Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, super clean and updated room and even a massage chair! The AC and ceiling fan kept us nice and cool all night. Very quiet area…we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the street. We will definitely be back! Top notch!

My only complaint was the mattress was a little uncomfortable (my husband said it wasn't that bad though) and I wish there was a full-length mirror, we went to a fancy dinner for our anniversary, and I wanted to make sure I looked nice but there was only the bathroom mirror above the sink.

The only detractor is the walls are very thin, so sounds from the other rooms could be heard clearly. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Columbine Inn. They probably have the best rates in Estes Park. Except for here, Dominos and McDonald’s, you will need to take quite a bit of extra money as everything is way overpriced.

Not sure about the rest of the property, but our room had clearly been taken down to the studs and remodeled in the past few years. Clean, comfortable, stylish, and the perfect nights stay. This is a motel...meaning you pull your car right up to the door which is perfect to unload your gear right from trunk to room. Can't say enough great things about this place. Oh and the woman who checked us in was charming, helpful, and nice as can be. If in Estes Park again, we will stay here.

- Brenda (10/5): Comfortable, clean, and newly renovated - We were in Estes for a family reunion so we basically needed a place to sleep because we’d be busy during the day. The motel was super clean and had been recently completely renovated. I learned from the hostess at the front desk that the owners had basically gutted the entire motel and started over. The bed was comfy, the coffee in the Kcup machine was good, the water was hot, the shower was great and was nice and tall, the towels and sheets were good quality, I appreciated the liquid hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner that was available, the room had a fridge and microwave, I was happy to see the hair dryer and Kleenexes, and there was a wardrobe with an extra blanket and hangers along with a drawer. You could tell they had thought of all of the basic comforts a traveler would need—and this was just a plain, single room. The decor was a blend of minimalist modern and classic and not the kitsch mountain decor that’s often overwhelming in some places. Some of their other rooms offer even more amenities like a fireplace. The lobby had a water dispenser with hot and cold water that we utilized every day. They don’t have offer breakfast but Estes had a ton of food choices (including coffee shops, a crepe place, and a bagel store). Best of all, the check-in experience was simple even though we came into town late and the office had closed. And, when we had a chance to interact with the hostess, she was warm and friendly and a pleasure to get to know.

This place did a great job with both! The place is so clean; absolutely spotless and shiny! The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as home, but it wasn’t bad and I understand it’s hard to get perfection for everyone’s desired mattress firmness. I had a choice of 2 pillow firmness and one was perfect. Overall, a VERY restful sleep! Super quiet her as well (we are here in the fall, a slower time). Overall, one of the nicest motels I’ve been in without a doubt.

The owner/manager welcoming and warm without being intrusive. Exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable. It's an area where we wanted to be out and about so didn't need a lot of services. It was perfect for us.

The cleanliness was not only inside, but the beautiful property was immaculate and very well cared for and clean with a wonderful gazebo. Elk were numerous within minutes, and the best pizza in Estes is located immediately next door. The beautiful hostess was wonderful, happy, knowledgable, and desired your stay to be excellent! Coziness is obvious there!

- Edward (4/5): - Very poor lighting and dangerous shower. There were no hand rails, and the tub was very slippery. We had to put a towel down on the tub floor to help with stability and safety.
- david (10/5): - Room was very clean. The manager was extremely nice and helpful. She provided information about the area and answered questions. Frig and microwave in the room was nice. No continental breakfast but free coffee.
- Jackie (8/5): - Friendly helpful staff. Clean and quite room. Conveniently located near National Park and beautiful lakes.
- Zachary (6/5): - Clean, cozy, and updated. However, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Felt like I was waking up every 30 minutes to try and get more comfortable. I feel like my sleep quality is the most important factor when I get a hotel, so 3 stars.

- Paul (10/5): - Room and bathroom were updated and clean. Refrigerator and coffee machin were in the room. The manager was very nice and helpful.
