- Luiza (2/5): Poor quality for a high price - Property has parking to the doorstep. Has a fridge , microwave and air conditioner. The floor wa dirty. Needed a good mop for sure. There were some kind of bugs crawling on the bed walls, bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room too. Toiletries could be better for the price they charge per night. Air conditioning too long time to cool. The property is nice but definitely needs some upgrades compared to the prices charged. We stayed for 2 nights and expected room to be cleaned when we put the sign outside to clean but it wasn’t. We had to go and dump the garbage ourselves.

Instead, they provided coupons for a free breakfast at a local cafe called Screamers. There were 3 options to choose from for breakfast and the coupon included coffee or juice.

Faut juste savoir qu il n y a personne pour vous recevoir à l hôtel et le petit déjeuner doit se prendre dans un café sur la route plus loin mais c était un bel endroit pour le petit déjeuner

Apsistojome trims naktims, nė minutės nesigailėjom, kad pasirinkom šį motelį.

However, the manager at the Alpine inn spoke with me, and Expedia along with the alpine inn managed to switch the hotel booking for the following night that I intended to book after having a set back on travel times unexpectedly. I was so grateful they were willing to book a new room with date change, and we didn’t loose our hotel stay night because I was on a tight budget taking a road trip with my son. Will definitely book with the alpine inn again
- Corinne (8/5): - Breakfast is included. You go to a very cute cafe down the road called Screamers. You have three breakfast options to choose from from 8-11am. They're kind of small but tasty. Looks like the breakfast normally would have cost $5 to purchase. The rooms were clean and came with a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. We brought our own camping stove so could cook our own meals. They also had a BBQ on site but we didn't check out it's condition. Ice machine worked. Staff were nice. We'd stay here again. Very close to the hot springs.

We found some bugs everyday upon returning at the end of the day. There was also no hairdryer. The motel is better for short-term stay (2-3 days).

The room was advertised as newly renovated but there was no evidence of renovations. The closet door was leaning against the wall, the nightstands were badly marked and the bathroom door was damaged.

It wasn’t fancy but tasted good and got us started for the day. I would go back! It was a lovely town with a small community feeling. Even the deer were friendly.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointed - The description of this motel is deceiving, it notes that the rooms were recently renovated (2022), however this is not apparent. True the flooring in the room appears to be updated, however the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. Unfinished work was visible, not all electrical outlets worked (only 2 outlets worked), sink did not drain, damaged furniture, damaged thermostat that was taped together, towel behind the toilet to catch drips, chain lock on the door missing, jet tub not functional, etc. Overall, our experience with this motel was extremely disappointing.
