Our only issue was that we were traveling with a baby and there were stairs to get to our room. We had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient.

- SARFARAZ (10/5): - 10/10, we stayed here for 4 nights and had great time. All the staff were polite and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the food as there was lots of variety and good quality. Beach was also great and many activities to do. Overall we had a blast and would love to return. The only thing (and this is not the resorts fault) most of the guests are Germans and they surely live up to their reputation as being cold, and unwelcoming (no smiles or hi/hello).

Doğa dostu olması, yeşilliklerin içinde kaybolmanız, aktivitelerinin olması, yemeklerinin güzel olması ve personelinin 10 üzerinden 11 olarak kibar ve kaliteli hizmet vermesi oteli ikinci kere tercih etmemde etkili oldu. İkinci konaklamam da aynı hizmet kalitesinin devam ettiğini gördüm. İlerleyen dönemlerde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.
- SONER (10/5): Blue & Green - We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel was in great shape and clean. The food was delicious with many choices. The beach is best for swimming in the morning, and windsurfing in the afternoon. The pool is also clean and great. The evening events were entertaining.
- Alaa (4/5): Disappointed - Everything was OK Except one major thing; Poor customer service. I was given a room which had a problem with the air conditioning. The staff at the reception kept promising me to solve the problem or change my room, but they never did. The management of the hotel doesn’t care about the guests at all. I will never return to this hotel.
- Kiranjit (6/5): - When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we had got there in time for check in. We were then made to wait for 30-40mins before given a room. Before arriving I had emailed to ask for a room with a bath tub as I was travelling with a small baby however we were given a shower room and after explaining several times they gave us a travel tub which was not suitable for our baby. Within a day of our stay there was a leak in our room which caused a huge puddle on the floor, I nearly tripped holding my baby but when I had explained this to the reception staff they did not take this seriously and one of the receptionists even laughed and said this is totally normal! Managers were not great either, we had raised the issue with them and they were not very accommodating. There is a language barrier making it extremely difficult to communicate and they failed to understand us on numerous occasions. It became quite frustrating to get our point across and in the end we just accepted that this resort isn’t what it makes out to be. The resort itself is lovely but customer service needs some work.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Experience - I wasnt expecting much but we really enjoyed our stay there. The food and the activities were great. My kid enjoyed more than us. It is a good choice for families. The majority of the turists were German. But it didn’t bother us. Everyone was respectful and I didnt hear anyone talking loud although most of us were drinking. We are planing to go there next year again if we can find a good price.

- Gergely (10/5): - Great all inclusive options for the price. Did not feel shortchanged in any way. Any premium options are reasonably priced at the bar and with regard to dining. But the important part is really the huge beach, safe, can leave belongings behind without worry and enjoy the sea. Great sport offers including bicycle trips and archery included in the base rate.

- Gerhard (8/5): - Was uns nicht gefallen hat: das viel zu kleine Badezimmer ...!! (Die Türe vom Bad war immer im Weg und es konnte sich gleichzeitig nur 1 Person im Badezimmer aufhalten). Sonst hat es uns sehr gut hier gefallen.

- Yassine (10/5): Best hotel, everything you can ask for - Best hotel we've ever stayed at, perfect location right on the beach surrounded by lots of green and hills, a short 15 mins taxi ride from airport £18. two massive pools, plenty of activities to keep you busy on your stay, 6-7 places ro get your inclusive/premuim drinks, lots of different dishes to choose from. The staff are so attentive always smiling and eager to help. Clean beautiful beach with a bar and lots of loungers for everyone. Live dance shows in an open air theatre A cinema on site shows movies in the evening Kids play area to keep your little ones busy and a mini zoo with some cute rabbits and ducks. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay as nice as it was. We will see you again soon
- Jacob V (10/5): Very diverse place with something for everyone - The main thing I really enjoyed at this hotel was the size and diversity of the grounds. The hotel is located on a slope with a lot of trees and in some parts of the grounds you really felt like you were far away from everything. So you had the option to be among a lot of people with a lot of activities, but also to be secluded. The beach area is HUGE and it is great that there are areas both with sand and with grass. The extent of activities and the ease of booking with the app was also amazing
- Jinesh (10/5): - Beautiful resort on a golden Sandy beach, great facilities on site, all inclusive package is very generous, only negative is there are limited options for Vegans but their staff and chefs will try their best to accommodate to your dietary requirements specially if they have been notified in advance.

- Homayoun (8/5): Great place to just relax - Great place to relax. The location is amazing, almost nestled in a forest and the beach is just perfect. The service if good and people are very friendly. The beds were uncomfortable and the wifi was very slow. Other than that a great stay.

Food is a good quality, a la carte restaurants a bit overhyped I thought, nice view from the roof though. Room we had a bit noisy at night with door open but ok when closed. Our little one(nearly 3) loved the beach and exploring the grounds. Activities are catered for Germans so be wary of this, didn't bother us as we were busy with our boy anyway. Room was ok, clean, some English speaking channels to watch. Would come back as we found it peaceful and hassle free

It's air is also different because less humid, which you cannot find it anywhere near. Good stuff, delicious food and good entertainment team. We stayed 14 days and we hope to come to TUI Magic Life Sarigerme again. Beach is a good sandy beach (just sand not any single stone), I recommend this place espacially to those who is searching for a family vacation

- Clean Freak (4/5): North Americans Avoid - Exactly like a discount Mexican all inclusive complete with peeling door veneers, stained rugs and see through towels all for the same price except the airfare to and from not included. If you are from North America stay away.
- Carlo (10/5): Ampio complesso ben inserito nella natura - Ampio complesso ben inserito nella natura, tutti i servizi sono presenti, due piscine accettabilmente affollate ( fine luglio), bella spiaggia sabbiosa sorvegliata con servizi, mare pulito. Molti spazi disseminati nel campus per relax, riposo ed ogni tipo di sport. Formula all inclusive vera, con buffets anche questi accettabilmente affollati e con cibo di qualità medio-alta. Numerosi bar e caffè sparsi nel parco. Nella formula "all inclusive" entrano anche due ristoranti a la carte, situati sulla terrazza dl complesso principale, con vista mozzafiato sul golfo, ottimo servizio e qualità del cibo medio-alta.
