• Robert (9/5): Great holiday sadly if my daughter wants to come with her kits it’s expensive. Free child spaces don’t make any differen - Cleanliness, polite staff and lots going on. Great entertainment crew. Thank you Bed was hard but the next person might like it. Sadly you are supplied shampoo but if your like my wife and need something better bring it. Also hairdryer isn’t very good but at least it has one.

Veľmi nás potešila výborná zmrzlina a turecké palacinky. Koktaily sú dobre pre deti aj dospelých. Pri mori je kľud. Večerný program bol výborný. Hodnotíme na 10 bodov. Chýbal mi na izbe kondicioner na vlasy. Šmykľavky do vody zatvárali aj skôr. Posteľ v izbe pre 15 ročne dieťa bola krátka, keďže má 180 cm.

Am ajuns la 5.30 dimineața dupa un zbor de noapte și nu ni s-a permis accesul în hotel. Am solicitat sa plătim extra doar pentru a avea acces în recepție, dar fără succes. Am rămas pe strada insarcinata, și cu un copil de 7 ani pana la ora 10, când ni s-a permis accesul în hotel. Înțeleg politica de check-in și check-out, dar a fost șocant sa ne lase pe strada aproape 5 ore. Mergem frecvent în Dalaman cu acest zbor de noapte și nu am avut aceasta problema la alte hoteluri. Pentru cei care ajung cu un zbor prea dimineata si in special cu copii este de evitat acest hotel.

Der Miniclub ist nur für Kinder von Gästen, die über TUI gebucht hatten. Man kann den Kinderpool nutzen, den Spielplatz ind natürlich auch zur Mini-Disco, aber nicht in den Mini-Club. Die komplette Unterhaltung ist ausschließlich auf englisch, was gerade bei Spielen beindwr Mini-Disco schwierig ist.

• Amy (7/5): Overall, a very lovely and clean hotel . - Very clean and modern, with plenty of facilities for the family Some of the reception staff were very helpful, but sometimes they weren’t. I tried to extend my stay, every time I asked I was told the only person who could give me a price was the manager, but they couldn’t tell me when the manager was working. Every time I asked at the desk the manager was never there. In the end I gave up, and booked via booking.com rather than directly. That being said, upon our arrival, the staff were helpful and welcoming.

• Jasmina (10/5): Fantastic hotel, phenomenal value for money, staff was excellent, food even better so must visit!! - This was our second time in this hotel as we loved our time there last year and it didn’t disappoint!🤩Beautiful hotel with lots of grounds- including valleyball pitch, football pitch, tennis courts and 7 swimmingpools!!! , by the beach, clean with very friendly staff and absolutely phenomenal food (super tasty, plenty of choice and something different every day so you don’t feel like you are stock eating same food everyday The hotel is very children friendly and has a seperate breakfast/dinner section for kids with plates and bowls and kids food but when it comes to toilets there is not sinks or soap at kids lever so you have to lift your children up every time they wash hands. I ended up putting mine on the bathroom counter and even holding them was akward and I could see other parents struggling and doing the same.

• Robson (6/5): SMOKE GETS IN YOUR EYES! - The hotel was very very clean. The rooms were in an excellent condition when we arrived, and the daily cleaning was very thorough. It was very pretty in the reception areas, although the corridors reminded me of The Shining - no character, no photos, no plants, no ambient lighting, no decorating. The food selection was immense. Apart from bacon (it is a Muslim country) there was every possible food you could imagine - and plenty you have never seen or heard of before. Good quality. Hot. Warm plates too. The hotel wifi extends to the beach! You can instagram your photos from your beach chair! The rooms were great. We travelled as a couple, but if you had two or three younger children with you, they could both stay in the same room as you and be in a separate room from you when you slid the closing doors across at night. There were black out blinds in the curtains which we did not see at first - but after a rude awakening the first morning, we ensured these were also closed every night. Staff were very friendly. Dennis in the restaurant went on a hunt for me to get me diet Sprite - because the only diet soft drink on offer was coke. He went above and beyond. Showers were great if you got them at the right time. If you leave the pool at the same time as most there's no hot water - so leave it half an hour or so. There's no plugs in the sink either so you can't just wash your hair in the sink (or shave my hubby said.) Concierge service was excellent. Staff tried very hard to help you out on anything. 10 swimming pools to choose from, which is nice. They could easily make one for adults only to give you some sanity :) Not only was there no restricted area for smokers, there was not even a non-smoking area ANYWHERE. As a hotel aimed primarily for Brits, who smoke far less than Turkish people do, this was quite a surprise. It made everywhere deeply unpleasant. You could be sat by the pool, sitting on your balcony, walking along the grounds, even in the lunch restaurant and people would be smoking around you. You could not get away from the smoke. Please Hotel Village - consider the bulk of your British audience and at the very least give us some safe areas where we can breath without smoke. This is important. The sun loungers around the pool are absolutely jam packed together like sardines. They are so close together that you can't sit on most of them from the side, you have to approach from the foot end and risk them tipping over. We came in September after the kids were back at school, and even then it was absolutely packed. We found it very difficult to get two sun loungers together. During the school holidays I imagine it would be hellish. And of course wherever you did squeeze in, you had to breath in someone else's smoke. The covers on the (rather firm) bed did not actually reach to the width of the bed. Hubby and I were fighting over the covers so much, not realising this. Once we worked out that the covers were smaller than the beds, we asked for a duvet which fitted - apparently there aren't any. Then we found a separate duvet for what would be the children's beds, so we put that on. We re put it on every day because housekeeping would helpfully remove it. :( There is a fridge in the room but it is inside a cupboard so the extracted heat from the fridge is not exactly taken away from the fridge but is held in the cupboard. We had to get some milk from the restaurant to make tea and coffee with in the room (no you cannot make tea with coffee creamer hotel!!) and kept it in the fridge - but it went off because the fridge got so hot.
• olga (10/5): - Отель отличный. Номер большой, комфортный. У нас был люкс, про стандарты не знаю. У нас был номер в тихой части отеля, в других местах насчёт шума не знаю. Много бассейнов. Отличный пляж. Лежаков на пляже и у бассейна много, хватало всем в любое время, что редкость. Территория - великолепный сад. Еда. Тут вообще нет слов. Супер. Очень вкусно и разнообразно. Анимация активная, но полностью на английском языке. Зонтики на пляже полупрозрачные, с тенью не очень. Плюс очень низкие, постоянно головой бились. В СПА нет места для переодевания.
• Enis Suleyman (7/5): HV Dalaman - Staff were brilliant, food was good quality, spa treatment and experience really good thanks to Cuma and team.. Reception and customer service much improved upon since last year. Private airport transfers great value and a must. The hotel and communal areas are well presented and gardens immaculately tended. Security and front gate is very well ran. Proximity to the town is quick easy and cheap. Swimming pools were far too cold at this time of year could maybe be heated?. No policing or enforcement of sun bed blocking by inconsiderate selfish guests. Basic rooms are clean but dated and tired. Cocktails and desserts are overly sweet. TUI entertainment is repetitive but the team of reps are hard working and very professional.

• Lenka (8/5): Good value for money - Staff was extremely nice, especially our maid Selma, she would always politely greet everyone passing the hall. Buffet was massive, i liked the soups much. It was great idea for the families with kinds to have their own buffet at the entrances, so they were not annoying the other guests at dinner We ordered transfer to the airport via booking, so I wanted to let the security know to let them in. The receptionist told me that as it is not called by the hotel, we have to go down to security gate and wait for transfer there. As the booking.com is partner, this was shocking to me. In the end they let the driver in anyway, so we were waiting at security gate while our driver was waiting at hotel entrance. The hotel doesnt have contract with taxis, so I would be scared they would try to scam us. The other thing is the drinks are too strong, it would be usually 1/2 or 3/4 of glass only alcohol so you would be drunk too fast, so i had to always tell them to put less alcohol

Отдельно хочется выделить совсем юную девушку на ресепшен- её зовут Ходижа. Она просто солнышко🌞. Приехали усталые после ночного перелета,, и Ходижа сразу подняла настроение своей ослепительной, по-детски открытой улыбкой. И провожала нас тоже Ходижа😊. • Marcin (8/5): Poleciłbym ten hotel na krótszy lub dłuższy pobyt w formule all inclusive. - Bardzo dobre jedzenie, warte pochwały, duży wybór wszystkiego, nie do przejedzenia. Wygodne pokoje, czysto. Warto wybrać pokój jak najdalej od strefy basenów. Hotel przy plaży, na terenie duże baseny. Jedynie pogoda, na dwa dni pobytu trafiłem na jeden dzień deszczowy… nie skorzystałem z uroków plaży.

• Mustafa (10/5): Keyifli - Personel oldukça ilgili, otel yeşilliklerin çiçeklerin içinde çok güzel doğaya sahip. Genel olarak besinler lezzetli ve tatmin edici. Sadece makineden alınan kola, soda vs kötüydü. Sanırım otellerin genel özelliği bu. Denizi genellikle dalgalı ve hemen derinleşiyor. Şezlonglar denize uzak konumlanmış. Yine de yüzme bilenler için sabah erken saatlerde keyifli olabilir. Çocuklar için pek uygun değil. Aqua park da dahil çok sayıda havuz bulunuyor, 3 tane de çocuk havuzu saydım. Havuzlar gayet temiz. Derinlikleri 140cm. 2 çocuk havuzu 40 cm 1 çocuk havuzu da 0dan 85cm kadar kademeli. Otelin misafirleri genelde turist. Etkinlikler duyurular genelde ingilizce. Akşam eğlence kısıtlı, olanları da dil bilmiyorsanız anlamıyorsunuz. Eylül ortasında güzel ve keyifli vakit geçirdik, teşekkürler.
• Stefan*S (9/5): - Die Grünflächen des Resorts sind relativ groß. Andere Resorts sind oft ziemlich zugebaut. Der Strandabschnitt des Resorts ist größer als bei anderen Resorts vergleichbarer Größe und zumindest in der Nebensaison relativ leer. Das Resort ist zwar schon etwas älter aber gut in Schuss. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Alles war bestens, für ein 4-Sterne Resort.

• Liliia (10/5): - Территория ухоженная, бассейны чистые, много персонала, всё время следят за чистотой и порядком. Питание разнообразное, большой выбор десертов, пиццу и булочки пекут прямо на глазах. Вкусное мороженое. Нет хорошего молотого кофе даже за деньги. Коктейли слабенькие 90% в них лёд, пиво вообще больше похоже на безалкогольное, местного производства ( и вино тоже местное ). Импортный алкоголь за дополнительную плату. Все цены в фунтах, на спа процедуры тоже, т. к. много отдыхающих--британцы. Очень, очень много детей разных возрастов. В номере на балконе крыша-козырëк только от солнца, если дождь, то она полностью протекает, посидеть невозможно, вода даже в номер затекает.
• Nazmi (10/5): Super Preis-Leidtung. Sehr gutes Essen. Grosse Zimmern. - Es ist eine riesengroße Anlage, die viel Platz bietet, sowohl am Pool und am Strand. Grosse Zimmern mit Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne.
• Kerem (8/5): - Yemekler harika, odaların temizliği, havuzlar ve deniz çok güzeldi. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel bir yer. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok cana yakınlardı. Tüm aktivite çalışanları İngiliz ve tüm aktiviteler İngilizceydi. Kendi ülkemde turist gibi hissettim. Hatta oradaki kreş tipi çocukların bırakıldığı yere sadece İngilizce bilen çocukların alındığını duydum. Maalesef bu üzücü. Bu yüzden iki puan kırdım. Seneye yine gitme planım var ve kızım 2,5 yaşında olacak ve bu aktivitelerden mahrum kalır mı diye endişe ediyorum.

• Антон (8/5): - Комфортные номера, хотя и небольшая площадь. Большая благоустроенная прилегающая территория, аквапарк. Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь при необходимости. Отель рассчитан, в основном, на гостей из Великобритании. По этой причине вся развлекательная программа на английском языке. Семьям с детьми, плохо владеющим английским, будет тяжело. Да и самим детям на английских шоу откровенно скучно. Кроме того, за пределами отеля делать особо нечего - кругом стройки и запустение. На территории соседних отелей не пускают, поэтому весь отдых ограничивается отелем, пляжем и прилегающей территорией. При большом сроке проживания становится скучно, поскольку даже негде особо прогуляться. Еще из минусов - не всегда без просьбы убирают номер. И да, ряд гостей ведет себя шумно в номерах, но администрация отеля не предпринимает никаких мер против этого.
• Kevin (9/5): Excellent in every aspect :D - I don’t know where to start but this holiday was amazing! I am already thinking of booking for me and the family next year. The Hotel was well equipped really clean and entertainment was excellent for families! The food is some of the best I’ve had in all inclusive and there was everything you could think of with a very high standard fresh and hot with something for everyone! They even have a vegan and special food requirements buffet which was more than you good ask for if you have these dietary standards. The transfer is only 20mins from Dalaman airport which is perfect for families with young children and don’t want long transfer times. I was made very welcome by the staff who were more than attentive to the guests and the Hotel is cleaned inside and out throughout the day. There’s a wide range of activities and 3 Ala carte restaurant on site giving you an extra special dining experience inclusive in the price. The holiday village app enables you to book this and other activities that are on offer throughout the week with a full timetable for reference. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel for families I will give this Hotel 10/10! Noting I loved everything

• Andreia (10/5): Excelente para descansar, comer e estar - Um dos melhores resorts em que fui. Comida muito boa, muita variedade. Quartos espaçosos, limpos, agradáveis. Espreguiçadeiras sempre disponíveis. Espaços enormes, e diversos. Pessoal reativos ao pedidos. Os nossos filhos queriam fazer uma atividade que não conseguiram fazer por não falar inglês. Disponibilizam transfer para o aeroporto apenas para quem alugou através da tui. Como alugámos pelo booking, tivemos que contratar taxi.
• Denis (9/5): - Хороший отель! Питание, услуги, обстановка все качественно и на совесть. 4 звезды твердые. Номера устаревшие, но все чисто и работает. Территория ухоженная. Алкоголь по системе все включено местный, но качественный. Питание в основном ресторане очень разнообразное и вкусное, мест достаточно. Ресторан Аля карт американский полный отстой и по кухне и по сервису. На пляже никого нет, отель для европейских туристов, они в основном в бассейне. В целом, как и в «русских» четверках по системе все включено, народ приезжает сюда выпить и закусить беззаботно). Поэтому рестораны Аля карт это фикция.

• Alena (10/5): - po roku sme sa vrátili znovu na 4 noci / 5 dní. do hotela sme prišli pred check inom a bolo nám už umožnené využívať služby hotela ako aj stravu. využili sme možnosť late chceckout. veľký výber jedál, dostatok lehátok pri bazéne aj na pláži, čistota.

• selçuk (10/5): HARİKA BİR TATİL İÇİN İLK ADRES - Bu yıl ikinci gidişim idi. 2023'ten buyana değişen hiçbir şey yok. Her şey aynı güzellikte. Tek kötü tarafı var. Lezzetler arasında ayrım yapamadığım için her seferinde kilo alıyorum. Mutfak gerek kahvaltıda ve gerekse akşam yemeklerinde harika. Çeşit, kalite ve lezzet rakipsiz. Mutfak şefimize ve her akşam bizimle sanki özel müşteri imiş gibi ilgilenen garson Erdeniz'e ayrı bir teşekkür. Deniz biraz dalgalı ama, havuz ve şezlong alanları çok keyifli.Dilerim seneye tekrar giderim.
• Bakır Kurt (9/5): Beklentilerimizi tam olarak karşılıyor, Harika 😻 - Otel tam anlamıyla beklentilerinizi karşılıyor, farklı otel deneyimleri olan bir aile olarak özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok güzel zaman geçirebileceğiniz alanları var havuzlar harika çok büyük, kapasiteyi kaldırıyor yığılma olmuyor. Yemekler bol yeterli çeşit ve özellikle bu kadar çeşite oranla lezzetleri de güzel akşam yemeklerini daha özel ve özellikli olması çok daha pozitif. A la cart restoran 5 üstünden 5 çok çeşitli ve özenli. Çalışanlar bana göre bu tarz all inclusive konaklama da önemli ve aksi olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık hatta restoranda çok tatlı çalışanlar vardı ekstra♥️ özellikle kayırma (davranış farklılığı) durumları çok yaşanıyor yabancı müşteri ve Türk müşteri arasında bunu hissetmedik aksi takdirde en iyi yemekleri olsun en iyi aktiviteleri olsun hiç biri gözümüze görünmezdi. Konum olarak da Dalaman’dan sadece taksi ile direk olarak gelebilirsiniz toplu taşıma yok gibi bir şey. Odalar temizlik gayet yeterli, herkese teşekkür ederiz. Öncelikle otel İngiliz ağırlıklı hatta yüzde 90 kapasiteli İngiliz konuklu bir otel ve doğal olarak etkinlikler eğlence aktivite hep İngilizce ve onlara yönelik tamamen, İngilizce bilmeyenler için eğlence aktivite sıkıcı gelebilir biz bildiğimizden çoğuna katıldık alışık olduğumuzdan eğlendikte, hatta güzel sohbetler ettik :). Ama kesinlikle geliştirilmeli en azından çeşitlilik daha fazla olabilir. Yemek konusunda anlamadığım şekilde öğle yemeğindeki grill etler çok lezzetsiz belki kontrol ederseniz daha da geliştirebilirsiniz emeğiniz boşa gitmesin.
• Hüseyin (4/5): - Bu otele ikinci gidişimiz 3 yaşındaki kızlarım ve hanım ile aile odasında kaldık havuzlara ve bar’a yakın olan bölgede oda verildi,konsept olarak biliyoruz ama gece saat 11:30’a kadar bar’daki eğlence grubunun avazı çıktığı kadar bağırması sesi ne kadar çıkıyorsa nedir be kardeşim senin en uzağında oturan insan 10 metre kime sesini duyurmaya çalışıyorsun ayrıca bas sesi resmen camları inletiyor sesten çocuklar uyanıp duruyor sonra tekrar geç saatlere kadar uyutmaya çalış 3 gece kaldık ve her gece aynı sorun,otele dinlenmeye gittik yorgun geri döndük,yemekleri güzel diyecek birşey yok ama içkinin en kalitesizi içilmiyor maalesef plastik bardakta verilen içkinin tadını daha kötü yapıyor,odalar temiz
• aylin (10/5): Süper,süper,süper - Mükemmel bir doğa,ferah ve geniş bir mimari,Super bir peysaj leziz bir mutfak,inanılmaz çeşitli yemekler ,görsel bir şölen şeklindeki sunumları....tertemiz ve büyük havuzları..çok Super bir tatil geçirdik tek sıkinti herşeyin İngilizlere göre olup ingilizce olması.kendi memleketimizde kendimizi yabancı hissettik.ya türk müşteri alınmasın ya da en azından aktivite açıklamalarını Türkçe de yapsınlar.aile oteli activite bar calisanlari inanılmaz keyifli ve ilgili tesekkurler
• EREN (10/5): Mükemmel - Yemekleri , çalışanları ve temizliği mükemmel bir otel tekrar geleceğim.
• Filip (10/5): - Разнообразна кухня, особенно готвените на момента ястия и като цяло кухнята е на високо ниво. Много добре поддържан хотел и зелени площи. Стаите не са широки. Паркинга е малко малък за такъв хотел, ако сте с автомобил.

• Ferhat (8/5): - Das Abendprogramm war sehr schlecht bzw gleich null. Generell ist Abends kaum was los in der anlage.der Strand ist sehr schön aber keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu holen sodass man wieder etwas zurück zur Anlage laufen musste um sich was zu holen. Am Strand gab es eigentlich auch nichts wie WC oder bar oder sonstige. Potenzial wird nicht ausgenutzt.

• Liudmyla (10/5): Süper bir tatildi, tekrar donmek isterim - Temiz oda, rahat yataklar, çalışanların hepsi güleryüzlü, sorun çözmeye odaklı 🙌 yemekler mükemmel, lezzetli ve çeşitli.
• Yusuk Kaan (10/5): Hizmet ve Personel Kalitesi - Tesis, konum ve havuz imkanları çok iyidi. Hizmet ve çalışanların kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Snack Bar yanındaki yemek alanında çalışan Erdeniz Bey ve Serhat Bey biz ile çok ilgilendi ve yardımcı oldu.
• Hasibe (10/5): Hakkını veriyor. - Temizlik yemekler hizmet ilgi alaka gösteriler personeller kısacası herşey harika çok teşekkürler.
• Hilal (8/5): - Oda temizliği uygun değil sürekli eksik malzame koyuluyor ama isteyince hemen getirildi. Restoranda yemekler gayet güzel çok fazla garson personel var her köşe başında desikodu yapmaktan misfirlere bakamıyorlar.
• Sedef (10/5): Keyifli bir tatil - Bir hafta konakladım. Şahane havuzlar, ferah ve geniş odalar, çok güzel çok çeşitli yemekler, güler yüzlü personel, çok geniş bir plaj… sorunsuz bir tatil. Animasyonlar ingilizce ancak animasyonla ilgim olmadığı için benim için bir sorun olmadı. Otel müşterileri ağırlıklı olarak yabancılar. Tüm personel işini güzel yapıyor ancak restoran kısmını ayrıca tebrik ederim çok başarılılar.
