- Shengyang (8/5): 不錯的度假之選，但仍有非常多需要改進的地方 - 有幸在重新裝修後開業的第一天入住，對於我們來說真的是開盲盒級的體驗。優點很多，飯店的設施真的是上了一個大台階，對比之前Google上瀏覽的照片，酒店非常多的地方都顯得高級漂亮了許多，對得起這個價位。比如甜點餐廳和幾個a la carte餐廳都非常精緻，簡直就像是進了外面的高級咖啡廳或者餐廳，氛圍感也非常好。酒店調酒和餐飲都非常不錯，調酒用的材料都不差，食物更是一吃就能吃出材料的新鮮，選擇更是超級多並且真的美味，是我們在土耳其吃過最棒的全包酒店餐廳，a la carte餐廳甚至會讓你覺得你身處高級餐廳，擺盤也小有講究，非常出色。 可能也是開業第一天入住的原因，整間酒店的稚嫩感很強，我們的到來得到了一些歡迎，但三人入住只有兩人被歡迎（因為一人在辦理入住）。但工作人員整體上都有一種剛剛準備盛大開業完的疲憊，完全看不出興奮，甚至友好，甚至我們的到來是一種負擔。很多工作人員僅僅是在工作，但表情交流各方面可以說是毫無服務，這一點不僅僅是在辦理入住時，體現在酒店大部分地方（除了a la carte餐廳）。最離譜的是我們準備在餐廳用餐，同行的朋友已經拿好了餐點，我們的盤子被收走告訴我們他們在拍攝，讓我們出門等，那我是很好奇為什麼你們不把餐廳鎖上進行拍攝呢，我們進入的時候已經有不少客人，讓我們覺得有點莫名其妙。 然後就是一點我非常非常之不理解的點了，工作人員幾乎全是100%說俄文的人，英文水平嚴重不足，大部分工作人員都無法做到用英文完成任何意義上的服務更別說交流，甚至非常多次有人笑著問我們是否說俄文，聽到我們不會立馬垂下臉來轉頭就走，讓人非常無語且尷尬，我認為這是非常不專業的，尤其是考慮到酒店定位五星級酒店，又要做全包服務，無交流是沒有辦法提供服務的。一開始我們以為是否本間酒店是專供說俄文人的酒店，別的群體是少數群體，我覺得如果是這樣也就算了，結果第二天不出所料入住了很多和我們一樣從荷蘭來的客人，讓我非常費解酒店該如何提供令人滿意的服務。我覺得這是非常欠考慮，非常不專業的問題。 更不理解的是第二天的Event，第一天的客人大部分是說俄文的人，第二天是荷蘭文，差不多到第二天時這兩個群體的比例都是50%（當然還有土耳其人），第一天的Event還停留在一個法國吉他手唱英文音樂，晚上的舞蹈也是交融組合。到了第二天晚上的Event突然就變成了完全荷蘭人的主場，讓人非常無語和尷尬，讓我們完全不理解酒店管理團隊的動機是什麼。具體是什麼樣的呢，找了一個荷蘭DJ並且從頭到尾都只說荷蘭文——我是不知道他們怎麼找到這種極品人物的，在荷蘭酒吧裡都不常見。一開始人氣很旺大家都在等著表演，結果沒想到演出的DJ完全沒有想開口說英文的意思，扇形劇場一半的觀眾被完全無視，演出者甚至看都不願意看一眼另一半邊，看著土耳其人和俄國人在旁邊是完全笑不出來，而且有一種完全被exclude的尷尬。最搞笑的一段就是DJ想活躍氣氛邀請大家一起跳荷蘭舞蹈，直接用荷蘭文說mensen uit Rusland/ Turkije問有沒有人是從俄國/土耳其來，搞得好像他們可以聽得懂荷蘭文一樣，給我們真是尷尬的說不出話，簡直就是徹頭徹尾的一場鬧劇。

- Murat Can (9/5): Fiyat performans oteli - Otel konum itibariyle denize sıfır bir alanda, plaj taşlık olmasına rağmen denizin berraklığı çok iyi derecede, genel olarak burayı fiyat performans oteli olarak görebilirsiniz, açık büfede her zaman kendi damak tadınıza göre birşeyler bulabilirsiniz, personeller oldukça arkadaş canlısı herkes yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yapıyor bunu fazlasıyla hissediyorsunuz özellikle Mutfak bölümünden iDRİS chef, house keeping bölümünden Ayfer MELEN ve Nilgün MAŞA ' ya çok teşekkür ederim, özel ilgileriyle çözüm odaklı ve işlerini kesinlikle layikiyle yaptıklarını söyleyebilirim, ayrıca ismini hatırlayamadım tüm mutfak, bar, ve tüm çalışanlara ayrıca teşşekür ederim. Ailecek gittiğimiz için küçük bir bebeğimiz vardı özellikle odalara akşam etkinlikleri olduğu zamanlar çok ses geliyordu izolasyon konusunda pek yeterli değil, ücretli kokteyller çok yetersiz ücret karşılığında sunulan kokteyller kesinlikle geliştirilmeli ve personeller bu konuda eğitilmeli.
- Oleksandr (7/5): Не рекомендую за большую сумму - Первая линия, чистый пляж, чистая территория Ожидали большего, в номере убирают на 5/10 в ванной тараканы, выползают каждый и не всегда их убирают, постельное за 10 дней не поменяли ни разу, просто застилали кровати, гель и шампунь ставят по желанию уборщика.

In particular, our floor attendants Hatice Hanim and Selda Hanim did everything they could to ensure we had a good vacation with our small baby. I would like to express my special thanks to them. Having salt-free and sugar-free options at meals would have made things easier. We had to request additional items for the baby every day. However, the staff were very helpful in the end.

- Kevin (8/5): Great experience with minor bitterness - It is a very nice hotel, clean rooms and surroundings, various and tasty food. Very friendly personnel. Also, super nice location in terms of surrounded mountains and clean sea, very big area for private beach which makes it very pleasant to enjoy. We had a very good experience and time in this hotel. The room was a bit old, also, when you get a room with the view to the sea be prepared to hear a party from the nearby hotel until 12 at night, it is quite loud so not really possible to sleep before that time, but it is not hotels fault. One comment though, the hotel perhaps should add a policy about occupying beds at the beach and near the pool, because lots of people use their things and put it on beds but never show up, so people who want to have place couldn’t get it because of someone’s stuff there, super unfair. If you want to get a place it is fine, but then use it and not just occupy it for one swim at the sea for the whole day (we witnessed it ourselves, women booked 3 beds at the beach since 8 in the morning and NEVER showed up and then we saw her at the pool with another three beds occupied) And be ware, there are many russians everywhere in that area (not only in a hotel)and they all speak to you only in their language as if you are supposed to understand them. The rest was perfect and nice, totally suitable for young people or family or anyone who wants to have easy and nice time.

Особенно стоит отметить интересную развлекательную программу - отель очень старается делать ее разнообразной и подходящей для всех отдыхающих (программа для подростков, вечера живой музыки, развлекательные шоу, дискотеки с диджеями, тематические вечеринки). Жили в главном корпусе, шума не было слышно совсем. Кухня хорошая и разнообразная, очень много блюд турецкой кухни. Расположение замечательное - на берегу моря и в пару шагах от центра и ночной жизни.

Herkesin yiyebileceği birşey mutlaka vardır. Farklı lezzetlere de yer verilmişti. Alacart restoranı var çok nezih ve lezzetliydi. Restoranlarda sıra beklemiyorsunuz. Otel dolu olmasına rağmen gürültülü bir ortam veya biryerlerde sıra bekleme durumu olmuyor. Personeller çok güleryüzlüydü. Alacart restorandaki Samet Bey bize keyifli bir akşam yemeği sundu. Odaya ilk girdiğimiz gün oda temizdi ancak kaldığımız günlerde yapılan günlük temizlikten hiç memnun kalmadım. Lavaboları bile silmeden çıkıyorlar temizlikçiler. Çarşafları pikeleri değiştirmiyorlar. Özellikle istemezseniz yeni terlikler getirmiyorlar. Komidinlerin tozu alınmıyor. Günlük temizlik üstünkörü yapılıyordu. Ama ilk girişimizde oda çok temiz olduğu için bu durumu çok sorun etmedik.

Besonders positiv war, dass der Pool und das Meer direkt nebeneinander lagen – so konnte man jederzeit bequem wechseln. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen war sehr ausgewogen, abwechslungsreich und hat immer frisch geschmeckt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Animation sowie die Musik haben uns leider nicht gefallen, da beides ständig gleich war. Bei einem Urlaub in der Türkei erwarte ich auch türkische Musik. In einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mir zudem einen Service am Pool gewünscht. Dass man die Getränke selbst holen musste, war etwas schade. Hier besteht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf.

- Ardalan (9/5): - I like the location very much, from our room to the beach tooks 25 steps, i never had that luxery in Antalya area and this was my 6th or 7th trip to Antalya. All facilities was free which was really good like playing tennise or mini golf. This was the first visit to Kemer side of Antalya and I liked it much better than Lara side , 1- stone beach (maybe not for everyone) but I liked it better because the water is crystal clear 2- due to located on the east of high mountain you benefit the shades in afternoon for some activities like tennis or football during the day light (no night lighting ) Diapite the hotel capacity was full, Not all facilities were functional, such as pool bar or indoor pool where we missed due to first 2 days was cold and we prefered. The timing of the events was not very convenient causing to miss quite some activities such as slide which open only from 10 to 12 and 14 to 16 or snack time which was only from 16:30 to 17:30. There was something that I also really did not understand was putting icecube in the urinal toilet which to me just a waiste of energy with hygienic risk of splash. You had to pay for the fresh juice in breakfast which was for me a big deal maybe not for everyone, it was not expensive though just 2 euro for a large glass. However it was one of the best hotel I have been overall even comparing with the much expensive hotels such as Barut or Baia. And it is much smaller as well but maybe not as a disadvantage so everythings was quite accessible.

- Peggy (9/5): Prima en voor herhaling vatbaar - enthousiast en vriendelijk personeel, zwembaden werden perfect onderhouden en hotel ligt pal aan zee met schoon strand alleen wel helaas keizelstrand. Bij een vorig verblijf in hotel was het beachrestaurant ook open voor lunch en toen werden er ook koekjes en wat gebak bij het zwembadterras geserveerd. Lekker bij de koffie op het terras.

Хорошая еда, большое разнообразие. Были уже под закрытие сезона- поэтому последние дни ассортимент подуменьшился... но первые дни - отличное меню- креветки, лангустины, ребрышки, клубника. 2 раза пришлось идти просить набор мыльно-рыльного. тк были только мыло в дозаторе висящее- принесли с ними сувениры. Мини бара бесплатного не было :( Воды нет в бутылочках/стаканчиках.. - это минус. Только в кулерах- набирай куда хочешь.. пару дней она постояла в бутылке и была непригодна для питья. И айран наливали на разлив- в стаканчиках не было. Хамам подуставший- сказали будет реконструкция- но в общем норм-сауна горячая. Но территория еда и анимация перекрывают эти небольшие минусы. Была в разных олл инкл.- этот отличный! советую Воды и айран нет в бутылочках/стаканчиках..

Kind and organized stuff. Animations were also nicely balanced. Good quality and not so loud. Parties were also cute. Family room was very big. We had definetly enough space. Food was also very good. Especially fish! Sea and pools are also amazing We have two kids, and we always choose hotels where it’s easy to go swimming with them. But every morning, all the seats around the pool and beach were taken, even though many of them were actually empty. That was really frustrating. In other hotels we’ve stayed at, staff remove towels if the chairs aren’t being used, but that didn’t happen here. There were truly no available seats, and one time, two elderly ladies even shouted at us in their language because there was a flip-flop under a chair, apparently that meant it was “reserved.” It just made every day a horror for us. We tried to reserve seats only when we were actually using the pool, but eventually we had to do the same as the other tourists. That’s not how we usually do things, and we refuse to be part of the problem. I feel there was a cultural clash, as this is not the Turkey I know.

Цена/качество соответствует. Отель не соответствует пяти звездам, скорее четыре звезды как по качеству питания, так и по содержанию в номерах.

- Angelika (9/5): Für Sonnensuchende im Herbst topp - Die Familienbungalows sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. "Wohltuend" das große Badezimmer. Sehr schöne Anlage...Orangenbäume, viel Grün...Themenabende beim Essen, freundliches Servicepersonal. Der steinige Strandabschnitt ist sehr schmal, dafür das Wasser glasklar. Gewöhnungsbedürftig auch hier die Unart, Liegen per Badetuch zu reservieren.

Вечером тоже все приемлемо , хочу отметить чизкейк сансебастьян , на хорошем уровне . Убирают добросовестно , каждый день . Хотела дать авансом оценку на 7,5-8 . Но в последний день , если быть точнее на check out сотрудники на ресепшен испортили все впечатление о гостеприимстве и радушии . Пока вы жили и платили деньги вам все улыбались , время 12-00 вы им стали не интересны и ненужны ! Расскажу наш случай сотрудник ресепшен к сожалению не знаю его имени , скажу так мужчина возраст средний и больше , не спрашивая говорим мы по русски или нет заговорил на русском , ладно ОК хотя моя взрослая дочь плохо говорит по русски . Я его попросила помочь заказать нам к отелю такси пытаясь объяснить куда и во сколько… однако он даже не стал наш слушать просто гаркнул !!! Что отель таких услуг не оказывает . Мы должны выйти за ворота , где стоят таксисты и сами с ними договариваться . Вы серьезно????позиционируете себя на 5 звезд и вам трудно поднять трубку и набрать номер такси???? Две женщины с тяжелыми чемоданами очень хорошая добыча для алчных турецких таксистов . Мы решили оставить чемоданы и прогуляться по Кемеру . Вернулись за чемоданами на ресепшен были молодые девушки приятные и доброжелательные , говорили по английски вызвали нам такси, сказали сколько это будет стоить ( очень приемлемо) сообщили на пост охраны и машину впустили внутрь. Нам никуда не пришлось тащить свой багаж.
- Dimitri (9/5): Компактный отель не плохого уровня с хорошей кухней - Удачное расположение недалеко от центра Кемера и у берега моря, чистота на территории, компактное размещение всех необходимых объектов, уборка в номере с заменой полотенец по просьбе, неплохой уровень развлекательных программ по вечерам, разнообразное меню в главном ресторане, отзывчивость персонала на рецепшене, возможность общения на русском большой плюс. Узкая полоска пляжа и как следствие небольшое количество шезлонгов у берега моря, кукареканье петуха будило по утрам слишком рано, размер стандартного номера в бунгало маловат для двух взрослых и 12-летнего ребёнка

- Thomas (10/5): A relaxing stay in an excellent hotel with outstanding facilities, great food, comfortable rooms. - Everything about the Hydros hotel exceeded our expectations. The grounds are meticulously well groomed, the main pool had many activities guests could take part in during the day, with a second pool for those who wanted to relax. Staff were always friendly and on hand to help if needed. The room, while a little dated, was clean, with one of the comfiest mattresses I’ve ever had in a hotel. There was plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant and the food was of excellent quality. The snack bar offered great choices for a late lunch. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook another stay at the Hydros hotel. Nothing. Our stay was excellent.
- Vadim (10/5): Великолепный отель для спокойного отдыха. - В Кемере отдыхаем седьмой год, есть с чем сравнить. Великолепный отель, отличное турецкое питание. Чисто, аккуратно. Персонал старается, отдыху не мешает. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Огромная ухоженная территория. Великолепная подсветка . Анимация, развлекалки на четыре с минусом. Детям есть чем заняться. Отель с особенностями: в очень жаркую погоду спрятаться от жары можно только в номере или холле главного корпуса. Площади номеров в бунгало и главном корпусе отличаются, при бронировании будьте внимательны. WiFi отличный в любой точке отеля. На ресепшене есть поддержка русского языка. Три чистейших бассейна. Великолепные восходы ☀️. Вернёмся ли опять.....скорее опять в Crystal. Спасибо за отдых. Нет каш на воде, например гречка или овес. Если вы разбираетесь в сауне и хамаме, не ходите в SPA отеля ( требует большого ремонта). Холодильник бар был грязный при заезде. Помыл сам.

- Dias (9/5): - The hotel has a wonderful and very large territory with beautiful garden and an orange grove. There is an easy and comfortable access to the sea, and the whole area is completely private — only for hotel guests. The houses are cozy and charming. If you look closely, some of them might seem a bit worn out, but it’s really not a problem — the rooms are spacious and always perfectly clean. The food is great, with a big and varied selection for every taste. The animation team is amazing — there are so many activities to choose from, from tennis to aqua aerobics. The animators are funny, energetic, and make every day special. The staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Maybe the best you can find in Kemer. Strongly recommend. Not all members of the staff are friendly. The biggest disappointment for me was the spa. They are really welcoming at first, but if you buy their services once, they will quickly find your weakness and try to use it to make you buy more and more treatments. It feels almost like they want to convince you that you’re dying and only their spa can save you — the marketing is way too aggressive. When you refuse to buy extra services, their attitude changes completely — they become cold and unfriendly. In general, the spa service there is not really worth the high price. So, it’s better to save your money and your nerves.

- ayad (10/5): - منتجع ممتاز وانصح به كل شيء كان استثنائي الطاقم والاجواء والفعاليات لا املك ما اتحدث به فقط قم بزيارته وسترى بنفسك المتعة ، الطعام كان مثالي وكل شيء متوفر الاطلالة رائعة على البحر 3 وجبات في اليوم مع سناكات والمشروبات كلها مضمنة ضمن اجرة الليلة ، الغرفة جيدة ولكن لا يوجد مقابس كهرباء للشاحن قرب السرير لذا عليك ترك هاتفك يشحن بعيد عنك ، لا توجد فرشاة اسنان ، او محارم داخل الغرفة كان علينا استخدام محارم المرحاض

- Постнов (9/5): - Отель расположен близко к городу. Ресторан (столовая) с террасами с видом на море. Питание превосходное. Всегда есть места. Большое разнообразие блюд, десертов, фруктов и напитков. Номер дали в большом корпусе 1113. Номер по соседству на этаже привыкал к наше у номеру ванной комнатой. И когда включилась вода у соседей в 1111 номере у нас было в номере очень шумно, как на взлетной полосе. Соседи любили к 5 утра возвращаться и принимать душ(((. Береговая линия у отеля маленькая, тесновато, особенно когда солнце начинает уходить в закат.

- Jacob (6/5): A Decent Stay with Several Disappointments - I really enjoyed the gym and the wide variety of food and desserts. There were plenty of options to choose from, so it was easy to find something you liked. The bar staff were very friendly and service minded and the live music shows were great too. Unfortunately there were quite a few things I didn't enjoy about the hotel. The animation team especially some of the Turkish staff behaved unprofessionally a few of the guys were openly flirting and trying to date Russian guests. It was uncomfortable to watch and even if the guests were okay with it staff should always keep work and personal matters separate. Another downside is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and the rooms are quite old and definitely need renovation. The sea and beach area were also disappointing. The water wasn’t very clean compared to other beaches in Kemer and the sun loungers were terrible poor quality uncomfortable and they made my back hurt. There were also no fruit or snack services on the beach or between meals which was very disappointing especially when you're spending the day outside. The hotel does not offer a true ultra all-inclusive experience like many other hotels in Kemer. You only get three main meals and one limited late evening snack. no 24/7 food or drinks. Taxi from hotel to airport cost 70€ Overall this hotel is definitely not a five star resort. At best it's a four star hotel and it's overpriced compared to other five star options in the area that offer much better service and facilities.

- Yasin (5/5): Also im Großen und Ganzen bin ich nicht zufrieden. - Zuerst einmal war die Lage echt gut. Vor allem den Service gebe ich eine 10/10. Das Essen war mal so mal so. A la carte war sehr schlecht . In anderen Hotels ist das Essen definitiv besser . Die animatöre waren nur mit den Frauen am tanzen. Das war schon sehr auffällig. Sehr russisch orientiertes Hotel .

The photos at booking website are not showing the same room, it shows much better and bigger room, which contains three beds: one double bed and one single bed. In fact we were given much less room, which contains only two single beds. I was dissatisfied with this, disappointed ☹️

- Ciprian (7/5): Nice hotel, Kemer is lovely and Turkey / Antalya is gorgeous, like always :) - The hotel is well taken care of, room cleaning is on a daily basis - rooms are clean. The food is quite varied / diverse and the personnel is both helpful and smiling. When we arrived, we booked a room with one king-sized bed, but the room we received had 2 single beds. However, when we asked for a room with a single king-sized bed, we were moved the very next day without any fuss or paying something extra. The beach, while very small, is clean and so is the water. The hotel has a very good location, being around 500 metres away from the main shopping street (Ataturk boulevard) and literally 100 metres from the beach. So if you want to get out of your room and jump in the water in less than 1 minute, that is perfectly possible. Wifi internet connection is also good (and free) both in the hotel and on the beach (contrary to many other places in Turkey) so we could call back home whenever we wanted. The area is also very safe and Kemer is, in general - but Turkey is a very safe country, overall. Kemer is also very nice and there is a huge variety of shops, starting from fake clothing from well-known brands, going on with sweets, coffee, tea, tons of souvenirs of all kinds. In the center of Kemer there are also some nice restaurants with very good service and food for a nice dinner outside. The employees are top (we are already used to this, Turkey really knows what tourism is and the Turkish people are not only very friendly, but they know how to show it and make you feel more than welcome). Turkey is a warm country both in terms of air temperature and human behavior - but this is something common to all Muslim countries and western people should definitely start taking lessons here (and not only). The hotel is filled up with Russians (and very few Germans) - but for me, as an Eastern European myself, I like it, because Russians are very ok and well behaved from what I could see. I definitely prefer Russians (and avoid British) Clearly, it's very far from a 5 star hotel, I would rank it at around 3 - 3 1/2, at least compared to REAL 5 star hotels that can be found in other places, Turkey included - if you wish a REAL 5 star, Belek and Lara (both in Turkey, both in Antalya) are probably the first choices with the highest possible service and pampering, but expect to dig very deep in your pockets for those places. We've stayed in other "5 star" hotels in Antalya that were closer to a real 5 star. I have no idea how stars are actually "given" in Turkey. The food, while diverse, is sometimes tasteless and it's very repetitive, hardly any change from one day to another - lunch and dinner especially, but the breakfast was ok. Poor choice of soups or grilled meat, in my opinion - however, the salads and the sweets were both fine and diverse. The alcoholic beverages were free only for the local brands, if you want well known booze brand, you will need to pay and it's outrageously expensive. Vodka, for instance was anything else but not vodka, and it's just an example. Also, the beverage choice in the room's fridge is very poor - only water, tea, instant coffee and a kettle. A 5 star hotel means soda (coke / pepsi, 7up / sprite, fanta / mirinda, etc), beer, some sweets (snickers, mars, twix, bounty, etc) in the fridge and the fridge should be filled up daily - again, at a REAL 5 star. The pebbly beach is super small and the number of beds is very low compared to the number of tourists that the hotel (actually, a complex) can accommodate. If you want a bed on the beach, your best bet is to wake up in the early morning (around 6:00 AM or so) and "reserve" it - with your own towel on it. Clearly, it's not what someone would enjoy doing on vacation, waking up in the early morning as if you have to go to work.

- Olga (10/5): - Понравилось все: расположение, сам отель очень красивый, ухоженный. Персонал супер, чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Кухня! Готовят очень вкусно, разнообразно. Апельсиновый сад, курочки, кошечки. Кстати видно по ним, что ухоженные, не голодные. Все замечательно! Шоу в 21.30 , выступала группа из Белоруссии, профессионалы! Программы вечером: живая музыка, саксофон. Дискотека для желающих. Супер! Дискотека соседнего отеля😡. Орёт до 24 часов. Понятно, что к AQI это не относится, но если окна выходят на сторону этого отеля, это кошмар. В AQI этот вопрос очень грамотно решён, программа вечером не мешает тем, кто хочет отдохнуть. Мало розеток в номере

Единственный минус - это щели в дверях и тз-за этого все слышно, что на улице , на лестнице - Территория отеля, еда, персонал , развлечения на территории отеля Отсутствие шумоизоляции, щели в дверях, персонал курит на лестничной площадке и сигаретный дым попадает в комнату.

- Anna (10/5): - Das Hotel an sich hat eine schöne Anlage, die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und drumherum war es bei uns sehr laut in der Nacht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Meer schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Animation, Onur und Yassine haben uns immer geholfen und wir konnten jederzeit bei Fragen auf sie zukommen, tolles Unterhaltungsprogramm!

- Raskolin (8/5): Отель уютный и чистый, еда вкусная, персонал внимательный, но пляж маленький - Отель оставил отличное впечатление! Есть собственный пляж, чистые бассейны и море, потрясающий вид на горы с моря. Номера просторные, комфортные и расположены вдали от шумных развлечений — отдыхать можно в любое время суток. Питание приятно удивило: еда вкусная, разнообразная и с интересной подачей. В течение всего дня проходят развлечения для взрослых и детей, скучать просто невозможно. Персонал всегда приветлив и внимателен. Пляж небольшой, и уже к 17:00 он уходит в тень, поэтому вечером приходится перемещаться к бассейну или на террасу. Массаж 1,5 часа показался дорогим и довольно посредственным. Коктейли в баре слабоалкогольные и не самые вкусные.

- Helin (10/5): Bestes Animationsteam - sehr unterhaltsam - Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel – und das ausschließlich wegen des fantastischen Animationsteams! Die Animateure Onur, Serkan, Halid haben jeden Tag mit unglaublich viel Energie, Freundlichkeit und Humor für Stimmung gesorgt. Egal ob tagsüber bei den Aktivitäten oder abends bei den Shows – es war immer unterhaltsam, abwechslungsreich und professionell gemacht. Man merkt sofort, dass das Team mit Herz dabei ist und wirklich Freude daran hat, den Gästen eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bereiten. Das Hotel selbst ist gut, aber das Animationsteam ist der wahre Grund, warum wir wiederkommen, Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! Dass es keine Wasserflaschen gibt war störend.
