- Jill (10/5): Perfect stop on our road trip back home. - Inviting property and staff. Enjoyed the 2nd floor outside seating area with a morning cup of coffee. Pillows were within their covers that matched the bedspread. Not something that I wanted to sleep on, however the pillows didn’t have pillow cases, only pillow protectors.
- Kelly (10/5): - Cleanliness Toilet wasn't in good working order. The room just above our room was noisy into the night and then early morning..very annoying.
- Cindy (6/5): All in all it was convenient and hassle free. It looked like some remodeling had been done. I loved the sliding door bet - It is close to Miracle Hot Springs and the Snake Bite Restaurant is right next to it. The bathtub didn’t drain and filled up with water and took all night to drain the water out. The sink was slow to drain too. The air conditioner is underneath the window that faces the walkway and patio where people can hang out at. The curtains are too long and hang over the air conditioner making the room a peek show. I think blinds would be better. The pod coffee pot was tricky and took s bit of hmm to get it to work. I stepped on a nail barefoot (it was on the carpet) ouch!

- Kristie (1/5): Didn’t stay, they gave our room away. - NA Everything, extremely disappointed with the service and accommodations. We were in town for a wedding that started @ 2:00. We attempted to check in early @ 1:00, not to get our room, just the checkin so we didn’t have to worry about anything after the wedding. I was told that we could not check in until 2:00. I gave them my name and told them I intended to pay cash for our room and that we would return after the wedding. Upon our arrival back at the Inn approx 7:30 pm. We were then told that our room was no longer available and that it was a Booking.com issue, not theirs and there wasn’t anything they could or would do about it. There were No Vacancy’s. Even though I attempted to pay for the room 2 different times prior to check in, we were told we didn’t check in on time and the room was no longer available. We then were forced to drive the three hours back home. The man that spoke with me had zero customer service, blamed it on Booking.com, wouldn’t look me in the eye, sat in the chair tying his shoe and made zero effort to find a solution. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

- Andrew (9/5): We had a great time! - The staff we interacted with were all very friendly. The room was clean, location was convenient. We liked the gas fire pit out front. I’m glad they’re pet-friendly (I believe the only pet-friendly hotel in Hagerman) because we would have had to leave our dog at home otherwise. The restaurant next door (I believe they’re affiliated) was good, too. The bathroom door in our room was in need of repair.

- Bette (3/5): If only we had a functioning toilet the stay would have been great for $118 - The room was clean etc. and we were able to park car close to room on ground floor. Restaurant nearby for breakfast. Great location. OUR TOILET WAS PLUGGED AND NOT USABLE THE ENTIRE STAY!!! The owner? came with plunger in hand and claimed he had fixed the problem but when we arrived back after dinner it was not flushing. He told us he had replaced all the toilets in the motel recently-doesn’t that sound suspicious? We had no functioning toilet all night. I had to phone him in the morning and received a text saying he would replace the toilet that afternoon. But we had already checked out! Never heard from him again about request to adjust the bill.

The shower door had a film of build up and pink bacteria, there is no shower shelf to put tour soap and shampoo on.One of the guests from first floor puked by the stairs and it never got cleaned up, it was there all weekend!! The hot tub was locked up and there was no one at the lobby desk to unlock it. This motel needs updated, painted... cleaned. Then ,most if all, our reservation was charged twice and we are still fighting to get the second charge returned to us. We will not use Booking.com ever again!!

- Lair (10/5): It was an excellent hotel for the money and will be using it again. - It was just remodeled and was nice, with a nice size TV and a good streaming channel for multiple Stations. Easy location to find with a nice restaurant-(Snake River Grill) right beside it. They just forgot to put coffee cups in our room. No big deal, just had to go to the lobby and pick two up.

We slept so well, we got up late the next morning. Then we booked another night. This place healed us from the prior 2 nights at another motel,which was traumatic for us.

Staff were helpful and fixed a minor issue with the tv quickly. Also a short walk from a good supermarket and a few options for food and drinks within an easy walk.

Punch-in entry code on our room door, unique to us (though my husband kept forgetting it). Breakfast not included. The shower head would not stay attached to the support while the water was flowing. Lots of flies in the room, though a flyswatter was provided!

- Joshua (10/5): Quick one-night stay - We came for a one night stay, and stayed in the Sawtooth suite. It was very nice, quaint and just what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the atmosphere of the room was nice. I especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker in the room!

- Vicki (10/5): Nice Hotel - The room was nice and clean. If you have an event in Hagerman, this is your place. It is an older hotel so the walls are a little thin and we could hear the walking in the room above. However, we would stay again.

I will be bringing my fly rod next time to explore the streams nearby. There is just soo much to explore, but will book a longer stay for next time.

- Shaun (10/5): - I am always skeptical about privately owned motels but this one is great. When we checked in there was no one at the front desk. We rang a bell and the girl that came to check us in had been helping out around the motel. She was very nice and helpful. Not to mention a hard worker. I was impressed. Our room was not only clean but they have recently renovated the room. It was a very comfortable space with some character. There was more space than a standard motel room. The beds were comfortable. A+ all the way around. People don’t believe reviews if you don’t mention a negative. The only issues I can nit pick would be I don’t think there is an elevator to the 2nd floor. Not an issue, because I’m sure they would accommodate a lower level room. Only other issue is that the only ice machine is at the check in lobby. I would stay here again and I would recommend this motel to anyone in my family. You should feel comfortable making a reservation.

El teléfono del alojamiento que aparece en Booking, en Google y en su web no lo atiende nadie. Todo el día llamando para saber cómo realizar el checkin fuera de horario y fue imposible. Tampoco atienden los mensajes enviados a través de Booking o el email. Cuando llegamos, como era de esperar no había nadie en recepción, aunque habían aceptado nuestra hora de llegada seleccionada en Booking, tampoco nos habían informado como acceder a la habitación, y el teléfono que había en un cartel colgado en recepción era el mismo que no atienden. Ya estábamos llamando a Booking para ver qué hacer cuando otro huésped paso por allí y nos facilitó otro número de teléfono que no aparece en ningún sitio y al que si que responden, a este huésped le había ocurrido lo mismo el día anterior.

- Houchin (1/5): Nightmare - Staff was rude. They gave us a key to the room we were supposed to be in and there was already someone was in it. They knew this and the inn keeper took off. My sister and finally were able to get at least a room. The tub had hair in in it and very little toilet paper. The next day we were in the 2 queen beds and the tubs still had hair in them. They did refund a small portion of the Friday night stay but my sister feels they should it have charged me at all. It was a nightmare!!

- holly (6/5): Decent Stay in Hagerman - Comfy beds. Big TV. Clean room. Good lock. Nice little fridge. Fitted sheets that don't fit. Shams are used as the actual pillows. A big chair was crammed in next to table so not functional. Windows don't lock or close completely. We asked how far the room is from stairs but Morgan didnt know and acted irritated we wanted to know. We had a heavy cooler to lug upstairs and to the room. Needed more coffee for 2 day stay. Welcoming staffer Melissa met next day upped our view of Inn.

- Kami (10/5): A great getaway in hagerman! - The location was perfect for where we were going. I loved the balconies with firepits and games. They had lights on them at night making it so pretty. The beds were so comfortable! There's a fridge and microwave in the rooms. It's in a quiet location and still close to everything. There's a great restaurant next door. You can rent kayaks from them or a s'mores kit. They have thought of everything! Nothing
