• Ly (1/5): - Tôi có đăng ký lưu trú tại Bamboo garden homestay ngày 31/8-1/9 ,vì lý do trễ xe nên giờ tôi check in trễ vào lúc 9 h tối. Tới nơi chị chủ nói hết phòng. Tỏ thái độ dửng dưng nói là tại chị check in trễ nên em để phòng cho người khác rồi. Và đó là lúc giữa đêm. Hic. Chị có thể liên lạc với em trước khi cho khách khác lưu trú mà. Chuyến đi Huế-Hội an của mình dự định lưu trú tại 4 homestay và homestay này là một sự thất bại. Tại vì mùa lễ nên không cần khách.

• Van (6/5): Pleasant - Flexibility The room is dirty with spiders and geckos on the ceiling. The bath was not cleaned properly. The bed sheets are old and dirty.

• Dionne (9/5): Great budget options that is comfortable and clean. - The bed was comfy, the hot water, refrigerator, and location near many restaurants and cafes and very near memory island, which was closed. About a 15 -20 minutes walk to downtown and many tourist attractions. The is no elevator, but that’s only an issue if you have heavy luggages.

There's also a well equipped although quite messy kitchen Noise from the street. due to overbooking we had to spend the first night in a different room, which was suuper tiny and uncomfortable. I recommend booking one of the more luxurious rooms.

• Agnese (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were nice and clean, and the place was in an optimal position, just a few minutes walking or cycling from the centre of Hoi An. The owner was super nice and helpful, ordered for us traditional breakfast, and gave us advice on what to see around the city. The owner booked for us the trip to Hue through Hai Van Pass, but the driver wasn't the best, and the whole trip wasn't organised so well. I suggest, if you're planning to do this kind of trip, to book with proper agencies. Besides this, which wasn't the owner's complete fault, the stay was perfect.
• Chelsea (10/5): Great value, good location, friendly staff. - The location was about a 20 min walk from the main downtown area, which I liked because it was quiet and gave us an excuse to walk through the neighborhood. The room was large and comfortable, the AC worked beautifully, and there were always enough bottles of water. Every morning when I opened the door of my room I looked across the hall at the face of a mannequin, and every morning it startled me 😂

The room we were given looked nothing like the photos. More alarmingly, we arrived to find period blood dried in on the bed sheets, and when we asked to have them replaced, the host seemed reluctant to do so. The room was generally unclean, with cobwebs hanging from the walls.

• Mai (10/5): it’s worth it - The property exceeded my expectations. The bathroom is unbelievably big and they have a hairdryer which we appreciated. The homestay offers bikes for $1.25/day as well as car rides to anywhere in Đà Nẵng for $12.60. The hosts were kind enough to give us extra towels and water even when we didn’t ask. And if you come late or wanna ask the hosts some questions at night, they’ll be someone at the reception so no need to worry about it. It is quite a walk to the Ancient Town and back but with a bike it won’t take long and for pedestrians it’s a great opportunity to immerse in the landscape of Hoi An a little longer. You can easily go to Coconut Village with a bike for no more than 10 min! I think only 1 person speaks English there but with translation apps, everyone can manage. Definitely recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our time in Hoi An....thank you! It was a little far from the action, but easily walkable along the river...actually recommend this route. Turn right out of the property and walk for a couple of mins to the petrol station, with a lit up bridge and boats with lanterns chugging along the river.
• Charles (5/5): Passable - The staff were friendly, bed sheets and towels were clean Is further from the centre then booking.com says, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, there were ants in the room, the shower didn't have a steady stream, the air-conditioning didn't work very well, also when you turned it off the room would go hot within a minute. They provide a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee.

Morgenmad var udemærket og til kun 2 dollars pr mand: kaffe, juice og mad. Familien var så behjælpelige med at finde rundt, og at komme frem og tilbage til lufthavnen. Helt sikkert et sted vi vil bo igen, hvis vi kommer til Hoi An!

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Wünsche nach Transfers und Touren werden zuverlässig erfüllt. Fahrraeder kostenfrei vorhanden. Super Lage in einem Wohnort von Hoi An. Fussweg zur Stadt ca. 20 Minuten. Zahlreiche lokale Restaurants in der Nähe.
• Rochelli (6/5): Little far from Old Town but short ride by bike - Had a good stay in Bamboo Garden in Hoi An. The hotel is a little far from the old town, but with the free bicycles you can get there in 5 minutes. Breakfast was really good, especially the fruit salad with yogurt. The owners/staff are great people, very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, but it was clean and functional. The shower temperature changed during the bath and sometimes was hard to have a hot shower, but apart from that, it was good.
