-5, I would rate the food a 3. The property offers transportation on site for extra charge, a taxi trip runs for $10 . The property ground was very nice and had two pools which were nice for the hot days to cool off. Over all, there were nothing bad about my stay at this hotel; I had booked this property for its location and it served this purpose.

I did the check in and notice all the problems in the first night they move me to 3 different bedrooms and the 3 has the same problem. Also it was another family having the same problem, i decide to check out and ask for a refound but they denied it. I did complain with expedia and they did not give me any refund. I pay for 3 nights and stay in there just one night in the worse condition

- YALPRI (2/5): - The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned and the bathroom had a stinky smell. The lamp was the oldest Ive seen and was in bad condition as well as the AC. The staff is okay for the most part. They started playing loud music by the pool( which was right in front of our room) early in the morning. Also the check in took forever. Seemed as if they were trying to figure out some complicated equation. The area is good but there's so much to improve.

The walls were stained in a yellowish color, it looked disgusting, the towels were stiff and looked like old rags. The lamps on the nightstand were full of dust. I have stayed at a better Airbnb for the same price $40 a night.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty and rude - Upon arrival, a young man was very unprofessional and argued about our reservation. It wasn't until the lady showed up that we were treated with professionalism. It was also very hard to contact the staff at Mozonte. At one point, I called and someone answered, but they didnt speak I hear a conversation between the the two employees critique each other. Our bathroom as was also dirty.

Weekends are booked with family parties, which is to be expected in LATAM. Disappointed in bartender gringo-pricing drinks. Everything else was food.
