Different activities, nice pool, friendly staff. Me and my husband had a salsa dancing lesson with Mariana and Archery lesson with Ali. I booked a room with one single double bed, but I got 2 single beds! The reception tried to solve the problem but it was solved after one day. The beach is artificially sandy, when you swim it is small stoned and it goes deeper very fast.

Вернулся бы я еще раз сюда?! - Да! Номер был более-менее нормальный, но звукозоляция в туалете никакая, слышно как в соседних номерах по крайней мере в нашем втором корпусе, ходят в туалет разговаривают, кто-то хлопнул дверью у себя в туалете, открылась потоком воздуха у нас в туалете😂

Прекрасная шоу программа, замечательная живая музыка вечером на баре. Молодцы, стараются. В номере тихо, хотя номер был у аквапарка. Пахлавы нет, один раз только удалось попробовать 1 кусочек, больше не было.

• Olga (8/5): wirklich zu empfehlen - Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter der Anlage sind sehr fleißig und schnell, wenn man Anliegen hat. Das Essen war lecker und ausreichend, für jeden was dabei. Genug Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Tolle Unterhaltung abends, Shows, Life Musik und leckere Cocktails. Die Altstadt von Side und der große Bazar in Manavgat (Di. + Do.) ca 6 km entfernt. Sind jeweils mit dem Taxi gefahren, für 10€. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden. Die ganze Anlage glänzt, bei den Zimmern wird das jedoch vernachläsigt. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht kein Deutsch, aber mit Englisch kamen wir auch weiter.

Hatte fast Rohres Gulasch Fleisch gegessen und es sofort gemeldet . Sie haben gesagt das sie es an die Küche weiterleiten das sowas nicht mehr passiert. Gym room sind die Geräte veraltet Anfang an ging der Klima nicht . Aber wir hatten dann einen anderen Zimmer bekommen wo Klima funktioniert hat. Also ein Lob und ein Dankeschön

• Ana (10/5): - Sadrzaj je odlican-bazeni,aktivnosti u toku dana i za decu i za odrasle. Predstave i animacija uvece. Hrana perfektna, posbno su interesantne tematske vecere (kineska,internacionalna,turska kuhinja i mnoge druge) a posebnu draz ima obicaj kada kuvari i pomocni kuvari aplaudiraju gostima kada otvore vrata restorana u vreme vecere. Hotel je odlican za sve uzraste a za decu je savrsen Lekari i medicinsko odoblje. Samo da vam ne zatreba nesto od njih. Ako nesto mogu da definisem kao medicinski kriminal onda je to njihova usluga. Terapija koja u apoteci ne kosta vise od 7-8e naplacuju od 1000-1500e ukoliko nemate osigiranje ili osiguranje ne pokriva neki vid lecenja. Zato pre odlaska u Tursku pre svega proverite sa svojim osiguranjem da li pokrivaju pre svega sva hitna stanja

• Stas03 (10/5): Hochwertiges Hotel für die Familien - Das beste Hotel, das wir in der Türkei erlebt haben. Nichts ist billig oder nicht durchdacht, für die Kinder sehr u empfehlen - Kindersnack Restaurant, extra Kindebuffet im Restaurant, Softeis den ganzen Tag über, Aquapark mit Rutschen, die auch für die Erwachsene Spaß machen :). Viele Sportarten, auch für die Kinder. Und wenn mal Lust auf Bazar - nur 15min zu Fuß entfernt. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die netten Gäste des Hotels, absolute Mehrheit sind es die Familien aus Deutschland und Skandinavien, da können die Kinder schnell neue Freunde finden alles war top!

Big pool with multiple zones offers good visibility to watch the kids and not have to change places when they want to move to a different zone. I loved our spacious family room. Generally, the layout, the entertainment, rooms and services are great. I rarely go back to the same place and prefer to explore new options, but I make an exception for this hotel. It's my home-base in Antalya coast. Slide #3 was closed.
• Siergiej (7/5): Dobry dla dzieci - - Duża plaża – zawsze można było bez problemu znaleźć wolne miejsce. - Teren hotelu przypomina ogród – dużo zieleni, duży basen i brodziki dla dzieci, szkoda, że woda była za zimna, ale w październiku morze było jeszcze ciepłe – blisko koniec sezonu. - Kids Club i animatorzy dla dzieci. W restauracji znajduje się kącik dla najmłodszych ze specjalnymi talerzykami i sztućcami. - Restauracja ma ładny taras z pięknym widokiem na basen i częściowo na morze. - Byliśmy w tym hotelu już drugi raz i zauważyliśmy pozytywne zmiany. W tym roku Wi-Fi działało nawet na plaży. - Szczególne podziękowania dla Guest Relations – Pani Kristiny. Uratowało nas to, że Pani Kristina mówi po polsku, rosyjsku i angielsku. To jedyna osoba z obsługi, która naprawdę starała się pomóc, a nie tylko udawała, że pomaga. Wszystkie problemy zostały rozwiązane. Rzadko spotyka się tak zaangażowane osoby – dzięki Pani Kristinie nasz pobyt był znacznie przyjemniejszy. - Pierwszy raz zapłaciłiśmy za pokój z widokiem na morze – okazało się, że taki widok w tym hotelu po prostu nie istnieje! - Drugi raz, przy rejestracji okazało się, że pokój Standard, który zarezerwowaliśmy, był zajęty. Dostaliśmy pokój Suite – prawda, większy, dwupokojowy, ale w starym budynku na parterze i na pewno wymagający odświeżenia. Pokój nie odpowiadał zdjęciu rezerwacji na bookingu. Straciłam dwa poranki na wyjaśnianie sytuacji w recepcji – codziennie słyszałam „jutro”. Po dwóch dniach udało się przenieść do właściwego pokoju. - Przy rezerwacji zamówiliśmy dużo łóżko dla 4-latki – dostaliśmy turystyczne łóżeczko dla niemowlaka! Po dwóch dniach zostało zmienione (dzięki Pani Kristine). - Komary w pokoju – od rana byliśmy pogryzieni. - Personel rozmawia głównie po niemiecku. Przy zgłaszaniu problemów w języku angielskim, polskim lub rosyjskim personel uśmiecha się, mówi, że sprawa zostanie załatwiona, a potem… cisza. Często słyszeliśmy „jutro”, jakby mieli nadzieję, że jutro już wyjedziemy. - Niektóre rzeczy są odpłatne, np. sok pomarańczowy na śniadaniu, lody, obok o amfiteatru dodatkowo platne gadzety, jezdzace samochodziki). Dekoracja stołu na urodziny także płatne i nic więciej. - Alkohol praktycznie nie czuć. Ciekawostka: jeśli zamawiasz po niemiecku, nalewają koktajl tak, że jedak czuć alkohol. - Woda w basenie w październiku była bardzo zimna! - Plaża piaszczysta, ale przy wejściu do wody są kamienie. Brak toalety na plaży (z dzieckiem trzeba biegać do toalety obok basenu). Bar na plaży oferuje tylko napoi. - Jedzenie średnie, po kilku dniach menu staje się monotonne. Po tygodniu menu się powtarzają. Śniadania codziennie podobne: głównie jajka i pancakes. To samo danie serwowane w kilku miejscach daje złudne wrażenie dużego wyboru. Ekspresy do kawy brudne i wymagają wymiany. - Rozrywka dla dorosłych – z 8 wieczorów 6 to były tylko występy taneczne. - Ceny na towary , magnezy w hotelu 2–3 razy wyższe niż w okolicy – lepiej pojechać do Manavgat.

• Siamak (8/5): EN fin og godt hotell for familier med mange aktiviteter. - Jeg var fjerde gang på denne hotellet. Fra 04 - 18.10.2025. Hvert år reiser jeg og tar med meg noen venner . Personalet på holtet fra høflig, hjelpsom og fantastisk. Personalet på info disk ( Roza og Bendisu) helt perfekte og hjelpsom). Ute restaut\rant ( personalet Fatima) helt utrolig høflig og godt. I massasje avdeling Juli, Mona og Reza var de beste. Butikken på hotellet var enormt dyrt og helt uakseptabelt jeg ga til alle gjester beskjed at de kan reiser til Side eller Maavgat for å kjøpe noe. Prisene er helt katastrofalt. Solsenger rund bassenget ble fort reservert. Vi ga beskjed hvert år, men de skjedde ingenting. alt i alt vi var veldig fornøyde. Solsenger ble fort tidlig fra kl. 06:30 reservert. Det kunne har vart en regel at fra kl. 08 kan man tar solene. Noen ganger folk sitter rund basseng og røykte. Vi måtte ofte gi til badevakten beskjed for å ordne.
• Riin (2/5): Ülerahvastatud ebakvaliteetne hotell - - Tuubidega veepark on tore, kuid pigem sobilik lastele al120cm. - Jumping trenn Keviniga on kvaliteetne. - Toidud rasvased, tervislikke valikuid vähe, puuvilja ja salati valik väga väike ja ebakvaliteetne (nektariinid korduvalt hallitasid, lõigatuna pakuti nädal aega ainult arbuusi). - Taldrikud toidualal mustad või otsas. Toiduala mitmekordselt ülerahvastatud. - Laste söögialas pakuti korduvalt nektariinilõike, kus olid kivitükid küljes, mis on väikelastele ohtlik. - Kõik basseinid väga külmad (22kraadi), seega on veepargid küll ilusad, aga reaalsuses kasutamatud. Ka sisebassein külm (26kraadi). - Tubades voodid asuvad koridoriseinas- kõik liikumised kostavad kõvasti läbi ja ka kordidori valgus öö läbi muudab toa heledaks (pole pimendavat rulood). Tuba pole ka hubane. - Rand läheb kiiresti sügavaks. - Tuubid sageli tühjad ja otsas. - Lükanduksed katki nii, et jäin ohtlikult uste vahele kinni. - Wc pott tilkus terve aja. - Kahekohaline voodi tähendab lihtsalt kaht kokkulükatud voodit. - WC-d sageli mustad, seep ja paber puudu.

Ins Alter gekommenes Gebäude ,könnte eine Erfrischung gebrauchen damit es im Vollem Glamour wieder präsent sein kann .Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer könnte die Bequemlichkeit aufrunden.

• John (7/5): Really enjoyable, would consider returning if flights improved. - Everything about the hotel, pool was great. Proximity to beach. For such a large area there was always food or drink within reach. I think the rooms especially the bathrooms could do with rennovation. Shower door was very hard to open and close. Fan noise never stopped.

• Heikki (9/5): Olimme EM soutukisoissa Sorgun Beachilla ,ja hotelli toimi oikein hyvin tukikohtana. - Ruokaa saatavilla koko ajan, ja valinnanvaraa oli paljon. Yllättävän hyviä vaatekauppoja hotellissa. Pidimme kovasti hotellin managerin kissan pennuista. Valtava raikas uima-allas yllätti positiivisesti, ja altaassa oli myös olympia-altaan kokoinen ja muotoinen alue jossa pystyi uimaan matkauintia. Huomeen äänieristys oli vain keskinkertainen.

• Annabelle (5/5): Average at best - Beach- is beautiful, plenty of beds and a nice beach bar. Really honest review from someone who normally doesn't do all Inclusive Rooms- we had a family room, pretty basic but did the trick. No where near enough storage for 4 people. (2 adults 2 children) So we did have to do a lot of living out of a suitcase which is frustrating. One of our lights wasn't working when we arrived, we reported it and it was fixed in no time. Pools- pools are great and there is something for everyone. Plenty of sunbeds but people do come down and reserve even though there is signs saying not to. Totally normal but so annoying when they are reserved but not used until 4pm etc. Music round the pool contained expletives regularly which I didn't think was appropriate at all. Beach- is beautiful, plenty of beds and a nice beach bar. Smoking- of course expected in public areas but the no smoking areas really need to be enforced more. You can't get away from it other wise. Food- if you like chips and chicken nuggets you'll be absolutely fine. All very similar each night. Not a lot of chicken or boneless fish. It's carnage in an evening. We didn't find a quite time. The Turkish restaurant was lovely. Worth a visit for sure. On site shops- so expensive, floaties for the pool starting from €30 for a small ring, get them from old town or a market for €5. Staff were really lovely

• Ketil (9/5): - Frokosten og resten av maten var svært bra. Servicen i restauranten var utmerket. Vi hadde mye kontakt med kelneren Mushin Yilmaz som sammen med sine kollegaer bidro til svært god stemning under lunch og middag under hele oppholdet. Litt lettere tilgang på isbiter kunne vært greit, men ikke noe stort issue.
• urszula (4/5): Nice beach and waterpark but disappointing overall - Nice beach, beachfront location Excellent water park Activities staff were friendly and enthusiastic Strong wifi which even reaches the beach area. I was unwell with vomiting and diarrhoea on the third day until the end of our stay. I had only eaten and drank at the resort, not left the complex. No kettle or tea/coffee in the bedroom, this basic appliance is an additional fee to hire. Large variety of dishes in buffet restaurant but not much flavour, would prefer less variety and better quality. Very poor vegan food options, very little options and all inclusive is not worth it for vegans. Unpleasant smell at some bars and main restaurant, not sure if it is the fruit/juice spoiling but it smells similar to vomit. A lot of staff were disinterested and cold. Chaotic buffet restaurant, made meals not a relaxing experience. Very loud as lots of guests in one restaurant/dining area. Would not recommend this place for couples without children who are looking for a more relaxing stay, the complex is more geared towards children/families. Bathroom/room was not deep cleaned when we arrived. No snack options throughout the day (snack bar is just fast food like fries, pizza etc. If you want things like crisps, nuts, biscuits, good icecream etc you need to buy from the expensive shop). Poor non alcoholic drink options, just fizzy drink dispensers, no fresh juice etc, no good coffee (only instant from automatic machines) Music/speakers at pool too loud, not relaxing. We stayed in block 2 which was a decent walk from the main pool so thankfully was not too loud at night. Sun loungers at beach could be closer to the water and have individual umbrellas for those wanting to relax away from others. Sun loungers were only available at the back of the beach under a large shared canopy. Aircon in bedroom was insufficient, even on max power the room was not that cool. Very thin bathroom walls, can what everything from the room above when in the bathroom. It would be nice to have had some more orientation at arrival of what is available food and activity wise.

• Emma (6/5): Helt okej men inte helt värt priset. - Bra med många pooler och nära havet. Beroende på vart vid poolerna man låg kunde det vara väldigt långt att hämta dricka. Många i personalen kunde inte engelska. Badvakterna visslade i visselpipan till varandra så badgästerna trodde man gjorde ngt fel hela tiden. Baren lämnade ut alkoholhaltiga drycker till vår 15 åring i sällskapet trotts gult armband.

• Vicki (10/5): If you’re worried about booking, just do it. You won’t be disappointed here - Great location, beautiful beach with water sports, perfect pools and fantastic food and drinks. First time to Turkey and honestly the best hotel we could have ever wished for. Nothing! All amazing!
