The wait for our food was approximately hour and a half The bed was not comfortable. We had a look and the frame on both sides of the bed were broken and sagging. We let the front desk know and it was like they didn't care. The carpet needed a vacuuming

This is the first impression, what is it like back of house, example kitchen. Conversations behind the check in counter should be done away from guests.

- Melissa (1/5): BEWARE of charges! - Beds were comfy I did not like how they charged me 2 Separate times after I told them I had already made the payment through the BOOKING.COM app days prior to arrival. They said that since booking.com had not paid for the reservation THEY HAD TO CHARGE ME at check in. One gentleman said “ok we will deal wait” then after goin to my room, they charge another card on file for the nights stay, then charged the card given to then at check in which they claimed would be “JUST FOR PET fee” they were dishonest about what they were goin to charge me when they asked for the “pet fees payment” knowing that they already had another card on file from then initial booking. I had later updated the card through the app and made the initial payment that way. I was not expecting to get charged 3 separate times for just one night stay. It’s unfortunate to have such a negative image of this place now because the beds were comfy, however due to all the over charging I was not able to get a good nights rest!

- Dana (6/5): - Hotel is showing its age. Beds were not comfortable and the a/c unit was really loud everytime in turned on. Good enough for one night but would opt for something else next time but hard b/c this is sadly one of the top rated hotels somehow.

- lily (8/5): Beautiful views and friendly inviting atmosphere - It looked small from the outside but the inside is so nice and very comfy and clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful even when I needed to change my room. The room itself was clean and the hotel was within walking distance to a park and some restaurants! The beds could’ve had softer bedding. The duvet was pretty thin and not very soft but the pillows were good.

- Sue (8/5): Great place for a stay - Good central location and good facilities. Our room was very spacious and clean - the perfect stop. The staff at the hotel were great - special shout out to Ana on reception who went out of her way to help us.

- Shindelman (10/5): Recommended place to stay if you have business in the area or on the way to Stewart - The place has excellent location with free parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. We used the laundry as we were in the middle of a long trip and that we very nice to have that service. The staff was helpful with coins and detergent. Breakfast was OK. We went out for dinner

- Christoph (7/5): Für einen Roadtrip mit einer Übernachtung ist alles gut. - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier. Es hat alles gepasst. Solide und gut. Abends kann man im Brixx im gleichen Haus sehr gut essen gehen. Das Noir gibt es auch … aber deutlich teurer.

- Zachary (8/5): This was my wife and I’s honeymoon trip and the hotel definitely added to the amazing parts of the trip - Parking is great, and the choice of two restaurants in the hotel are great for a family with a baby Doors and showers can be loud at times. TVs aren’t smart tv so can’t access any streaming services

- Anton (8/5): Good place, nice restaurant and brewery right inside the hotel; but late check-in time and poor noise insulation from th - Room was clean, and facility is well maintained. Really nice restaurant right in the lobby of the hotel, which is really handy. Room into the room has really minimal soundproofing, that’s why all the noises from the corridor comes into your room. Could be an issue for families with small babies. Additionally, 4pm check-in time… it’s just feels like really not comfortable time. It’s quite difficult to time your trip in such a way so you are meeting this check-in time. Also, it feels like it’s just not fair for your customers that they need to check-in only at 4pm, but must check-out at 11am while you are paying for a full day stay.
