• Joseph (9/5): Great Value Hotel with Brilliant Staff and Food. - The staff were first class and couldn't be more helpful. From the moment we arrived, to when we left, the bell boys were brilliant (Emre and Mr Mustafa) the receptionist was great (Svetlana) also shoutout to all the waiters and bar staff, who were all friendly and attentive. Also shotout to the SPA staff. Everyone paid attention and said Hello around the establishment, very positive atmosphere. Also, the food was so varied and amazing. I also liked the fact you could visit the other hotels in the vicinity. Nothing, everything was brilliant.

Lovely holiday, clean and cozy hotel with lots of facilities. Amazing and delicious food, fruit, baclava and coffee. Very good service from all staff, but especially Eyyup, Kadir and Suat in the main restaurant, so friendly and kind staff. Always welcome with a big smile. All green plants and flowers are fresh and so beautiful. Sea is blue, warm and clean. The beach is clean and welcoming. Cats, the little hearts, are part of this amazing place and they are full of love. Also, the evening entertainment is so professional and great. We booked all our beautiful trips with Incekumtour Kolibri, they are just opposite road from Pegasos Resort Hotel, lovely and friendly people, always ready to help. We can't wait to come again this year. Was second year holiday in this shinny place and we loved everything. We are grateful. Номерной фонд очень старый, грязные и убитые номера, на этаже вообще жутко, вонь от сигарет, прокуренный и грязный Ковролин, постоянно скопление грязной посуды на столах для ее сбора, которые не убирали походу вообще. Персонал не особо приветливый на ресепшене. Очень разочарованы, еще и переплатили за такие неудобства.

• georgiapD4940YM (10/5): Amazing as usual! - This is our 3rd time returning to Pegasos royal and every time it has been fantastic. We went as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 10 months. We never normally return to the same hotel but we could not resist as we always have such an amazing time. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I want to specifically say how fantastic Abdullah, Ümit, Dilara was in the entertainment team. They always went out of there way for us and made my children feel so special honestly cannot thank them enough. I also want to say a massive thank you to the shop owners downstairs, they are always so friendly and always remember us. The food hall staff are also so attentive and work so hard and definitely need some praise too. We always look forward to seeing them when we go and just them alone make us want to return. I’m sure this will not be our last holiday there. We can’t wait to return!

Rooms - The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable don’t expect luxury it’s built for families if I come again I’d pay for a sea view rather than over looking a busy noisy road. Staff - Excellent all very friendly and go above and beyond special mention to Yuseuf in the restaurant he was incredible has a table for us ready with drinks every day without even asking. Pool - The pools are all freezing it’s ok once you’re in but it’s a bit of a shock to the system, imagine in the height of summer you would want this, maybe some heating during the winter months would help. Indoor pool is excellent really large and sun beds all around, good facilities. Every pool has lifeguards safety is a top priority. Loads of water slides to try out kids loved them. No pool service for drinks although this might not be the case in high season. Hotel - Hotel is spotless everything is kept clean I have been here 10 days not seen one bit of rubbish or a dirty table, the grounds are well kept and the beach is great. Outside Couple of bazaars across the road and a small Bar for the football - you can buy clothes over there but it’s cheaper to go to Alarna Bazzar about 5 mins away they do a free pickup over 650 shops. All in all great time my only negatives are as follows. The smell of smoke in the corridors. Baked Beans are like bullets

• Talya (10/5): Back after 4 years and wished we hadn't left it so long - our happy place! - We came back here after 4 years and wished we had come back sooner! Gorgeous beach and sea, amazing food, wonderful hospitality, perfect vibe day and night and great evening entertainment. The perfect place to relax and unwind for a week with something for everything or if you want to just do nothing then it's also perfect! We loved it so much that we plan to return next year again. Special shout outs to some exceptional staff at the hotel including Efe on reception desk, Adil in the restaurant and Ricky in the entertainment team who all made our stay extra special. Nothing!
• Connector09238363151 (10/5): Amazing hotel and even more amazing staff! - Hotel Pegasos Royal is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel has so much to offer - a lot of pools with water slides, tennis courts, archery class, a game centre, SPA with amazing hammam massage, and more. Also, the beach is very close, because the hotel is right next to the seaside. But the best experience here was meeting THE PEOPLE - whole hotel Staff is extraordinary, especially restaurant chef Tarik - he is the kindest person you will ever meet! Tarik and his whole crew are totally amazing people who are always smiling! If you just smile back, I'm sure they'll make you feel special and take care of you during your stay here! I recommend staying at the Pegasos Royal - you'll have the time of your life here!

Bra att kunna utnyttja alla 3 hotellens (Royal, Resort och Club) faciliteter och barer. Mycket bra mat även för Vegetarianer och Veganer. Bra underhållning på kvällarna. Hade planerat att spela tennis varje dag men det kostade 15€ / timme. De hade 1 grusbana men den var inte i drift (verkar inte ha varit så på länge). De andra 3 banorna var betong varav bara 1 var brukbar. Tennistränaren var duktig men utarbetad och längtade till att säsongen var över.
• Sightsee27956062751 (10/5): Another fantastic stay - This place has captured our hearts over the past few years and after visiting many other all inclusives this one tops them all by a country mile and then some! The whole site across the three hotels (Royal, Resort & Club) is kept spotlessly clean with the grounds exceptionally maintained and the scenery just beautiful, There are plenty of pools to choose from across the 3 venues which will help to keep you cool and the lovely sandy beach and crystal clear sea on the doorstep is simply stunning with sunbeds free to use for all guests. Food is plentiful with so much choice that you will not go hungry at all. The thing that makes this place outstanding and memorable are all the staff who work so hard with smiles on their faces at all times. Everyone is so approachable and so friendly from the cleaning and maintenance staff right up to the management team who will approach you and make sure that you’re having the best time. A special shout out to the Entertainment team who all work so hard adding to the enjoyment of your stay. We stayed at the Royal and have to say a huge thank you to Ekin, Abdullah, Maicom and Umit who will keep you all entertained throughout your stay. Also big thanks to Adnan and staff at the Buddha bar who will ensure your glasses never run dry and to Tarik and his team in the restaurant who greet and treat you like a long lost friends, always going over and above any expectations. Thanks to all of you for another memorable stay and I’m sure we will see you again in the not too distant future.

Большая и зелёная территория для прогулок вдоль моря. 4. Есть различные анимации (стрельба из лука, теннис, минигольф). Не понравилось: 1. Очень старый отель. Номер был "уставший". 2. В ванной нет ни одной розетки. 3. Полотенца старые, потрепанные и к тому их меняют раз в 3 дня, что нам не понравилось. 4. В минибаре в номере не было ничего кроме 3х бутылок воды. И их не восполняли, пришлось набирать в них воду из кулера. 5. Напитки в барах наливают в пластиковые стаканы, которые в ужасном состоянии. 6. В номере за трое суток в номере убрали один раз и к тому же плохо.

• emmatX4957ET (10/5): Amazing 8th visit - Amazing 8th visit to this hotel and felt like I was home. Definitely my happy place and my second home. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and always go above and beyond. The reception staff specially Ibraham was amazing as always had a fantastic welcome as I always do. The mangers Cemal and Ozan are always approachable and friendly. Olga on public relations is always happy and smiling and always asks if everything is ok and takes time to chat. Love the newest edition George the hotel cat what a beauty. The entertainment team always aim to please. Always happy and friendly never a dull moment with these. Special shout out to Abdullah, maicom and Ekin these stood out yet again for us as a friend group they are all amazing at what they do. Adnan and nusret at the Buddha bar again amazing. Always happy and very busy but always time to speak. Very polite gentlemen always a pleasure to have a drink at the Buddha bar it would not be the same without these two. The restaurant staff are always very busy but all very happy and cheerful. Nothing is never a problem for them always checking drinks and always remembered our orders from before. Massive thank you to Tarik, Erol, Umut, Yusuf, Ahmet, Adil and Mahmut. Thank you for making our dining experience a very pleasant and joyful one. Very happy 8th visit and I don't think it will be my last. Love coming but hate leaving, all the staff work so hard. My wife and I would like to thank you all for a great holiday, special thanks to Ata, and Mahmut, our waiters for two weeks and Adnam, in the Buddah bar. We would also like to thank Ekin, Abdullah, and umit, entertainment team.This was our fifth visit see you all next year. Fantastic Resort
• U6594EPsophieb (10/5): Fabulous 2 week stay at AQI pegasos royal - We visited pegasos royal in September this year for 2 weeks with 2 young children (2&4). Room was a good size with the children staying in the 2 sofa beds. We asked for a bed guard for the 2 year old. We had a great time, immaculate hotel with very friendly staff. Bedroom wise, recommend asking for a non slip shower mat as the shower is slippy. Our kids don’t like showers so we bought the cheapest little paddling pool in the shop and used that in shower as an impromptu bath. Tv has a few kids programs. With the balcony doors shut you can’t hear anything from outside. The resort is incredible; you have access to all 3 hotels. In our opinion the royal is the best for kids, close to both the royal and resort pools and closest to the water park. Beach is 2 mins from the pool and there’s a great pomade walk across all 3 hotels. We literally spent all day hopping back and forth between beach and pool. The restaurant food was incredible and the staff made our trip for us. Special shout out to Hasan Dag, and incredible waiter who made sure we always had everything we needed at lunch and dinner. Honourable mentions to Tarik and Serhat who both made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast, with Tarik frequently treating our children to handmade boats and flowers. They were very entertained. The life guards on site are brilliant, very vigilant especially with all the water slides. It was our main concern going away with children that cannot swim yet, but we felt very safe. Highly recommend going, great value for money, great weather and great staff. Our only recommendation would be to make the kids mini discos earlier. Music starts playing in the amphitheater at 8pm and the disco starts at 8:30. I can understand for older children this might be good but there’s not much for younger ones, and outside of school holidays it’s mostly children younger than 5. 7:30 would have been perfect timing for just some music from the dj for the kids to dance to in the amphitheater.

Rannatoole päevasel ajal ei saa, kuna broneeritakse kõik ära. Veepargi vesi nii jäine, et kasutada ei saanud.
• zuzana1 (10/5): Best Holiday - I just came back from the best hotel. Hotel is not the newest, but everything is very clean and hotel is good maintained. The beach and sea is very clean. I would like to thank to all staff from Pegassos Royal hotel, especially to Deniz from beach bar. He was always friendly and helpful. We just passed around him and our drinks were prepared. We liked waiters at the restaurant, they clean the tables fast, we always found clean table. Thank to entertainment team, for profesional evenings program, thanks Katrina for pool dance and latino cardio, Michael for HIIT, Abdullah for fun during beach games, both for fun during the evenings. • jonlD8525JH (8/5): Very good but! - The hotel is very clean and the staff all seemed very pleasant and helpful, our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a sea view , very comfortable and extremely large double bed . The hotels grounds and pool areas are immaculate, the hotel is just a step away from the beach which again is kept very clean and tidy . When it comes to food time there's plenty of choice however we had to use the microwave several times as a lot of the dishes went cold very quickly . An odd thing in this day and age there are no hot drinks making facilities in the rooms , they will provide a kettle free of charge when asked at reception a cause of a few complaints at the TUI welcome meeting . For us the down side to its location is that apart from it's two sister hotels next door (which you get free use of there facilities except main restaurants) there's nothing near the place for miles,apart from the grounds and beach no where to walk or explore . One more thing when booking make sure that you book a room with a sea view as all three Pegasus hotels are only metres from a very busy dual carriageway that doesn't stop 24/7 . Overall a good hotel , ok food you won't go hungry but it's not perfect 7 out of 10 .

The place is sparkling clean — I’ve seen my reflection in the floor more than in the mirror 😄. The staff were always smiling and super friendly. So many things to do that I almost forgot to relax. Pool, beach, great vibes — 10/10, would happily “get stuck” here again!

• 732mikhailg (4/5): It wasn’t great - We stayed at this hotel last year, but sadly this visit was not the same. One of the biggest disappointments is that they now charge almost full price for the second child, whereas last year both kids were at the child rate. It really made the vacation less affordable for families like ours. We also noticed a significant drop in the quality of food. Another big issue was the hotel medic. When my kid got sand in his eye, instead of helping us wash it out, we were sent to a clinic that seems closely tied to the hotel. They arranged a car, but we were charged 600 euros just for washing the eye. It felt unnecessary and extremely expensive. To add to that, the walls are paper-thin. Guests were loud in the corridors, especially in the evenings, so there’s no point in going to bed before 11. Even then, you’ll probably get woken up at midnight or 1 am a few times. If you’re expecting a restful sleep on vacation, you might be disappointed because the disturbances are frequent. While the staff is still friendly and the location is great, these changes really impacted our stay. We hope they return to the family-friendly policies we experienced before
• 159fatmar (10/5): The Best place to be. - Writing this whilst at the hotel sat on the balcony enjoying the sea view with a cuppa tea. My 4th visit 2nd this year and it always feels like coming home. Special shout outs to the usual suspects.. Ata and Mahmut in the food halls. Ekin and Abdullah from entertainment. Kemal from the shop downstairs and of course the whole Pegasos royal family for always making me feel welcome and safe. (Solo female traveller). Also a special shout out to Efe on reception, what an exceptional young man!!! Went above and beyond for me couldn’t have asked for more. See you all next year ❤️

The animation team does a great job - would like to specially thank Ekin (hope I got the name right) and the British guy who runs Mini Disco. The lady running the archery has a very unwelcoming attitude and was directly rude to some of the guests. The evening shows were great, but I got concerned about the safety of the performers in some of the shows, in particular the scateboarders and cyclists.

This hotel has everything you could wish for in a perfect holiday. Hotel rooms are a perfect size, clean, with fresh towels, bedding, and even special little touches. The restaurant is clean, the food is amazing, and the service is outstanding. Mahmut & Ata work extremely hard to maintain perfect customer service. The entertainment team work hard to make sure you're having a good time. We all loved the fun they brought to the holiday, especially Abdullah, Ekin, and Mustafa great team. The holiday would not be the same without them. The pools are clean and well managed by the lifeguard team. I have now found my go-to place for a great family holiday, and it's mostly because of the atmosphere and hard work of the whole staff throughout the hotel, everyone is so friendly, especially the ones named above.

• SusieCelery (10/5): Fabulous Hotel, Great Staff, Great Food and Very Clean! - Our holiday from 25th August to 5th September was fabulous. We were a family of 6, grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom was lovely, always had plenty of hot water. The hotel was very well maintained and the housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it spotlessly clean. The food was plentiful with a good variety, fresh and hot. Sometimes some of the food in the children's buffet wasn't so hot. We were very well looked after by Tarik and Erol Erbek and Umut Altin at meal times, they were friendly, attentive and remembered our drinks order. The children loved them too 🤩. We enjoyed the archery and Krystyna was an excellent instructor. We were very impressed with the lifeguards at the pools, slides and on the beach. They were very observant and friendly. This was our first time here and our daughters 3rd time but I'm sure we will be back soon! Thank you Tarik, Erol, Umut, Krystyna and all the staff for a memorable holiday.

Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. A very special shout out to ATA and MAHMUT (they were like a double act) our waiters in the restaurant, who looked after us exceptionally well and couldn't do enough for us. We always had a lot of fun with them and they were always smiling and laughing. a lot of highlights of our holiday was made by them. Also a special mention to ADNAN in the Buddha bar, who has got to be the best drinks waiter we have ever had. He always looked after us, and always had time for a chat. Thank you to all. He often joined us for card games, bringing so much fun and laughter, and even introduced us to other staff, which made us feel part of the hotel family. His warmth and energy really stood out and made our holiday unforgettable.
• tummytucker16 (2/5): Food poisoning risk at this hotel - Stayed at the AQI Pegasos royal for 10 nights during August and contracted gastroenteritis on the 3rd night. There is definitely suspect food practices in play at the hotel that led to my severe food poisoning. As a family of 4 we all experienced varying degrees of stomach upset and loose motion throughout our stay. Food choices at this all inclusive were uninspiring and often felt limited to eating chips and chicken snitzel. Very basic food on offer apart from the desert which was more satisfying. In terms of facilities, they do have multiple pools across 3 shared hotel sites. Although beware they get busy and loungers get reserved all day by people throwing down their towels by 6 am and often not returning to them for long periods of time. On one of the days we saw a child was sick in the pool and it took a while for the life guards to realise and figure out what to do. Eventually one of the lifeguards requested closure of the pool for the rest of the day. Other than the pool closure it was notable that there was no cleaning or treatment of the pool after the incident. The hotel is close by to the beach so that is good but beware the waves here can be quite strong so it is difficult to go too far out in the water. The worst part of the stay I will mention is the bogus doctors service at the hotel (in fact all 3 hotels have one in similar locations). These doctors stationed at the hotel are not doctors but basic medics with one job that is to refer as many cases as possible to the local clinic they have a partnership with and extort the maximum amount of money on medical illness cases. The hotel works with a 3rd party clinic that has no dealing with insurance companies leaving the tourist needing to pay £1000s in highly inflated medical bills before being returned to the hotel. Please beware if you are on holiday and fall ill do not ever use the hotel doctor service but call your travel insurance provider first. I left my feedback with TUI after my holiday and they merely gave me a quick courtesy call to say they will pass it onto the hotel. No goodwill or compensation of any kind offered whatsoever. Paid over £5k for the trip. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel, probably 3 star at a push but with the food hygiene problems it is more 1 or 2 star currently if like us you discover some of the worst food you have ever experienced on a holiday anywhere.

All the lifeguards in the pools are great as-well very friendly and giving little one a bit more attention is a very lovely way. The mini disco is also great they pay a lot of attention to the kids as-well, one thing is captain nemo is a bit less present in the resort than last year and my little one is really missing him Further more it a really great hotel that we are devo trying to book next year again. We booked a family sea view room,and thats exactly what we got,the room was a great size ,clean and bright,with amazing sea view. The food is your typical all inclusive, but the pudding section is the best we have had in this price range hotel.Drinks are ok ,cocktails not brilliant but guys behind the bars are happy to make what you want as long as the ingredients are listed on the menu. The pools are lovely but we spent most of our time at the adult pool as the others are predominantly familys with young children. The beach is lovely ,we always found sunbeds at around 10 am ,sea was warmer than the pools. I have not been to a hotel that has been so well staffed,loads of waiters, life guards,cleaners.Nothing is too much trouble. We would not normally return to the same place but if the price was right, we would return here as we had the best most relaxing time. Unfortunately and this is nothing at all to do with the hotel,the tui transfer was shocking,listen to other reviews and get a private transfer, also on return tui transfer dumped us at the wrong terminal with no information, not a pleasant experience. But pegasus royal keep doing what you are doing as it works 😁.

Day time and night time entertainment was unbelievable from fire shows to magic. The food was amazing and was different every night with themed night, we had a wonderful man looking after called Ata. He went out of his was to save our favourite table and even dressed the table with rose petals for our honeymoon. The pool we couldn’t have asked for more we did have an issue with one of the life guards that seemed to target my son. We stayed at AQI Pegasos Royal, but we could go anywhere in the resort. Every evening there was some entertainment such as Mongolian show, Colombian show, Magician or Fantasia show etc. and we could join karaoke twice a week. Also foam party at the beach 3 times a week was fun. There was wide scale of food and drink choices and it was delicious, garden very beautiful and everything was clean. Also staff was really nice, especially man named Ata Karatas. He made sure we had everything we needed. Also it is good to mention that we could choose from 3 types of ice cream every day; vanilla, strawberry or chocolate. Really great. We would love to come back one day.

Hes the kindest most genuine person you will ever meet always topping our drinks up massive warm welcome at every visit to the restaurant hes the biggest asset to this hotel he deserves the most recognition 💗 cleaners where great and always helpful. The staff here make the hotel. Also the guy from the spa we never got his name but he came round the pool everyday whistling having a joke and a laugh constantly on about my sons mullet 🤣 he made us laugh everyday it was always a pleasure to see him. Also the lifeguards. Please bring them drinks when you go to the bar a water a sprite they are so grateful. Its so hot and they all do a fantastic job of keeping everyone safe. Thank you so much for the best holiday we've had in a long long time. We never visit anywhere twice but we're planning our next holiday here for definite. • Omer (10/5): - I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Unfortunately, we had to return to Canada because of my kids’ school, otherwise I would have gladly stayed another week. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families

Traveling with our one-year-old was so much easier thanks to the kindness of everyone working there. Even now, our little one still waves and smiles whenever he sees someone wearing a yellow shirt - that's how memorable and warm the team was! • beckydJ4144CI (10/5): A truly wonderful, memorable holiday. - I travelled as a single parent with my 13 year old Daughter between 25/8- 01/09. We had a truly incredible stay and cannot praise the hotel and it's staff enough. DINING/FOOD- First and foremost I would like to mention the first class hospitality we received from Ata Karataş in the main buffet restaurant. A wonderful, friendly, approachable host, who couldn't do enough for us. He replenished our drinks, was always on hand if we needed anything and was a force in the smooth, efficient running of the restaurant- a real credit to the hotel. There was a great choice and variety of food that catered for all, we found the meals flavoursome. My Daughter is a fussy eater, me not so much and we always felt spoilt for choice. ROOM- We stayed in a 1 bed family room. Our room consisted of twin beds, partition doors, then 2 x single sofa beds and a balcony. We didn't have a pool view room and was a little worried about the potential noise from the main road, especially being a light sleeper, however we had very restful nights and didn't find this an issue at all. Room was a great size, plenty of storage for clothes etc, tv, decent air conditioning and a powerful shower. Water bottles are topped up daily and a mini fridge to keep them chilled. Bathrobes/ slippers supplied and hairdryer situated in the bathroom. ANIMATION TEAM- We found the animation team to be the best we have encountered on any holiday. They're not pushy in making you participate in activities, however their enthusiasm, friendly nature's and larger than life personalities, make you want to join in. They work tirelessly throughout the day and evening, with an action packed, varied, fun filled programme. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT- As with the animation team, we found the evening shows (outside companies) to be absolutely fantastic, truly professional and talented individuals. We watched a wide variety of shows, including- a bike/ skate stunt show, Samba show, Mongolian Circus, Mama Africa circus and Michael Jackson tribute. Prior to the shows which started at 21.30, there was a mini disco for the children which started at 20.30. After the show, we spent our evenings in Buddha bar where the would be live singers, DJ, karaoke etc. We received pleasant, friendly service from the staff here. POOLS- You're spoilt for choice when it comes to pools. The concept of having use of the facilities at all 3 hotels (with the exception of dining) is brilliant. We chose to spend our pool days round the resort main pool. We found this to be more spacious and had the convenience of the pool bar. We had no problem getting 2x spare sun loungers without reserving too early, this may be different if you were a larger party though. BEACH/WATERSPORTS/ LIFEGUARDS- The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront location on a lovely stretch of coastline. 5 out of 7 days we were there were red flag days, with big waves and strong undercurrents. Myself and my Daughter are strong swimmers, but we stayed close to the shoreline on these days. That's mother nature for you, though having spoken to repeat guests, I believe it is generally calm. As a result, the lifeguards really did have their work cut out and did an incredible job keeping everyone safe. There were always plenty of available sun loungers by all 3 hotels. We used Baytek Watersports situated on the beach for a Sunset boat trip. It was a truly wonderful, memorable trip, Mali is a great, personable host. We seen turtles, swam out at sea and watched an incredible sunset. Life jackets and snorkel equipment were provided. STAFF- It is a complete team effort that makes this hotel so fabulous. From the gardening/ maintenance staff that keep the grounds and gardens immaculate, waiting staff, reception staff, ice cream kiosk staff, housekeeping staff etc etc. Also a special mention to our cleaner (room 4022.) We did ask her name, though this was lost through the language barrier. A friendly face every morning, we always exchanged "good mornings" and we ensured she knew how much we appreciated her. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and an added touch of beautiful towel designs on our beds. We took euros for spending money for excursions, gifts, shopping etc and lira for tipping. The world is a big place and we like to visit new destinations/ hotels, however we have shared the wonderfulness of this hotel/ holiday with our family and friends and we hope to return in the not so distant future. Thank you Pegasos Royal for a fabulous, memorable stay.

Der er rigelig af pools for alle aldre. Personalet er super fantastisk og specielt for som har et barn med Autisme. De er omsorgsfulde og tager hensyn og formår at skabe tillid. • 894jach (10/5): Excellent stay - We stayed at Pegasos Royal for 11 nights from 18th August, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. We arrived late but were warmly welcomed, quickly checked in, and shown to our room with ease. To our surprise, we were even provided with juice, sandwiches, and fruit on arrival – a lovely touch after a long journey. This was our third stay at this hotel, and for good reason – we simply cannot fault anything. Every member of staff, from reception to the animation team, is absolutely amazing. Special thanks to our lovely housekeeping lady Emine, who kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. A very big thank you goes to Ata Karataş for looking after us so well during meal times, Ata goes out of his way to ensure we are happy and to Mahmut – their hospitality and care are second to none. They are both a true asset to Pegasos Royal. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, although we chose to spend most of our days at the beautiful beach. We definitely will be returning again – thank you for another fantastic holiday!
• 834ventsislavk (2/5): VERY DODGY scheme - Beware of hotel doctor scam – £890 for a simple ear infection! We stayed at Pegasos Royal and on the first night my daughter had mild ear discomfort. The hotel doctor came, claimed it was “very serious”, and arranged a private clinic immediately. At the clinic we had to pay £275 just to see the doctor and then another £615 for unnecessary procedures (ear irrigation, blood test, ear tamponade). The total was £890 for what turned out to be a simple ear infection. This felt like a clear scam – exaggerating symptoms to scare us, then charging extortionate prices. We later found out other families had the same experience. The food, entertainment and staff at the hotel were great, but this medical scam ruined our holiday and left us feeling cheated. We will not return, and I hope TUI and hotel management stop sending guests to these clinics.

• desislavay2023 (2/5): One star – our holiday was ruined by the hotel doctor and clinic - We stayed at Pegasos Royal for one week. The food, entertainment and facilities were excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly. Under normal circumstances I would have rated this hotel much higher. However, on the first night my daughter had mild ear discomfort. The hotel doctor examined her, told us it was “very serious”, and that we needed to go to a private clinic immediately. He himself called the clinic and arranged a taxi to take us there. We felt panicked and pressured, so we agreed. At the clinic we had to pay £275 just for the consultation, and afterwards we were charged for ear irrigation, a finger-prick blood test, and antibiotic ear packs. The total came to an unbelievable £890. In my opinion these prices were extremely inflated, and the whole situation felt like a scheme taking advantage of worried tourists. Later, I found other complaints online from guests who had very similar experiences of being sent to expensive private clinics. This incident completely ruined our holiday. We left feeling exploited and cheated, and we will not return. I hope TUI and the hotel management take this seriously so no other family has to go through the same.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, everything was well prepared, and our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the sea. 🍽️ The food was excellent — a wide variety, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone, even our picky little eaters. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 🎭 A special thank you to Halil Censi & Umut Altin & Tarik Erbek & Erol Erbek👌🤩👌 We’d love to come back again!
• nikkijayne1979 (10/5): Unbelievable place - Best holiday we’ve ever had , you will not be able to fault this hotel, we came in august as a family of four , two adults and two boys age 11 and 12 , and this place is unbelievable, the hotel is stunning, and spotless , it is absolutely immaculate inside and out , every pool ( there’s loads ) are so clean , the food is brilliant, different theme every night, and has staples like spaghetti, and nuggets etc for kids , the drinks are really good , the staff never see you without a drink , especially ATA , the restaurant supervisor, he keeps everything running smoothly, and really looks after the guests , he is absolutely worth his weight in gold . The cleaning staff on floor 5 are amazing and are very thorough when cleaning rooms , the entertainment staff are brilliant, and keep everyone busy all day , the beach is great , they have a foam party 3 times per week which is fun ! I could go on forever, 3 special mentions for us , 1st is Aran the TUI rep , really looked after us , from helping us with out excursions, to helping us with an issue we had that was nothing to do with the hotel , even came to find us to make sure we were ok , and the hotel manager, he’s is brilliant, always around the hotel making sure guest are happy , and told us countless times , anything we need just ask , and let us use his office phone to call home !! Don’t think about booking ! Just book , it’s an outstanding hotel with staff that love their job and go out of their way to make your stay unbelievable, see you next year pegasos royal ♥️

From the moment we arrived, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail were second to none. A special mention to Deniz at the beach bar — by far the best at the hotel. His friendly personality, quick service, and genuine warmth made every visit a pleasure. In the restaurant, **Tarik, Hasan, and the whole team** were outstanding, delivering delicious food with impeccable service every single day. Mally at the watersports brought so much fun and energy to our stay, making every activity exciting and memorable. The spa was another highlight — treatments were exceptional, and the therapists’ knowledge and care made it a truly relaxing experience. Evenings were made extra special thanks to Adan and his team at the Buddha Bar, who created a fantastic atmosphere night after night. And the entertainment team were simply amazing — engaging, talented, and full of energy, keeping the whole family entertained from morning to night. This resort delivers the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and world‑class hospitality. We left with incredible memories and can’t wait to return!

There was so much for the kids to do — from the fun slides to the lively kids’ disco — they were entertained from morning to night. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety at the buffet. The kids especially loved having their own separate buffet section and, of course, the daily soft serve ice cream was a big hit! The beach was absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect spot for both relaxing and family fun. On top of it all, the staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which really made the holiday extra special. None
• lmgUk (10/5): A Great family friendly hotel - What a great family friendly hotel. The hotel is spotless, the room we stayed in was a little dated but big enough for us with plenty of storage There was a fridge that was filled with water everyday which was great. The Staff at this hotel are all so helpful and hardworking. The pools were great, with so many water slides, my 9 year old had to be dragged away at the of the day. The lifeguards are all brilliant.. The TUI kids club was also brilliant. The overall entertainment choices over the 3 hotels was also very good. The all inclusive drinks were more than adequate, I loved the iced coffees throughout the day. The buffet restaurant was also good a wide choice of food kept everyone happy even my very fussy 11 year old with autism. We also tried the Italian Al a carte and that was also good. The beach was nice, the sea was a little lively but that was ok, the lifeguards were also very good out there. Overall a great family holiday. The only downside was the very long transfer from the airport & that the hotel is situated in a fairly remote location - there are a few shops over the road and a pharmacy.
• A274UMnataliec (10/5): Natalie, Luke and boys loved this hotel. - We arrived at the tender hour of 4am. (Book a private transfer) we were swiftly checked in and given two big bags of sandwiches, cakes and fruit along with fruit juices and water. If you have the option to book a sea view, it’s a must and so worth it. Food - excellent. So much choice from fresh salads, olives, dips, cold meats Pasta station was a hit with me. It was delicious every time. Fresh meat and fish grilled along with your standard all inclusive Turkish dishes. Never had a bad meal. The waiters in the restaurant were fab. Ata and Mahmut were fast class, always smiling, always attentive, not to mention friendly and great with the kids, told them both a round of drinks once and before we’d even sat down drinks on the table everytime. They work so very hard and we really did appreciate them. Pools. Royal pool is packed with sunbeds didn’t need to get up early unless you had a particular spot you enjoyed. We moved around a lot. The entertainment team do a fab job. The 5pm aerobics in the pool was my fave, he was just hilarious. We loved the resort pool too, it’s significantly bigger than the royal and a very convenient bar situated in the middle of it. Beach - it’s a dream, we did suffer a good 12 days of red flags so wasn’t able to swim out far due to strong rip tide and big waves, but we had fun jumping in the waves. Soft sand, no need for beach shoes (although the sand is as hot as lava so you need something to get down to the sea) The beach bars are conveniently situated. Although a limited menu at the beach bars. We didn’t really see much evening entertainment in the theatre but what we did see ask ok. The 2 boys in the arcade Omer and (can’t remember his name) were fantastic, always chatting and challenging my boys to different games which was great fun for them. Overall we have had a fantastic 2 weeks and would return in a heartbeat. Well done Pegasos you fulfilled our holiday needs perfectly. Thank you xx
• S9315CAnikkic (10/5): The best holiday, the best team ! - Where do I start ? .. this is by far the best holiday we have ever had , I’m now on the 10th day of a 15 day holiday and we don’t want to leave , there is not one thing that can be faulted at this hotel , the animation team are top class , the hotel staff , from the bar staff to the restaurant staff , cleaners , they can not do enough for you , the hotel manager is wonderful and wants to make sure you have the best time, and you definitely do , the food is fantastic, the hotel , and pool are spotless, and Aran the TUI rep is just delightful , he does everything to make your stay as smooth as possible, we really needed this holiday after losing our daughter 9 months ago , it’s been horrific and didn’t think it was possible to have a nice time ever again, thank you for the best holiday, we will be back next year !!! • kimberleyl366 (10/5): 2 weeks of fun and laughter - Just returned home from an amazing 2 weeks at pegasos royal. Travelled with husband, 2 kids 7 and 8 and my 70 year old parents and all had an amazing time. The best thing about this hotel without a doubt is their staff. They are a credit to the hotel. Before i get into the review i feel i must shout out a special few who without a doubt, made our stay magical. ATA and MAHMUT in the dining room, from day 1 were outstanding. Helping us with tables, constantly getting us drinks, making sure we were ok, laughing with my kids and dads, they could not do enough for us. Couldnt ask for more. Amazing people, you made our holiday! ADNAN at the buddha bar is sensational, remembers your drinks everyday, never lets it get empty, smile on his face everyday, he was just amazing. SUTTON our room cleaner, brilliant, rooms and whole hotel are spotless and always being cleaned. Lovely rose petals on bed at night. ABDULLAH and EKIN the entertainment team, always happy to see us, and getting us involved. Honestly tge staff are outstanding anf made our holiday. SoArrived at 10pm to a welcome food package of cake fruit anf sandwiches as we had missed the buffet, which i thought was a lovely touch. Food was good at the buffet, it was busy at times but its to be expected in august. Good choice. Enetertment round pool starts at 10am, water polo, shuffleboard etc, kids games. The slides are amazing and my kids and us were on them loads. Lots of different sizes for all ages. There are numerous lifeguards round the pool, never seen so many, so felt completely safe. My kids loved the kids darts at 11am and then joined in with the adults game at 5pm with ekin who always made it fun for everyone. There is kids discos although we only went once as so much to do. Night shows after that, although as we were up early we found we were too tired by time these started so only seen one but it was great. The spa is amazing and i had 2 fabulous massages and turkish hamans and found price reasonable compared to the uk! So many positive points about the hotel, the best being the staff that are mentioned above as they honestly made our holiday! We miss them already! There were a few tiny things that perhaps could improve it to 5 star, there needs to be another toaster at breakfast, the italian ala carte was a let down, none of us enjoyed our mains, but the setting of it was lovely and for wine lovers there needs to be a better choice. As we paid extra for wines as my mum loves her wine but onlt 2 chardonnays on and she didnt enjot either, so perhaps look at getting a better selection. The ala carte we needed to order when booking days earlier which was weird as you dont know what you fancy to eat that far in advance. So perhaps change that. But the staff were that good i could not give it less than 5 star review, ive travelled to many fantastic hotels but have never seen staff like here and was treated like absolute royalty for 2 weeks. Thanks ata, mahmut, adnan, abdullah, ekin, sutton, and everyone else that made our holiday one we will remember forever. We miss it already and cant wait to return again in the future! Can defo see why so many guests are on their 4th and 5th time!
