Guest Reviews
- Jennifer (10/5): Loved our family time! - Great location to activities, restaurants and bike trails.
- Marvin (8/5): Quite and clean - Everything was all good as usual but the beds probably could use some updating a little to hard for our liking but we love the area and the hot tub in every rental
- Kristen (10/5): Nice place for price - Great place for the price. Pots and pans need to be replaced.
- Sarah (10/5): Nice summer spot for family - We had a very comfortable stay. It was nice having an on-site office. Check in /out were easy, the unit and grounds were well-kept and quiet, and the location was great for us.
- Chris (10/5): - We had a small mishap when we got there but they were really quick on fixing the problem and no other complaint and the whole area looked really good
- Brenda Lynn (10/5): - Had a great stay!
- John (6/5): - We reported a broken chair at the balcony, and they never came to replace it so we didn't get to enjoy the balcony during our stay. Also, you can hear everything when people walked on the floor above us.
- Kip (10/5): - The en suite hot tub was very nice. I plan to stay here again in the future.
- JAMES (10/5): A beautiful place - Pretty area of Fraser with.trails close by.
- phillip (10/5): Great place to take the Family - This was a great condo. Well stocked and the location was perfect. Quiet and comfortable with all the things we needed. Really helpful management as well.
- JAMES (10/5): Beautiful area - Beautiful Patio. Nice cool breeze every night so no need for A/C. Nice old Pacman machine in club house.
- Nicole (10/5): - The property was beautiful, check in was easy and clear. We had a great stay, thank you!!
- Tony (10/5): - We recently stayed at Indian Peaks Resort for 3 days and 2 nights we a family of four (2 adults, a 6 yr old and and infant), and we truly enjoyed our time there! We into town for a wedding and we were so glad we chose this cozy spot to stay.
The resort was clean, peacedul and spacious-perfect for our little one to crawl around and explore safely. One of put favorite features was the balcony; it offered a beautiful view and a relaxing space to unwind while the kids played inside. Grocery stores were conveniently close by, and there were also plenty of local activities and sights to explore nearby.
This was a wonderfulful home away from home, and we'd definitely stay here again for the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful getway with the comforts of home!
- Jon (10/5): - Cool place.
- Jessica (6/5): - Was not as pictured had a smell I’m guessing from the hot tub and patio door would not lock.
- Terry (4/5): - Too old & dated.. beds not comfortable. Old wall heater units.. just not what I would call a “resort”.
- Tara (10/5): Great location and comfortable - Convenient location to town and the slopes. Felt right at home. My boys loved the game room too and I appreciated the free laundry machines. Hot tub in unit was definitely a treat too.
I only wish we had seen photos that matched the actual unit we were assigned.
- Bryan (8/5): - Great stay!
- Tyler (10/5): - Ideal location yet off the beaten path!
- Mark (8/5): - Was this a former timeshare? Sure felt like one from the 90’s. Clean place, stove and tv needs updating. Overall great place with the hot tub. A few dishes were dirty from previous guests.
- Stephen (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay. Only two downsides. The single beds were uncomfortable, and the cookware was in bad shape.
- Kurt (6/5): - Stovetop and tv connections didn’t work
- robert (2/5): - Unfortunately there was no one available for 24 hours and we had issues with the keys we provided. Very poor customer service.
- Carol (10/5): Loved it - We loved this condo. Loved the small 2 person indoor hottub. Convenient location. Ski bus picks up right outside the entrance. Will stay here again. Great value.
- Michelle (6/5): Great location, friendly. Need new pillows!! - We loved the location. The communication from the property manager was fantastic. The game room was really fun. The size of the unit was just right for a small family of three was perfect. The hot tub, which we called the 'kitchen hot tub' was a little weird, but handy! Down sides - the heat was so confusing. There seemed to be a thermostat on just about every room's wall, including the bathroom. Tho we had our room set cool we'd wake up in the middle of the night in a hot sweat. The bathroom was 80 degrees, other rooms freezing. The pillows really need a total switch out, they are thin and hard as rocks. Otherwise pleasant - but do a review of the HVAC and the bedding - especially the pillows. That would make all the difference. Thank you for the cheerful, warm communications, those are appreciated!
- James (2/5): - My husband had to scale the property from the 2nd floor balcony to the 3rd, due to the card reader battery dying. Called maintenance and emergency numbers provided for over 1.5 hours with NO ONE calling us back. Had to call the cops, the officer finally got ahold of someone (after we were in the unit). Thankfully no one was hurt and no damage was done!
Pillows are hard like rocks. This place isn’t fancy by any means. We thought it would do as we weren’t going to be in the unit much. After a day of skiing pillows a nice comfy bed would’ve been nice. The jacuzzi is old and had parts and pieces missing like head rests, springs and washers in the jacuzzi itself.
They warn you the cards may get demagnetized which we thought was the original issue until maintenance showed up and none of the new cards worked. Communication during the off times (Saturday after 12 and all of Sunday) is non existent. This is a huge liability issue that needs to be addressed! We won’t be back and strongly recommend others to look elsewhere!
- Arasay (10/5): - Sin duda regresaré nos encanto Ami y a mi familia
- Marvin (10/5): - Everything was great as usual but the master bed needs an upgrade a little softer mattress would be great the pull out couch was the most comfortable unfortunately but other then that it was great again see you next year
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Beds were uncomfortable. There is a stink from the hot tub . Open windows quick. Location is good. Staff are kind and helpful.
- Sudheer (4/5): - PLEASE READ. I booked this property based on the great reviews online. I found out the following issues and observations
1. Found blonde hair on the bed.
2. Found blonde hair on bathroom vanity.
3. Found an opened coke can in back porch.
4. Found opened water bottle left by previous occupant.
5. Found a small toy in the condo.
6. Bedroom thermostat wasn't working. Room was so hot even after setting it at 40F. Finally turned it OFF and opened windows.
7. Outdated bathrooms/toilets.
8. No response from property manager for the issues notified above.
9. Property expects you to throw the trash and load dishwasher etc.as per the instructions provided. Trash cans were locked.
Positive:
1. Communications and instructions for everything was great.
2. Condo was cozy except for the above said issues, observations and outdated bathrooms.
3. Close to town, grocery store, restaurants etc.
- Ruth (10/5): Great home-base after mountain adventures. - Indian Peaks was a great family home base for a weekend get-away to Winter Park, Fraser, and Grand Lake. So nice to come back, warm up our leftovers from the day, and unwind in the hot tub. Check-in was smooth. The unit was clean, and other than the expected noise from the neighboring units, it was a peaceful. The grounds and flowers were lovely too. We hope to stay there again next time we vacation in the area.
- Beverly (10/5): - Grounds are beautiful, people are friendly and helpful. Unit was very nice. Loved the view and remote feel off our deck. Saw a deer off the deck just after we arrived I would definitely come to Indian Peaks resort again.
- Karen (10/5): - Amazing room. Very clean rooms and well furnished
- Jared (10/5): - Great deal. Basically a 2 bed/bath apartment right down the street from a grocery store
- Jennifer (10/5): - The private hot tub inside condo and views were the best!! I’ll stay here again!
- Cameron (10/5): - The condo was clean and comfortable. We really loved the private hot tub after a long day on the mountain! Our kids really enjoyed the game room as well.
- Nancy (10/5): - Everything was great. Will definitely be booking again.
- Marcelo (10/5): - Great place to stay!
- Ed (8/5): - We had a great time. The property was nice and the staff was friendly.
- Richard (10/5): - Thought it was nice place for the price. One thing I didn’t like I could hear people on the second floor condo must’ve been a young crowd overall, I would stay here again.
- JAMES (10/5): - Easy Check in! Location is near a grocery store and other dining options. Some small shops in town if you want to shop. Or take the free shuttle to Winter Park for all the food and shopping you could want. Very easy to get around. The room was great for our family. Hot tub was nice. Fits 2 adults at a time. Big kitchen-furnished with everything you need and a bonus was a dishwasher. Would stay again!
- Alice (10/5): - It was beautiful, quiet, and an easy drive to Winter Park skiiing!
- Michael (10/5): - Great
- James (10/5): - We came in a day after a snow storm. We followed the instructions for arriving on a Sunday. It was a great stay and the day we left there were two moose in the parking lot. Great stay and the in room hotvtub was perfect for fter skiing
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing stay! Will be back! - Abigail at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions and concerns with the weather and she was polite and sweet to answer them all. The condo's were perfect! Hot tub inside, fits two very comfortably. Located in town, behind the Safeway which is super convenient. Very cozy, sleeps four easily, but it was just me and my boyfriend. Right across the street from the tubing hill. We didn't need to venture far to get to anything we wanted to do. All around great place. We will definitely be back.
- Gerardo (10/5): - Very nice and clean. Everything you need is there in your room. Staff very polite and friendly
- Michael (10/5): Great place - Great accommodations and close to everything.
- Edward (10/5): - We came in very late and had no problem following instructions and getting settled. Would definitely come back there
- Oneida (8/5): - Location is perfect. Less than 2 minutes to a big grocery. Less than 10 minutes to Winter park. Lots of restaurants and shops around the area.Snow tubbing and snowmobile within 5 minutes. The only thing I hate it was that by the 5th day, we found a small rat on the kitchen, and when I spoke to someone in the office, the response was "we know and put traps hopping it will die" "If you want, we can set up more traps". Other than that, the experience was good.
- Amanda Tara (10/5): Great place to stay, very peaceful - This place is Amazing!! The staff was very friendly and absolutely helpful. I will definitely be staying here again, loved the amenities and the transportation
- Emma (10/5): Perfect Mountain Getaway Close to Tubing! - We absolutely loved our stay at Indian Peaks! It was conviently located (only 5 minute drive to Fraser Tubing Hill!), but still felt like such a calm, quiet spot. Our room was so spacious, cozy and sparkling clean when we arrived. Loved the fireplace and hot tub! I could smell the chlorine at times, but it did not detract from our stay at all. The cute little game room, offering air hockey, foosball, bumper pool and a retro arcade game - all at no cost! - was a definite highlight as well! They also had lots of puzzles and board games you could borrow. Overall, just a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
- yaroslav (10/5): - Great customer service!!!
- Christopher (6/5): 4.5 out of 5 stars. - The Condo was super clean, but the chlorine smell from the hottub was extremely strong in the whole unit. Their care for recycling is admiral, just need to use natural cleaners in the hottub. Our television also didnt work and the maintenance guy didnt answer. As soon as we called the emergency line a new tv was brought and it was replaced. So all in all 4.5 stars out of 5.
- Nathan (10/5): - Everything was great except the exterior lights didn’t come on at night for building A, the #01 section of the building. The lights for building A section #02, and #03 were working fine.
- Michael (10/5): - Great condo
And staff were friendly and helpful
- Amanda (8/5): - Great, clean stay! My only complaint is we are a family of 6 and we were on top floor. The down stairs guest was a couple and knocked to tell us to quit walking at 5pm. Maybe put families on bottom so older couples don’t find it necessary to bother a family trip.
- Marvin (10/5): Clean and spacious - Great location in-between everything we wanted to do and very spacious and clean loved all the trees surrounding the property
- Alyssa (8/5): No concern for High risk pregnancy. - Loved the condo just wish they would have left us on the first floor instead of last minute moving us to the third floor. It’s very unkind to make a 5 month pregnant woman walk up that many stairs. I was disappointed in their lack of concern for my health. I ended up in the ER due to bleeding from stress on my body.
- Timothy (10/5): The ski guys - 2 bedroom condo was great ! Everything it said and worked ! Private hot tub , fireplace and fully furnished kitchen.
- Shana (8/5): Well-maintained property - The property is well-maintained for its age. You can tell it was probably built in the 80s, but even so, it is kept up. We had a comfortable stay and everything worked well. The hot tub is a little suspicious (suuuuper chlorinated so we didn't use it), but it's nice to have if you really want to.
- Mark (6/5): - Could use more parking. Overall the property quality was average. Lighting is dim, unit was very hot regardless that thermostats were all turned down. Had to open windows to cool it down. Mattresses need to be replaced. Could use some suitcase stands and better hangers for heavy coats.
- Marjory (10/5): - Perfect for what we needed. Easy, clean, good communication.
- David (10/5): Good value and attractive. - Large comfortable unit. Well stocked. Coffee appreciated (we forgot ours).
- Dayn (10/5): - The location and condo as a whole is fantastic. I would have loved some coffee filters in the room when we arrived, because the free local coffee grounds made a great pot of coffee.
- Stacy (10/5): Clean and quiet - A bit dated but all is forgiven with the extremely clean and quiet accommodations!
Even saw a fox one mid day on the hammock by the clubhouse.
- June (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Though the complex is an older one, the grounds are beautifully kept and the unit had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen and plenty of bedding. Loved the fireplace on the chilly July mornings :-)
- Nancy (8/5): - Nice, quiet place. Would surely stay here again. The bed was very uncomfortable but other than that all was good!
- Scott (8/5): - Simple spacious clean well equipped 2 bdrm condo.
- Roy S. (10/5): Double Date Ski Weekend - Great place to stay for a couples weekend. Winter Park ski bus picks up right outside of the property. Easy. But you are at the end of the line so it takes ~25 mins to get to base of ski area. Close to grocery and liquor store. Spacious living room. Private hot tub in the entry way! Would stay again.
- Jerimy (6/5): - Good accommodations for the price. Very plain but that is okay. There is a hot tub in the unit if you are into that. They leave the temp at 50 degrees which takes a while to warm up. We were freezing the first hour or two when we arrived. Game room has some fun stuff like air hockey. The building light is outside the main bedroom so it looks like it is morning time all night. The window shade doesn’t help enough. I recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are used to a darker room. Master bed is quite firm.
- Brian (10/5): - Fantastic property!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent size yet aged and requires maintenance - The condo was adequately sized but there were items that did not work (fireplace, dishwasher, etc.), the unit was not clean, furnishings were quite dated and worn, and parking was a little frustrating as the lot had not been adequately cleared so had to park in driveways. The hot tub in the unit was nice after a day of skiing.
- Saruul (8/5): - We had 4 nights stay at the property and overall enjoyed our stay. Having a hot tub inside the property was a great addition, especially after long skiing to relax in hot tub was a special treat!
Front-desk communication was excellent. Was pleasantly surprised to get personal calls to check on us and if we have any inquiries! They addressed quickly our request for kitchen utilities and extra blankets. They did an excellent customer service in helping us to get back the headphone set my son forgot behind. Instructions on arrival map and touch less check-in were clear and very helpful!
Close to ski shuttle, although we decided to drive ourselves to ski area mostly for the Covid safety concerns.
We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back someday. Having said that the property interior is outdated and the TV in the main room is quite small , things that wouldn’t matter much for us if it was a regular priced place. But for the holiday (between Xmas and NY) inflated price of the room, I was expecting somewhat better linens and towels to make up for the price hike.
Despite these minor issues, the customer service and the personal who work and keep this place running, my gratitude to them for their excellent service!
- Tammy (10/5): - Having the indoor hot tub was a great bonus.
- Brenda (10/5): Perfect size for a family of 4 - Perfect size for our family - 2 adults, 2 teenage daughters. Location was great, close to town and WinterPark ski area.
- Jessica (10/5): Family trip - Amazing stay! Clean and very welcoming 🙌
- Marsha (10/5): Fabulous weekend get away - Condo was very clean and stocked well with all necessities, soaps, shampoo, paper products, and lots of towels for showering and for the hot tub. The checkin was seemless and all instructions were clear and inclusive. Nice gameroom. View from deck was gorgeous, fireplace was great since it was only 26 degrees. Location was convenient to town and amenities.
- Michael (8/5): - The property was a little dated but seemed very clean and appeared to have new carpet and furniture was nice. The beds though were a little on hard side and not sure toilets were made for adults. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed our stay.
