• James (8/5): - The Hotel sits in the center of the main part of Creel and is a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk or short taxi ride to the El Chepe train station. Our only complaint were the very firm beds that made sleeping difficult.
• Catalina (10/5): - El estacionamiento es compartido con los dos hoteles, el que está arriba de las artesanías y el nuevo (valles plus). En una de las noches que nos quedamos sonó la alarma de una camioneta durante 3 horas, fue muy estresante, el vigilante del hotel fue a reportar al dueño de la camioneta y él nunca despertó, consideró que deberían de buscar otro lugar donde estacionar los automóviles asi se darían cuenta de que su alarma de activo y poder dejar dormir a los otros huéspedes.

Pregunte por transporte a la estancia de tren a menos de 3 minutos de distancia y me querian cobrar $200 pesos muy abusivo. Hay ruido 20 horas al dia. Logras dormír unas cuantas horas.

• Limber (8/5): - Bien en general, solo que al hacer el checkin al pagar con tarjeta me querían cobrar el 3%, extra al costo total de la reservación, que al final, no me lo cobraron, ese es el único inconveniente que no agradó, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Bastante decepcionados esperábamos cancelar la reservación pero la Srita. nos cambió a una habitación más grande y cómoda. No fue la solución que esperábamos pero se agradece. Solo por eso no le doy un completo malo. Necesitan corregir esas fotos.

• Jose (10/5): De las mejores opciones en Creel y para ir al Chep - Magnífico trato del personal a pesar de que el chick-in e ingreso son un tanto sui-generis. Te atienden en la tienda de la esquina e ingresas por una escalera con acceso directo desde la calle o bien en el edificio nuevo "Los Valles plus" que nos tocó a nosotros, accedes por el ingreso de coches a una escalera interior. Pero una vez dentro todo es nuevo, espacioso, muy funcional. cómodo e impecable. Gran valor por el precio que pagamos. Sin duda volveríamos aquí. Además la ubicación es insuperable ya que es el crucero más importante en la zona de comercios y restaurantes, a 150m de la estación del Chepe Express. Claro que pudimos ir caminando a la estación con nuestras maletas y tomar un rico y calientito desayuno en una helada mañana, justo antes de abordar el tren

• Alonso (8/5): Great! just need to improve doors - If you are planning to experience downtown its excellent! Just a little noisy. The door frame and door need a door seal the outside cold air kept coming inside. I had to seal it myself with grey tape. Everything else was excellent!!

• Christian Omar (6/5): Cómodo, pero gente ruidosa. - El hotel está cómodo, todo muy limpio y la temperatura tú la regulas a tu modo. Lo malo es que no tiene para nada de aislamiento para el ruido de afuera, hay un espacio de renta de cuatrimotos y desde muy temprano están con el ruido y la música a todo volumen. Definitivamente no es para descansar, solo medio dormir y seguir con tus actividades. El punto más importante es que está en el mero centro de Creel y todo está a tu alcance. La ubicación es la mejor.

• Ernesto (2/5): My review is a negative 30% compliance. - We had our reservations with ample timing but little did we know how this experience would turn south on us in a short time. For starters , the reservation was NOT honored. Immediately after we arrived, the saga began. They claimed the hotel had NO rooms available and they had one room prepared for us , only it wasn’t even in the confines of the same hotel. We argued about our reservation, but that too, went unanswered. Shortly after the horrific experience, they took us to a hotel adjacent to their hotel, claiming it was family related. Let me tell you this room, lacked everything a room is supposed to be equipped with, no soap, no toilet paper, no bath towels, no real service to speak of. Well because we were in a remote area and unable to find suitable rooms , we had no choice but to accept their conditions and suffer the consequences. This is probably the reason they insisted on return of deposit. Even the fact that they came well recommended, did no effect. Please note that IF you read up in their history, you will come to discover, that this is a practice they are too well known for….. this a type of consumer beware !!!!! False advertisement do your family a favor, avoid them!!!
• Sergio (8/5): - Deben de informar que no hay personal durante la mañana, ya que el horario de apertura de la recepción es a las 8 de la mañana y el tren tiene ese horario de salida, por lo que no es posible devolver la llave al salir de la habitación.

• shane (8/5): - The hotel sits on the corner of the main thoroughfare through town. It can be loud but that is part of the Creel experience. Check in is through the shop and the rooms are directly above it. Room was Extremely clean. Hot water and great pressure! You have a great view of the street below. Parking can be a challenge. The adjoining hotel allowed me to park my motorcycle in a garage. Very nice people. Lots of dining options. Creel is a very busy place on the weekends so make a reservation!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The lobby is also a store. In more precise words, the store’s cashier is the lobby /front desk. Beds were great, pillows greater. The hotel is split in two separate buildings, about 50 meters away. Parking is in the secondary building. If you stay in the corner building (atop the lobby) it will be a crossfit contest to carry luggage from the parking lot to the second/third floor. The corner facility has no elevator and is not wherlchair friendly, the second seemed to be since its only one story. Overall an 8.5, due to cleanliness could have been better (some long hair found in the bathroom)

• Jesus (2/5): DON'T STAY HERE - If you are riding the El chepe train do not use this hotel. After checking in, I was asked for a $100.00 peso cash deposit for the keys and would get it back when I checked out. I thought it was kind of strange but didn't question it. Check in is located inside the souvenir shop located on the corner beneath the hotel. I asked if shuttle service was provided to the train station and they stated no but that we could walk to it. We were told to walk down the side street about half a block and would see the hotel, They did not put us where the hotel was located and it was kind of scary especially when we were approached by two pan handlers in the unnamed hotel parking lot.They let after giving them a few pesos and as we began to climb the stairs there was a commotion and saw several persons chasing someone right in front of us. I can only assume one of the bottom room was broken into. We quickly rushed and got inside our very small room and did not leave it. The Train leaves in the morning at 7:30 am and we had to be there around 7am to check in the luggage etc. Since we had to walk to the station we went to check out around 6:45am and found the store closed and no where to leave the keys and get the deposit back. i kept the keys and returned two days later and asked for the deposit but they rudely refused saying I should have left them in the room."Really" then how do you get the deposit back? it seems to me this is a scam to keep the deposit and bad practice.
