We truly had such an amazing time here, and would definitely recommend this hotel!!! Nothing at all.
- Stephen (7/5): - Well kept Room doors all opening to central courtyard can be noisy. Multiple sports teams had remaining hotel booked and were out socializing and running around the halls and yelling until 11pm. Hotel staff did nothing.
- Larry (7/5): -
- robert (5/5): -
- Terry (8/5): Would return - Handy location, clean, comfortable, polite staff, good breakfast, Don’t like doorway opening onto an outdoor walkway, have to keep the blinds closed for privacy

- Chia Chen (10/5): - Clean room, nice staff, and easy parking.
- Marilyn (9/5): - Large room Extremely small bathroom
- Ian (10/5): - Overnight stop and need a good sleep and directions to a good meal. Phil at the front desk was excellent in achieving both. Would stay there again. Nearby was a good place to walk about and explore.
- Derrick (9/5): -
- Karen (9/5): Comfortable, clean , right downtown. - Excellent security, clean and comfortable. Phil at the front desk was wonderful Small balcony but covered in bird poop. TV was very confusing to use, everything was streamed from services you had to pay for. Phil from the front desk came to sort us out but there was nothing really available.
- Andrzej (8/5): -
- Alan (6/5): - Expected more although my stays with this brand are infrequent. Maybe it is weak stsndards not mgmt/ownership.
- Elaine (8/5): Great stay and great value for price. - Value for money. The breakfast was a little simple.
- Desmond (6/5): - Good property, only
Problem was the proximity to the high way, lots of traffic noise and the in room AC unit is very loud, especially whe. It kicks on and off, every 10 mins or so, makes sleeping impossible
- ED (8/5): - Clean room
- Amelia (8/5): - A nice standard room. Staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was good!
- Ralph (10/5): - It was end of Sept so many of the of the eating establishments were closed.
- Caroline (9/5): I would stay there again - Beautiful and well situated All good
- Sara (8/5): -
- Alex (10/5): - Clean and new place. Great staff. Great for short and extended stays.
- Nadine (8/5): - Clean room and convenience to town. Only thing was the rooms were loud in the older building.
- Anthony (8/5): - Close to many places to eat.
- James (8/5): - Great parking area, very warm welcome and check in. We had last room as there was a sporting event. The youth were polite and were quite by 10:30 pm, we pack ear plugs.
- Marion (9/5): -
- Glenn (9/5): -
- Janice (10/5): - The room was clean and spacious. We were on the main floor of their second building so we had access to a little patio area off our room. It would have been too hot during the day, but the evenings in Osoyoos stay warm in September and we ate our dinner out there and it was lovely. Location is just over a kilometer from downtown, so easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was more basic than other hotels on our trip. No eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns, mainly continental with the addition of a pancake machine. Unlike most places it worked, but there was only one and it was set to make a single small pancake. We were very early so it was no problem, but later on I'm sure it would have been a very long wait to get near it.
Phil at the front desk was personable and helpful. Nice to encounter someone with a personality.
- Jeremy (6/5): - Unfortunately very noisy due to a few teams. Pool was closed, hot tub unavailable because of the kids. Breakfast was ok. Not bad overall
- Tammy (8/5): - It was ok
- Alexander (8/5): - A good mid-range hotel. Nothing fancy. Pool and hot tub unfortunately closed the day before we checked in
- Maya (10/5): - Room was clean and spacious.
- Russel K (8/5): - Reception personnel very helpful
- Marsha (8/5): - We were put in the older part of the hotel and there wasn’t a luggage cart for this area. Since we are seniors, luggage is heavy without a cart. The man at the front desk however got a cart from somewhere and loaded it and helped us, which was very appreciated! Otherwise, our stay was fine, room was clean, and bed was comfortable.
- Mehdi (8/5): - Nice staff
- Lindsay (10/5): - Lovely pool and staff
- Paul (6/5): - Got here and found pool and hot tub closed. Why doesn’t Expedia take these features off if they are not available?
Bathroom is tiny. Cleanliness4/10. Hair in the shower. Window streaked
- Michele (8/5): - Very nice staff
- Michael (10/5): - WE LIKED THE LOCATION.THE POOL WAS GREAT.
BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.COMFORT WAS VERY GOOD.SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD.
- Donna (6/5): - Just disappointed with the quality of the hotel for the price. The staff were great.
- Christopher (10/5): - Overall this hotel was very good and well priced.
- Linda (8/5): - The use of plastic glasses. Not environmentally responsible. I dislike drinking out of cheap plastic glasses.
- Sharon (9/5): Great place & I would definitely stay there again! Clean & Comfy! -
- Sandra (9/5): Decent stay but we would stay elsewhere next visit. - Location was good. Quiet. Bed was comfy. Plenty for breakfast. Loud air conditioner. Building needs some upkeep.
- Steven (4/5): - Too expensive per night for what you get from a motel property. Just because it is Osoyoos does not mean that you have to gorge Canadian’s on the price and value of nothing more than a motel. Suffice to say that the continental breakfast was appalling. If that’s proprietary standards for price in that town, I shall never stay there again.
- Inderjit (10/5): -
- victor (5/5): Breakfast area was reasoble but had to go outside the building to get to the breakfast area.
Not - Good size room and the double queen beds were comfortable Not enough pillows per person.
Boring view to a townhouse lot.
- Katherine (8/5): - Phil, the check-in staff member, was amazing!
- Walter (8/5): - Honestly the place is amazing for what you are getting. Extremely helpful staff. At the end of the day, it is a classic motel style facility but it’s extremely well run. Would stay there again.
- Kurtis (10/5): - The pool area was super nice ... it's also about a 10 minute walk to multiple restaurants, beaches, and wineries so the location was fantastic!
- yumi (7/5): - 朝食もついているし、便利だった。 部屋のエアコンの音がとてもうるさかった事と、泊まった部屋が窓が入口廊下側に一つだったので、プライバシーのためカーテンは開けれないし、部屋がくらかった。
- Ryan (10/5): - Great location, easy walk into town. Really enjoy staying at this property! Friendly staff...Phil is amazing upon checking in and makes sure you receive a good orientation of the property and ammenities!!
- Naomi (6/5): - The room was good and all the renovations...but they left an OLD baseboard heater that was rusty and gross in the bathroom. The toilet was so low to the ground and the bathroom WAY too small.
- Shandra (10/5): - Loved staying here, the pool area was fantastic, we walked to the restaurants and to the water front area. Beautiful community, we had a perfect girls trip.
- William (10/5): - The great service.
- Ruhula (10/5): - Overall good and clean nice people
- carol (10/5): - Nice new clean room!
- brady (10/5): Phil was very helpful, rooms were clean and spacious- Nice updates to the property - Rooms were updated and clean
- Fitterer (9/5): -
- Bruce (6/5): - Very average.
- harmit (10/5): - All good and pleased
- Yoonjung (8/5): -
- Marilou (8/5): - accessibility to 7Eleven.
- Jaspreet (10/5): - We really liked our first say at same hotel last long weekend. Amazing stay and experience makes us come back this long weekend again to same hotel. My kids love pool and very easy for us to watch them from our room as well ! Felt very safe and beautiful view from room windows . We will come back again !
- Valery (5/5): - Cleanliness of the room and facilities Noisy air conditioner sounded like a jet
- Gregory (5/5): - Personally not to much. One night stay so can't give you more than that. Was very disappointed with the room/ bathroom/shower. Seriously I could hardly turn around to close the door.
Too many different little lights going on in the room that make it difficult to fall asleep. TV, AC, Micro wave , clock.
But it seemed to be the cheapest price in town hum. Enough said
- Deric (8/5): - Decent location The bathroom. Way too small. Door barely cleared the toilet to close. Very poor design
- ramandeep (8/5): - outdoor pool.
