They said they were overbooked for the night and "upgraded" us to a double queen. If we wanted a double queen I would have book it as such. Not sure whether it's a booking.com problem or a four points problem but possibly won't use either again atleast in the near future.

- Michelle (7/5): We were under some stress due to my husband's surgery. The staff were helpful. - The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We appreciated the closeness to the hospital. We did not like our supper in the evening.

I phoned the manager & requested a new folio be sent with the refund. 4.5 hours later, I haven't heard anything.

No help was ever given getting luggage in etc. The food and drinks were over priced. I was visiting my sister in a wc. Was not. offered-help at all. I had to help her in the car put the wc in by myself. I just found it odd that not once I was offered help. Everything was ok.

The staff was bare minimum friendly and not overly helpful except for the very nice person who checked us out at the end of the stay, he was lovely. We were staying here for an event but probably would not stay again.

I received a large room (accessible). Bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi worked great. Only issue was door did not shut tight. Didn't bother me much and closed tighter after deadbolting it, but I am sure it would make some people uncomfortable. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. Along with Gym and business center. So, everything I need. My breakfast (Platinum) was one of the better free breakfasts I've had in the US. Was cooked to order. Bacon was fresh & crisp plus eggs were cooked perfectly. Location is not that great but Fargo is small enough that nothing is far away. Would definitely stay here again next time I am back in town.

The wallpaper seemed to be peeling at the seams and the carpet was dirty. The next morning in the shower not only was there long black hair in the shower- I am blond- but there was also a half used bar of soap. I was woke up several times during the night to doors slamming.

I had to ask for towels for the pool area every day and there was food on the floor by the hot tub from Friday to Sunday and an Overflowing garbage can that no one cleaned up until I asked. The rooms on the surface appeared nice but under the bed was full of dirt and left over pop cans and water bottles. The staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful. Things were just neglected

I had to complain numerous times about my room. I was given some breakfast vouchers which was kind of the staff. But the hotel is not clean.

Will never stay here again, I don’t recommend.

Only one negative, see below For $205 a night breakfast should be included. Only the coffee is free.

- Talk2Shelley (10/5): Midwest Hospitality at its Finest - My son, husband and I stayed at the Four Points as we were in town for my grandpa’s birthday celebration. Upon arrival, we learned the kiddy pool and whirlpool had just broken (heating stopped) and the front desk was deeply apologetic as my 4-year-old wanted to swim. I was bummed, but understood it wasn’t their fault. They gave all three of us breakfast vouchers for the next morning which ended up being really nice — the breakfast sandwich and kid pancakes were quite good! When we returned the next evening, the same ladies at the front desk asked how the party was which I thought was so touching. 🩷 My mom came over to visit so when I went to the bar to order drinks I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary as well. Not long after, the ladies came back over with a chilled bottle of champagne, flowers and a “honey” basket to celebrate! How sweet! We were so touched❤️. My son ended up having a great time in both the adult and kiddy pool as the colder water in the latter didn’t seem to bother him. Thank you, Angie, Kelly and Desiree R.🩷.

- Destiny (4/5): Not again for me! - Honestly this was one of my worst hotel stays in a while. It took around 40 minutes to check in. I was told there was no cleaning staff, so there were no rooms ready (around 430 pm), which is quite unprofessional. The front desk staff looked frazzled with a line, but took a number of phone calls ahead of actual guests waiting. The room itself was fine, but definitely needed some tlc with chipped tile floors and a bottle for shower gel that fell off the wall. Upon check out in the morning, I got no smile, not even acknowledgement from the front desk staff as I dropped off my keys. Needless to say I won’t be staying here. I’d rather spend a few more dollars across the street at the Element.

She wasn’t able to fix it, but she moved us to another room and we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance

The full kitchen provided delicious meals, served by an amazing staff, while the bartenders took the time to connect with guests on a personal level. Four Points is more than just a hotel; it’s a place that holds a special spot in my heart. Whether you’re visiting the nearby hospital or traveling for work, I highly recommend making Four Points your home base. It truly is a unique blend of comfort, hospitality, and family.”

She is amazing and our stay was great, our room was very comfortable and surpassed our expectations! It was very clean as well. We definitely give 2 thumbs up and highly recommend this hotel!!!
- Gata07 (10/5): Good stay and very central place - It has an excellent location, quiet and clean, as shown in the reservation publications. I would stay in the place again. The attention of receptionist who attended to us upon arrival around 11 at night, only dedicated herself to asking what we needed and that was it, she did not explain anything at all, she just continued talking on the phone or with other guests who were there without giving the least importance.
- panlu2019 (10/5): Great stay and very friendly staffs - Desiree at the front desk greeted me and accommodate all the requests that I have. She is very welcoming and friendly. I need to travel and stay in Fargo frequently, she is the reason I always coming back to Four Points! Very clean and quiet hotel to stay. Convenience location next to the Sanford Medical Center and easy to access to I94. Has bar and dinning spot in the lobby area, the servers are all great there too.
- B419BBchriss (10/5): Late night last minute reservation - Desiree at the front desk was amazing! I got in late and she was all booked up. She sent me to the bar while housekeeping went and got a room ready for me. She even made sure it was the room type I requested. I've stayed here dozens of times, and it's treatment like this that has me always coming back!!
- Odyssey24108225141 (8/5): Nice one night stay - Stayed for one night with the family, able to get in around to our room early which was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness center were used. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit small.

- James (10/5): Favorite Hotel In Fargo. - This is my favorite hotel in the Fargo area. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Ben at the front desk. The restaurant is decent and the vibe of the lobby is great. I am sure I will be back soon.
- Nicole (4/5): Disappointing - They overcharged me for the room and after calling to get a refund twice they still have not credited my card. They had some water damage that made it look very shabby
- Aaron (10/5): Clean, quiet hotel - Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to local businesses as well without being overcrowded. Try Red Savoy pizza BTW.
