The last thing anyone would want to hear after a long flight is that they don’t have a room. The front desk manager, Amalion Gerlin, quickly stepped up and help me get a room assigned. • Dan (7/5): מלון בינוני פלוס לא יותר ביחס למחיר שנגבה - ארוחות הבוקר בארה"ב הם בעייתיות, במלון זה הלכו על קונפט בריא ..היו 2 מכונות קפה אוטומטיות עם חלב טרי שהיה חופשי וזה היה מצויין, יוגורט וגרנולה היו מעולים, שתייה קרה קצת פירות בננות תפוחי עץ ולחמים שלא היו משהו בחדרי השינה ישנה מערכת מיזוג רועשת, לי היה קשה לשבת בסמוך אליה ולעבוד,גם לשינה היא רועשת באופן שהדלקתי כיהיתי..מסתבר שכל הצזגנים בחדרים הם דומים, נסו לקחת חדר שבו המיסוג מרוחק ככל האפשר מהמיטה שולחן העבודה.נאמר לי שיש חובה לקנות במלון ב15$ ליום אחרי אמרו שזו תופס רק ליום הראשון..ולא זיכו. בוצעו שחגורים של חיובים כספיים כפולים עוד לא לפני הציק אין באופן שחסמו לי את מסגרת האשראי בכרטיס באופן שגרם לי מבוכה בתשלום לבית עסק עד להבנת הבעיה

• 23fredye (10/5): Great Staff - My stay at this hotel was amazing. I found the staff to be very professional, friendly, kind, and responsive to the needs of the guest. Whie I was there I encountered a cooling issue and Mario stopped by within minutes to inspect and reset my thermostat. He even brough a back a fan just ensure we were comfortable. I also left behind a personal item ,and Amalian connected me with the logistics dept. where I met Joey who provided instructions to utlimately get my items delivered back to my home. - Thank you! • ashley (6/5): Clean but pricey - pool was down - Location was ok. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Didn't like that I had to pay to park. Didn't like i had to have a $200 incidental hold on my card. Didn't like that the pool was down ( whole reason why I booked this hotel) when I called front desk about it I was told could walk outside next door to sister property to access pool. Like what?!? Also didn't like that the $15 room credit had to be used via card on file. Wanted to go to bar and have a drink and wanted to pay cash after my credit was applied. Nope not an option.
• Seaside462227 (10/5): Just stay here - Really enjoyed our stay to attend a conference at Thomas Mernino. All staff were great. Shout out to Nelly, Amallian, and Monique for being so nice. Easy to walk around, safe, we went to the North End two nights and only a short walk. Highly recommend!

• JMW176 (10/5): Excellent --- better than we expected.... - Wonderful hotel in a great location. Booked in pre-cruise and arrived after a very early flight from Richmond VA --- but our room was ready and the wonderful hotel clerk told us to drop our luggage and go to the breakfast buffet (included) which we did. Stayed two nights --- wandered the area -- walked to the seaport district and thoroughly liked everything about the place. Elements could be an ideal "long term" for a business stay, and we didn't utilize the almost full and very completely 'furnished' kitchen except to use the counter for our overnight bags -- not exactly the planned use but it gave us lots of room. On Sunday breakfast was jammed -- no wonder there was a bus of football fans ready to go to the Patriots game. Fun stay and would certainly stay here again!!

He went out of his way to take care of me, especially knowing I’m plant-based, which I really appreciated. He even came over to personally greet us, was super kind and polite, and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. Gustavo is such a warm and thoughtful person—he made a big difference in our visit!

• Lee (10/5): - I liked that the hotel was located close to the waterfront. It made getting around much easier. I didn't have any dislikes.
• Scott (3/5): As above. - The room was of good quality. There was a couple of points to note. Firstly, there was renovations happening in the hotel which made some of the amenities not available, such as the pool and restaurant/bar area also. This was not communicated to me before arriving which was disappointing. Secondly, there was a fault in the alarm which caused serious inconvenience for around 20-30mins on our night of arrival, we had important business meetings the following morning and this was not good preparation. All in all, it was disappointing for a couple of reasons.

• Jessica (5/5): Not as good as the first stay. - I like the proximity. The staff is friendly The pool has been closed for both our stays, and now nits under renovation there was no hot chocolate/cappuccino station and the breakfast was not the full breakfast we received during our first stay. I felt as though we should have received a credit or discount for not getting the full amenities as described in stay. I had upgraded to a suite. There were missing covers to the pans. I did not have any sponges or detergent for washer. I had to find a house keeper to get it.
• katiemW8989EL (10/5): Great check in and hospitality - We just checked in a couple of hours ago but this has been a great experience already, and it is mostly due to EJ at the front desk. We had booked at another hotel and long story short were not given the room we had booked and several amenities were unavailable so we cancelled the reservation. We were very stressed as we are traveling with our 4 year old. We called element to ask some questions and EJ answered and helped us so much to get everything arranged. He was here to check us in as well and he really turned a bad day around. What we experienced here was not just customer service but real hospitality. Thank you so much to EJ and this hotel.

Spoke to a man named EJ who helped ease the stress and got my wife and I settled in quickly. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the next time I'm in Boston this will be my hotel of choice!

• V1184XZryanw (10/5): Extra steps - I ordered a package, which the carrier left in the back ally of the building instead of dropping it off at the front desk. I showed up to the front desk because it said that my order arrived. It wasn’t there so I called the company to find out where it was as I headed back upstairs. I found out that they said they left it outside the building. So I went back down stairs to try and look for it. When I came back down Ej Ortiz greeted me by name. He then handed me the package. He went and searched for it for me. I didn’t ask. He went the extra step for me after he discovered there was an issue. I want to give a big shout of gratitude to Ej, not only for finding the package that the carrier foolishly just left outside a commercial building. But for providing a welcoming stay for the entire trip. He said hello everyone he saw me. He made me feel welcomed and at home.

With all the hotels to choose from, we always resort to Aloft and/or Element in the Seaport district. The amenities are to par and my man Miguel is on point and on his game with any and all accommodations without fail. so we always come back! So if you hit Boston for a night or two I recommend checking this place out and asked for Miguel.

The cleaning staff greeted you every time they see you in the hallway. So very accommodating for cleaning needs. All the front desk workers are so nice. I am here for work and they made a special welcome note that they even singed the edges of to make it look like a fancy scroll for our company. After getting off a 14 hour over night shift, there was a family next door banging their doors and letting their kids play loudly in the hallway. I called and asked them to say something and the manager immediately came up and talked to them, called me back and apologized. Even gave me some bonvoy points for the disturbance which I was not expecting at all but greatly appreciated the gesture. I loved the yogurt bar for breakfast. The lobby. Clean and cozy hotel. Would definitely stay here again for the amazing staff alone.
• EricaNeu (10/5): The staff makes this place #1 - The hotel is clean and well-appointed, but nothing special/unusual for an extended stay. What elevated my experience was the staff. The front desk folks were always happy to help/advise and made sure I got my preferred room during a second visit. The breakfast staff (great coffee, btw!) were so friendly and generous. Finally, the housekeeping staff was the best I've ever had- shout out to Kalltuun and Bernice!! They were so nice, accommodating to my strange schedule, and did an excellent job helping me have sanctuary while away from my home by noticing little details about how I like my room. I would definitely recommend the Element Boston Seaport to anyone looking to stay in the area.

• rachellR1507YW (10/5): Lovely stay in Boston Seaport - Stayed at the Element Boston Seaport for a little over 6 weeks on business and had a lovely stay! The staff is wonderful! Friendly, helpful, always remember little touches you like. Particularly Jessica at the front desk and Hyrije with house keeping. It was pretty conveniently located. Easy to get to the heart of downtown by car and a quick walk to lots of restaurants and shops in the seaport area. My room was clean and quiet and I particularly liked the massage chair in the lobby and espresso coffee maker available 24/7. I had a very comfortable stay!
