- Paul (10/5): - Thumbs up and thanks to Andrew at the front desk!! He's very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to check in and the location is superb near everything. Andrew also assisted us to schedule a hotel pick up going to the airport. Overall it's a nice experience in the Ximending area. We will surely be back!

- Kathryn (6/5): - Location was excellent and in the area I wanted making easy access to transport and shopping areas. Bed was a little too low and pillows too hard. The chair at the small desk was very uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time. Space could have been utilised better, a full length mirror and lamp installed. It is not conducive to a long stay but great for short term - a few days.

- Hoang Anh (8/5): - The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English. It's very close to Ximen MRT and Ximending night market. The room is big and clean, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a attached bathroom featuring a shower with strong water pressure. Room service provides new towels every day and replenished 2 bottled water. Luggage storage is free at front desk. It's a bit hard to spot the entrance for first-time visitors—you'll need to enter the building and take the elevator directly to the reception on level 12F.

- Sharmaine (8/5): comfortable but can be better. - location and the daily room cleaning. They change the towels every day, and the cleaning staff are so friendly. Location is perfect as it is located near in Ximending area. The bad smell in our room due to the wet carpet. We stayed at room 1121, maybe they can check the air-conditioning unit in that room to know what causes the water leaking from it.
