• Luis (1/5): This B&B is in a slum of Rome - Nothing Literally a room in someone’s apartment
• Marianna (5/5): - Propietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Letto comodissimo. Anche se era esplicitamente scritto che era vietato fumare, un membro dello staff fumava, e si sentiva puzza ovunque specie in bagno. Zona brutta, non ero a mio agio a rincasare tardi con mia figlia. Prezzo esagerato tenendo conto di zona e bagno condiviso.

• Cebanu (1/5): - Am ajuns la fața locului era un bloc în care locuiau oameni nu era un hotel !Stapinul mi-a pus receptorul în timp ce vb cu el pe telefon .Miau retras banii din cont fără ca să mă cazez în apartament .Eu am stat afară cu familia cu copii mici în căldură .Domnul nici nu m-a sunat înapoi !.Mă telefonat doar seara cînd eu deja am găsit hotel în altă parte și am făcut bronarea unde m-au intimplinat frumos .NU RECOMAND ,Domnul i-a bani și nu oferă servicii ……

• Chibesa (10/5): It’s a dream come true vacation Centre - It’s clean and easy to locate besides its a walk-able distance to the sea It’s very clean. The room smiles good also
• Claus (2/5): - Forfalden bygning, ingen toiletpapir, bruseslange defekt. Lugt af cigaretrøg/billig duftspray. Dårlig kiks til morgenmad. Svært at få et bad. Forfærdeligt sted
• Alice (2/5): Disappointing - The owners don’t mention anywhere which looks like a “dream apartment” is actually SHARED with a lot of pepole. The night was ok till I’ve been woke up by two pepole and the owner coming inside the apartment at 10.30 am making a lot of noise. I was half naked so I was in choc and total panic!! I thought it was Burglars/thiefs! I don’t reckon cause there is a huge lack of honesty on the advert, and doesn’t worth 102 € to be disturbed by random pepole you are supposed to share everything with! (Bathroom, kitchen, lounge, entry)

• Jessica (3/5): Too expensive considering the standard. - Nice landlord who helped us arrange taxi to airport (very early flight). The landlord didn’t speak English, and was hard to get hold off. Confusion around check in-time = a lot off “lost time”. Extremely hot room with only a ventilator, circulating the hot air in the room.

• azeez (2/5): Terrible - My patner went to the reception to ask for a blanket because she was cold and the guy made some comment about her needing a dick to keep her warm. This made her very uncomfortable and scared through out her one night stay.

• Howard (2/5): - Not worth the money . Because I had pets in my vehicle I was awoken 2 times in the night by overly concerned passers by who thought my dogs had no water when they did have . So I got very little sleep area is not a nice area apart from the port promenade . I would not stay here again and the owner was not particularly helpful dragging me out of bed getting me to deal with his neighbours .when he should have dealt with the complaint Himself

• Ilaria (10/5): Capodanno2018 - Ottimo soggiorno, la casa molto pulita e il proprietario super gentile e accogliente. La casa è spaziosa e in una buona posizione, è davvero a 5 min dal mare!
• Fernanda (4/5): Não é nem parecido com as fotos - O lugar não tinha nada a ver com as fotos. Não tem recepção e tive que ligar para alguém para a pessoa me deixar entrar no prédio. Quando cheguei, não era um hotel, nem mesmo pôde-se considerar um hostel. O café da manhã era apenas uma bandeja com algumas coisas nada nutritivas as quais fazem reposição. O quarto tem pouca ventilação e não fecha totalmente a janela. Apesar de estar escrito que era não fumante, os residentes lá fumam. Isso mesmo. Tem pessoas morando no local, por isso não se pode considerar um B&B. Os moradores fazem muito barulho pela noite e as televisões vazam para o quarto disponível. Sai de lá um dia antes da data prevista em face ao transtorno que era poder dormir. Pelo menos o Senhor que me recepcionou e recebeu os pagamentos foi bem educado. Quanto aos residentes não posso dar muita opinião, não tive muito introsamento. Fora isso, também há um cachorro residindo no local, o que não foi informado de antecedência. Acho que o Hotéis.com deveria verificar melhor as propriedades antes de cadastra-las, porque me considerei caindo numa bela e cara propaganda enganosa.

• Michael (8/5): Nice place by the sea - Good investment for what I paid. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept very well. The manager was very nice. He did not speak much English so he got someone on the phone who did. The only negative is that in your description it said there was free airport shuttle. There was not. I had someone at FCO who spoke with the manager who informed me this. I was advised I could take a taxi for approximately 30 euros or I could take the bus. Another desk at FCO looked up the location and told me which bus to take. A woman who spoke English helped me find the place when I got off the bus. It turned out the manager had been out looking for me. He had me speak to someone on the phone who was willing to take me to the airport for 30 euros. I received an email through Expedia in which the manager informed me through a translator about transportation to/from FCO as well. I chose to take the bus and had no problems. I liked the location by the sea. Also your description said there was a/c. I did not see any a/c although it really wasn't necessary. I had a nice stay and slept well and I was pleased with the place overall
