- Timothy (4/5): One of a kind alright, not of my kind though - One the plus side, it was clean, and the living area is spacious. On the minus side.... there is no Telstra mobile coverage inside the unit I was in. There were tea bags, but no milk to add to your tea, and when alerted to the lack of milk, the managers apologised but made no offer to get some for me (or even suggest they would reimburse me if I went to the shop and bought my own). Previous reviews have noted the poor condition of the pillows (2 years ago) and I would say they still haven't been replaced. The cutlery and crockery is a motley collection that leaves you feeling like you're selecting out of an Op Shop. The foam under the ironing board cover has long since dissipated down from thin to non-existent, so you are basically ironing on the metal frame of the board. The towels felt old, there is no luxury here. I thought I would do some washing, but alas no dryer to dry things overnight - they might like the eco credentials of air drying (don't we all), but that should be the guest's call. Sometimes we need the conveniences to fit our schedules. There were no tissues. The wine glasses made me think I was back in the 70s too. Ridiculous, small, op shop style. The covers on the bed felt well worn and aged. I've stayed in a lot of places over the years, and this is not the worst, but the others were much more budget priced so I expected it. The price point of this unit would suggest some luxury inclusions, but there were none.

We arrvied earlier and were able and helped to put fridged goods away before the apartment was cleaned for our arrival. We enjoyed the spacious surrounds, quiet, amenities and sanctuary of this apartment after a stressful past 36 hours.

Was easy to have the family there with plenty of space, two bathrooms and kitchen etc. secure parking for the car was nice too. Left a pillow behind and they were quick to call us and meet us out the front when we came back to get it.

- Margaret (10/5): BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME - If you are looking for the comforts of home when in Canberra travelling... look no further! We were blown away by the homely feel of this unique Japanese inspired apartment. To allow for room to move we opted for the split level apartment and it was the best choice, my little one could hang with his cousins upstairs whilst the Mums and Aunties sat around in the dining area and the Dads and Uncles could chill in the lounge.... we were spoilt with space! The fully functioning kitchen also was a positive. It meant that we could whip up quick meals/snacks for the kids and make a decent coffee on the coffee machine supplied without having to run off to a local mall or cafe... everyone loves convenience and the ability to save some $'s... The bedrooms were spacious especially the master with ensuite, whilst the twin bed room was just right for a couple of kids to rest and relax in.... comfy beds too were noted! The staff were onsite if needed, the included parking made for minimal stress and the full sized Sukin organic toiletries provided meant no running out or not having enough shampoo, conditioner or body wash mid-shower! The location was perfect for us to get around from being near the GIO stadium plus Canberra Centre, a short drive from Parliament House and other sites of Canberra that we were able to visit. We will be sure to visit again... and know we will again feel at home doing so!

Full kitchen, enough pots and pans to get by, but could do with a survey and rationalisation/replacement by owner. But still, we were able to cook well enough. Washing machine, but no dryer. We hung clothes out inside in the morning and left air con on and they dried at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Secure parking. Keyless entry excellent. Not a cheap stay, but recommend.

Well supplied with staples and a few extras. Pillows weren't quite up to par though. Would suggest a shelf for the bathroom for personal items and another bed side table and perhaps a suit case rack in the bedroom. Otherwise everything was spot on for our three day stay. Would definitely return. Great range of restaurants nearby.

- Dianne (10/5): Comfortable unit, handy to all amenities - This is a clean and comfortable unit situated in a nice area of Canberra. Everything about the unit was very good and we could not find fault at all, apart from the tight parking space we had. After advising Barbara about this, she gave us another car space to park in which was perfect. We received good communication from her regarding entry into the complex, no worries at all. Shops are located within a short distance which is a plus as was the free WiFi. We did not find the lack of a clothes dryer to be of any concern as there is a clothes line at the back of the units. Loved the bathroom toiletries. Would definitely pick staying here on any return visit to Canberra.

Pleasantly surprised, very homely and nice to be out of the normal political Canberra scene. Would use again, they are not as central as I am used too (for those on working on the Hill) but not too far away and was no issue for me with a car. The bed was hard so if you like that then good, pillows crap. But all in all very happy with the stay and would come back again.
