Christopher (5/5): Worked for the weekend. - The location was convenient. The room was okay, needs some updates and general upgrades. The cleaning staff was very nice. The view from the balcony was very nice. The water fixture for the kids was not working and the staff were not trained on how to turn it on(it was a mjor reason for selecting the hotel. The walls are very thin and the room next to us had loud music until three in the morning, making it a challenge to keep two children under 5 asleep. The parking at the hotel fills easy and the overflow parking is back two streets which is fairly incovenient.

I’m usually extremely lenient with comments, but the Windsurfer was substandard, a place that has been let go. Unfortunately, we won’t be back..

Rheana (3/5): This hotel is the prime example of "you get what you pay for." - I liked that they were able to offer new rooms to us when our previous rooms did not work out. The beach access, balcony, and view were all amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It's really hard to think of anything else to write that's super positive. We booked online only to discover that it was a three-floor walkup. My friend and I are disabled and that would not work for us. They moved us to a new room in the second building with an elevator, but unfortunately, the room smelled too bad to stay in. I began gagging almost instantly. They moved us to another room yet again. This room was dirty - the jets in the bathtub looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years, there was trash on the floor, the coffee pot and microwave were both very dirty, there was a white powdery substance all over the table. There also weren't a lot of accessible power outlets. The vent had some sort of crusted dirt on it. The utensils provided in the kitchen had dried food on them. After checking out, my friend had to return to the room to grab a forgotten item to find a housekeeper taking a nap on the bed. The phone in our room didn't work, so every time we had to ask the front desk a question, we had to go downstairs and across the lot to get to them.

Aaliyah (3/5): Never again - The size of the room was perfect and it’s in a great location beside 2nd pier. The room was disgusting. It wasn’t cleaned. It was press on nail, and pop tarts behind the sofa. Drink spilled beside the bed on the sheet, the shower wasn’t cleaned. Things were broken, and bugs in the sink. The pools were dirty so we enjoyed the beach.
Dana (2/5): Very disappointed - Completely disappointed Room was dirty, tore up furniture, dirty socks from previous guests, dresser drawers were filled with sand and hair. , bathtub had hair in it, comforter was stained with a semi yellow and brown spot. Paid for ocean view but put on first floor. Updates above us or next store all we could smell was Marijuana. We've. Stayed here 2 other times and loved it. This time was just horrible. Wasn't enjoyable at all. Had to clean the room myself.

Because my brain triggers my stomach lol I couldn't use the shower because of the spots from peeling (it was clean though). The palm trees were in the way of the view but no biggie.

Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée (même si les équipements sont un peu vieillots). Balcon face à la mer. Les odeurs de cigarettes et de weed des voisins quand on est sur le balcon.

Anything below that might be blocked by palm trees so you wouldn’t see the ocean We had to insert the key six or seven times for it to work. Couldn’t sit on balcony or really go out there because the condensation from the AC unit was dripping on the outdoor rug and it had mildewed so bad that you didn’t want to walk on it with shoes and then track that back into the room. the slider stuck and didn’t shut all the way either. One elevator that was super slow!

My I could not get into the room without having to walk downstairs to be given a new key everytime I needed to enter my room. It was awful and my friends and family has the same issues with their keys. I will never return

Thank you for a great stay - Proximity to entertainment, the beach, oceanfront balcony was great. The front desk staff were exceptional! more aged than the more expensive hotels but not bad for the price. Saw a few bugs in the room but to be expected when you’re so close to the water.

Christie (10/5): Will go back here. Beds are comfy. MOST of the front desk clerks are nice. RICH was exceptional - There was no breakfast here. Parking is not good at all. Handicapped spaces were taken by people not handicapped. Parking was terrible. Beautiful view of ocean & boardwalk. Well manicured PROPERTY. COMFY beds. Definitely better, controlled parking. Need night security. Also HONEST housekeepers.

Hotel parking only accommodated about 10 cars and "overflow" parking was 1-2 lots across the street. Box spring cover was dirty. Floors were not clean. Bathroom door would stick and floor by toilet needed to be cleaned better.

We stayed there several times and this time the cleanliness of the room was not up to our previous experiences. The fridge was dirty and still had food from previous occupants, the towels had hair in them. The plates and utensils are dirty. The washroom wasn’t cleaned properly, there were shoe prints on the floor and the toilet was dirty.
