- Kimberly (10/5): Awesome Experience at the Hyatt House Hotel in New Orleans! - The location was ideal as it was right next door to the Superdome for the graduation ceremonies. I have stayed at this hotel before and have always had an awesome experience. The room was very clean and well kept. The views were great. The breakfast provided was great as well. The staff was amazing. Pleasant, professional, helpful at all times. I was there for an entire week, and all of the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. There were no issues. Everything was great. No complaints at all.

- Adriann (8/5): Loved the city view. - The location close to the Smoothie King Center was perfect. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The virtual kitchen was great because it rained and we didn’t have to leave to get a late dinner. It was confusing getting from our room to the main entrance of the building to meet an uber or our friends.

- MaryD586 (10/5): Great hotel for family attending Jazz Fest - We stayed here to attend Jazz Fest and it was perfect. The shuttle left from the Hyatt Regency next door so it was very convenient, and this shuttle is less busy than the French Quarter one. It's nice that you can use the heated rooftop pool at the Regency (although we didn't have time). The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options and a custom omelet station. We rented a 2 Q suite, which was great for our family of 4. Our 15 year old slept on the pull-out couch, which wasn't very comfortable (are any of them??) but gave him his own space, which meant more to him. We will plan to stay here next time we go to Jazz Fest for sure!

The rooms are clean and the service is fantastic. They provide you with an excellent Breakfast buffet free of charge. - octaviay2026 (10/5): Amazing stay if you aren’t handicapped - This hotel is exceptional and the staff there is extremely friendly. The bathrooms are tight in the regular two queen rooms. I even hit my elbow on the counter because it’s so close. The atmosphere is friendly. The location is central and only 8-10 minutes away from bourbon, French quarter, magazine street, ect. What we did NOT like is that it is not disability friendly. Both our parents are disabled and we had a hard time navigating through the hotel from the garage. That part was ridiculous. Overall great stay, but if my mom and aunt is coming, we wouldn’t stay here. If I’m coming with friends, I’d definitely stay again.

- Charise (10/5): I will always choose this hotel/location when I visit New Orleans. - This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The rooms are always nice and clean. The proximity of the hotel to the concert that we were attending was amazing. The breakfast is also a plus and a must to visit in the morning. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The cost of parking is a tad bit excessive.

The Breakfast was the best breakfast that I’ve had in a long time , made to order omelets, hot and cold cereals, fruits, turkey sausages, bacon, eggs French toast yogurrt , various justices teas and coffees. I will definitely will be back and highly recommend this hotel

- googler488 (4/5): As long as someone else is paying for the stay. - The location is nice as there are multiple destinations within walking distance. I traveled as a group and the check-in process was tedious with the hotel - it would have been easy enough to give the key to a representative from our organization and have them speed up the process but instead we stood in a long line to have one person from Hyatt check us in. The room was a nice layout, it was clean, and the view from 17th floor was good. The housekeeping was not done (even though I did not decline it) for my 4 night stay (i.e. no coffee updates, no towel updates, etc.). The Eco-friendly sustainable AC goes off when the IR sensory says you are not there (i.e. the middle of the night) which makes the room temperature increase which wakes you up and then you get to turn the air temperature back down at 3am to try and go back to sleep. The breakfast food and staff were great. The front desk staff did not have customer service as a priority and had difficulty answering the most basic of questions (i.e. happy hour). I rarely saw anyone else on my floor and there were NO noise issues. I sometimes wondered if I was the only person on my floor. The coffee was generic but hot and dirty so it did what was necessary. The bar was overpriced WHEN it was open. The bartender was nice and quasi-conversational as long as I kept it going.

Exceptional view from the main business and dining area. Liked that parking garage connected to the hotel. Nothing. Liked everything. Was a little confusing exiting the parking garage and figuring out take this elevator, not that one. But, it wasn't terrible

- 531christim (10/5): We had a great experience with the Hyatt House - My daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt house on our trip to New Orleans to see Nate Bargatze comedy show, the Hyatt House was very clean, our room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable with instruction. There is a $47 a night parking charge that we were unaware of so prepare for the additional cost for parking. The venue was a short walk to the venue so we had no trouble walking to and from the show. The hotel has very good security where you have to have your room key to get on the floor to your room. I would stay here again and would recommend anyone staying if you are going to an event at the Smoothie King center. The next morning we went to the hot breakfast that was very clean and provided lots of breakfast options. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

- chandra (10/5): The BEST stay in New Orleans ever‼️‼️ - I loved the location, the room, the view and of course the staff was always polite and always at my every call getting things done that I asked. The guest but you can’t control people and their actions. I feel I was among racists people. At every elevator ride it was ppl asking if we could take another elevator when there was plenty of room on the available elevator but being that I was here on vacation I vowed to let nothing or anybody ruin my trip so I overlooked the ignorance of ppl to enjoi this beautiful hotel and it’s city.

- Junko (10/5): Nice comfortable stay with great view - Location. It was less than 10 min walk from the Smoothie King Center. No room service. The food delivery is available from restaurants nearby.

- Ronnesha (9/5): Perfect place to stay when attending a concert! - My friends and I arrived as around 10:30 and we were able to check in for a small fee! We loved the view and the breakfast. We wil definitely stay at the hotel again. The only downside was it was a little warm in the hotel between the hours of 2-6:30 ish. It didn't really cool off until at night.
