The music/karaoke in the hotel lobby was quite loud on several nights, also quite some people speaking loudly in front of the hotel entrance. (my room was on third floor above the entrance). The destination fee is a bit shady, but I guess many hotels in this area do it and it was included in the overall price on booking.com.

• X5674NOellieh (10/5): Amazing front end staff! - I had a recent injury which put me in a boot and on crutches right before traveling. I needed to navigate around the hotel and to a close by venue. The staff immediately was able to find me a wheelchair, realizing that hobbling around on crutches was not going to be something I could do for long distances. The staff made sure to put me in a room that was near the elevator. They were so kind and courteous when seeing the position I was in. Their quick help made the situation so much better than it could have been. I am forever grateful to Jody and Miguel for all of their help.

• W305GRkrishnap (10/5): Lovely - hope to stay again. - This was my first time at this particular property, despite traveling for this convention for the past several years, but I do hope to be back next year. The room was comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. Thorough cleaners, and responsive and friendly staff. I am part of the event staff, and often left early and got back late - no matter who was at the front desk, I was greeted with a smile and the trust that they could deliver on what I needed. The night staff, Jody in particular, were rockstars. Our group utilized the common spaces in the lobby, as it's very convenient to the convention center, and the staff were present, helpful, and friendly. I was in a corner room on the third floor, and while I could hear a bit from my neighbors on both sides, quiet hours were respected and I never felt disturbed. While I didn't have much time to use the pool, I did make time to use the gym, and while it's small, it had everything I needed. The yoga mats were looking a bit worn, but otherwise everything was in good working order.

• Jessica (6/5): Over priced, nothing fancy. - I requested a room suitable for two adults and one child/ teen 15 yrs old. It suggested a one king bedroom. We got in the room only to find out it was literally just a one king bed. No couch, no pull out, and no carts to provide us. Why would one bed be suggested for 3 people. I went to the front desk to ask about another room, the front desk woman said, “I was wondering how you planned to fit 3 people with one bed”! Why would they not say this when I checked in. Needless to say, the hotel was booked with the exception of the single king rooms due to the event we were there for. After begging the front desk to help us out and find another room, I finally asked for the manger. The manager was more helpful than his staff and suggests purchase another king room. So now instead of one room suitable my only option was to pay double to stay there and get a whole other room. The manager worked with me a bit and reduced the rate of the room but once they tacked on the absurd amount of fees, it was no cheaper than the one room rate. Be ware, dont go off the suggested rooms. Only thing good on site was the attached Gaucha restaurant. Food was good, but $400 for 3 people! Buffet lacked, meats brought to the table, OK. No on site food. No breakfast on site. They have a toaster and microwave with some bagels, $3 bananas and a few cereal bowls. Funny thing was they told us at check in “breakfast” is available 6-11am. What breakfast?!?

From the professionalism to the service but also going the extra mile to make our stay as guest a true vacation! They added nightly events that got people out of their rooms and meeting new people for a true sense of community! Starting with Ryan and Rae holding down to fort with the utmost courtesy and warmest smiles to Chantá running the show and making sure everyone was having a fun (and very safe) time The room was clean and the cleaning staff was always on top of it from the bed to the bar! This is the greatest hotel I’ve had in a while because it truly felt like I was transported away from the world on a vacation, and it wasn’t even a vacation! It was a business trip! Will be staying here everytime I’m in Boston!

Rooms are clean, bright, and quiet, and we had an amazing view of the Boston Skyline at night. Jothson, the person checking us in, was especially great and let me check in early which was a huge help. Would recommend!

Nous avions en plus une superbe vue Le design de l’hôtel, très moderne et propre Je n’ai pas aimé la salle de bain. Celle ci est ouverte, seulement l’espace WC et douche à une porte . Mais quand on est 4 on aimerait avoir un peu d’intimité . Quand on sort de la douche rien pour poser ses vêtements on est donc donc obligé de sortir pour s’habiller… et quand ce n’est pas fermé .. pas génial .. Les moquettes dans les couloirs ne sont pas bien posées et j’ai faillit tomber

Just scrap the "Spirit Airlines" like nickel and dime operation.....

Lesser named chains offer it, and at the price you charge, it should be provided in the cost. Also, no free parking!! What's up with that? • yuuy2020 (10/5): Good food, clean and incredible service - I came down to Boston for a convention. I couldn’t get in the main hotel so I booked here as one of the overflows. What was initial disappointment turned into relief. This hotel is a hidden gem. Everything is so clean, the staff is so friendly. We had the SWEETEST cleaner; Latika Naluah. Oh my goodness. She fully accommodated us, and made sure we were taken care of. She was so professional yet and treated my sister and I like family. She felt like my mom in the best way. And the food at the hotel bar? It blows the other nearby hotels out of the water. Overall I would highly highly highly recommend staying here if you are look for a fairly priced, clean and friendly hotel to stay at the seaport in Boston. I know I found my new hotel for Boston trips in the future.
