• Joanne (8/5): Enjoyable. - The hotel was relaxed and the staff very friendly. Ibo, Beti, Mert and Metin all work very hard and made our holiday very nice. Restaurant and food good and reasonable prices. A little further from beach and attractions than expected but was fine. Rooms a little smaller than what I expected. Other guests noisy especially 1 family with young children on upper levels - lots of banging and running around late at night, would suggest putting family’s with younger children on ground floor to be considerate to other guests.

• 302lennyp (2/5): Don't do it - On arrival we were given a room that was too noisy to sleep, they did move is the next day... To a room that wasn't waterproof, the floor was soaked, we reported it and was given towels to out down, the next morning, our blankets were soaked and the water was really bad in the room, my son slipped, hit his head and damaged his ankle. They then decided to move is again to a room that leaked water when you flushed the toilet. The bedding had holes in and blood stains. We left 5 days early because it was grim and unsafe.

• Sergey (10/5): От моря далековато, но зато тихо! - Мы жили в квартире, расположенной на первом этаже дома, неподалёку от отеля. Этот дом находится возле оживлённой трассы, но шума почти не слышно! Отчасти, это от того, что окна выходят на другую сторону. Несмотря на то, что это солнечная сторона и на то, что совсем рядом такой же жилой дом - всё это компенсируется наличием зелёного сада во дворе! Выходя на лоджию вы почувствуете сладкие ароматы от фруктов, которые висят на расстоянии вытянутой руки! Квартира, как и заявлялось, оказалась просторной и удобной. Полноценная кухня, стол, всё это располагает для проживания большой семьи! В одной из двух комнат не было кондиционера, мы настроили туда поток воздуха от напольного вентилятора из прихожей, чтобы детям было немного посвежее там спать. Самое неприятное что произошло за время нашего проживания - это отключение электричества. В самом отеле есть генератор, поэтому постояльцам, проживающим в нём, повезло больше чем нам. Когда в нашем многоквартирном доме у всех соседей уже было электричество, в нашей квартире оно так и не появилось, несмотря на то, что в щитке автоматические выключатели были включены. Штатные электрики разобрались с этой проблемой, но нам пришлось немного поволноваться! Ещё из небольших недочётов, это то, что на 5 человек нам дали всего 2 полотенца, но это тут же решилось через дежурный персонал отеля. Мы общались с двумя администраторами, и оба оказались очень вежливыми и внимательными :-)

• Raeda (2/5): Det värsta hotellet jag besökt - Läget va det ända bra Allt utom läget var dåligt. Rummen va ostädade luktade kiss/alkohol och väldigt smutsiga. När vi bad personalen om hjälp så gjorde de inget åt saken. Det fanns också ac endast i ett rum så de andra rummen blev varma. Sängarna va gamla, slitna, trasiga och väldigt obekväma nästan som om du sover på guppar.

Die grosse Rutsche auf dem Bild gehört zum anderen Hotel. Das hatte mich irritiert, das wir das nicht vorgefunden hatten. Bei der Buchung könnte man meinen, dass es zum Hotel gehört.

• Ekaterina (1/5): Unsafe, unclean, dishonest listing — Booking.com did nothing - Nothing. The worst stay ever This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Booking.com property. The room stank of ingrained tobacco so badly it was impossible to stay in — the “solution” from staff was to spray air freshener. One of only two outlets was damaged and unsafe for children. The overall condition of the room was far worse than the photos, a clear case of false advertising. We contacted Booking.com support immediately with proof. Neither the property nor Booking did anything to help. We had to move to another hotel at our own expense and are still waiting for a refund for the unused nights. This place is unsafe, unclean, and misrepresented — and Booking.com’s lack of action is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

• Steve (8/5): Overall everything is good, I liked the location, the staff, the pool, the trees and the view of the - Good hotel for its price. Smiling staff, always helpful. We liked the pool. We really liked that there are mountains nearby, a very beautiful view. The room has a mini kitchen for cooking. Nearby there are shops where you can buy food. Every day cleaning. There are green trees around, it was very nice to sit on the balcony. There were two moments during the entire stay, the first was electricity, it was constantly turned off, apparently due to the heat the electrical panel could not cope and disconnected the entire area from electricity, but the hotel has its own generator and this is convenient. Also, the Internet was constantly lost and had to be reconnected.

• clara852016 (10/5): Amazing hotel - I’m here just now and can’t believe I nearly didn’t book this due to the bad reviews. My kids absolutely love the pool area. The place is spotless some things a bit dated or tired looking but hasn’t affected our holiday. The food is 10/10 and reasonably priced. Last but not least the staff, what can I say so welcoming great with the kids and very hard working. Always going the extra mile for you. Shout out to mert ibraham and Vulcan (dancing is the best). Not forgetting the manager who is willing to accommodate any request you may have. We will certainly be returning. Don’t always believe reviews I’m glad I didn’t

Basically I would say it was more of a prison than a warm welcoming family hotel, we stayed a family of 4 2 adults 2 children the beds in the bedroom were fine with aircon but in living room there's no aircon and your paying 8 euro a day which is absurd never heard of that anyway the food and drink prices are ridiculas we went ti supermarket and Brought our own food and drinks but can't eat and drink them around pool, it's like you get told off by a police man, I'm an English woman being told to put my bikini top back on by the staff, I waited till later on in day when no kids were around i felt ashamed and embarrassed this happened to me, never in my life have I been told to put bikini top back on, The staff at the front desk very rude wouldn't help us with transfers being told it had nothing to do with them, we had to check out at 12 we weren't given a option to keep room as our flight was early in morning, talip and Abraham, betel were lovley very hard working people also tried to make our holiday better, we used other hotels in the end for pools and slides, Avoid this hotel will not recommend to anyone if I could give 0stars I would

• 137kariannes (2/5): Hotel from hell - This hotel is the worst hotel we ever have stayed on. We booked this for 12 days but checked out after 3 days. The sheets and pillows was dirty, the fridge was rusty, had hair and was dirty. The bathtub was really bad, the door on bathroom was waterdamaged. We all slept with our clothes on. All over really dirty. And dont forget that we had to pay 8euro per room per day for aircondition. And someone try to get in to our room 04.00 o'clock in the morning. This is by far the most horrible hotel we have ever being to. So if you are going to book a hotel please stay AWAY from this.

• Kailey (4/5): Very average, cheap but not sure about cheerful. - Staff were nice. The location was close to the hospital, which is why we had to travel. The hot plate was not fit for purpose, the electric kept tripping on/off while using this. The kettle boiled but it didn't switch off on its own. The beds were rock hard, the ac unit didn't work. The bath had a huge crack in the middle of the enamel.

We liked that it was close to the center and close to the sea. I liked its location. The breakfast was hygienic and nice. The hotel rooms were also very clean. It was beautiful in everything. We had no trouble. I found it normal for the price.

• F2921ZVkerrym (6/5): NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE - apartment spacious,quite clean pool not very clean when people are going in fully clothed and still wearing flip flops whilst walking round childs pool area this obviously being probably being the turkish women which shouldnt be allowed and if so the pools should be cleaned every evening .very noisy road traffic 24hrs a day.the complex is quite a distance to beach and main shops,and we like walking but quite far from everything.meals in apartment not much choice at all and small portions for prices they charge.we never heard any british holiday makers whilst there mainly danish,turkish,russian.weve been too many resorts in turkey and can honestly say alanya being the worst we felt like we was in egypt not turkey,there was no turkish atmosphere at all a very boring place ..t here was a shop directly over the road probably only had fifty pounds worth of stock in it so mainly nothing. all in all we didnt enjoy our holiday and this never happens,so before you visit do homework on alanya.

• Maryam (3/5): I really regret taking this hotel... - aleen het zwembad! Our room was extremely hot and the air conditioner was very old and did not cool the space, the refrigerator was broken and gave a lot of heat to the room and it was not cold inside at all and all our food items were rotten. They promised us several times that they would change the room but they lied that we didn't have room, for 11 nights both the rooms we had were awful.I did not see what was in the photos in the hotel. • S. Ender (4/5): - Gündüz otel yanında yapılan inşaatın sesinden ve gece yola yakın olduğundan trafik sesinden dolayı kapı pencere açık yatmak imkansız. Oda kliması için resepsiyondan kumanda almak gerekiyormuş! Tuvaletin içinde bulunan fan tuvalet ışığını yakınca aşırı gürültülü çalışıyor. Ben 1 gece kaldım ama zaten 2. Geceye tahammülüm olmazdı.

• 393alind (10/5): Best Holiday - Just home from the select apart hotel an it was absolutely amazing weather was good most day staff were all friendly wit a great sense of humour! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Clean, tidy and there. They really do their best to please all ages in this hotel and we are definitely returning next year. Thanks for everything!

• Alexey (8/5): Very good - Not bad simple apartments to spend a couple of nights in the center of Alanya. Good location not far from AutoStation and central beach. Don't expect much from the kitchen in the apartment.
