- Mike (8/5): - A compact and bijou annexe showing a little sign of age and usage.
Lovely and friendly hosts in Des and Joan who are full if local knowledge
- Adrian (10/5): Will return - Spacious comfortable and well equipped

- Gwen (10/5): An exceptionally pleasant and comfortable place to stay, with warm and welcoming hosts. - It is a brilliant place for a break. The annexe is spacious, comfortable furnished with everything you could want and well equipped. It's handy for canal, river and mountain walks and for the (rather infrequent) bus service. Joan and Des are wonderful hosts. Can't think of anything. Mavbe a bathroom mirror would be a helpful addition!
- Moss (10/5): Lovely hosts, a lovely place to stay and in lovely area of the country. Things to see. - We were involved in a car accident on route, so completed our journey in a taxi. We booked the place to attend a 100th Birthday party. Owners helped to try and book a taxi to attend the party and in the end ran us there. The accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable and suited our needs. The owners showed particular
kindness to us. We will use again, to look at the area, which unfortunately we could not do. If the shower were to be replaced in future, as a walk in shower this would be beneficial to disabled users. The step is currently about 6 inches so not great issue. Gail has some mobility issues, but she was happy to use the shower.
- Moritz (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely nice and friendly hosts. Lovely designed flat in a beautiful area.
- Sarian (10/5): Would definitely recommend and be more than happy to stay again.6 - Beautiful scenery. Quiet location. Comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation. Friendly hosts and lovely welcoming touches - Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge. Home from home. An excellent choice for those with mobility issues, too. Well, what can you say about the Welsh weather?

- Margaret (9/5): Lovely homely stay, would stay again. - Very homely, comfy bed and seating. Lovely soft towels too. Very welcoming, with milk and welsh cakes, everything you could need, over and above what I was expecting.
- Toby (8/5): Very good -

- Bruce (8/5): Very good -

Very comfortable and relaxing accommodation with all the facilities you need for a self catering stay. Some lovely walks from the accommodation and nearby too
- Verified traveler (8/5): Well Located - Well located for exploring this scenic area and close to the Coach & Horses pub. Good walks to be had along the canal.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We felt at home straight away. The property was very well equipped and welsh cakes and fresh milk were waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch.
Pretty garden we could enjoy, plenty of parking, beautiful views, excellent location. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will certainly return.
Thank you very much.

- David O. (10/5): Well appointed, superbly located property - An excellent short break in this well appointed, superbly located annex in the charming Welsh village of Llangynidr. Close to excellent cycling, walking or just sightseeing. Des & Joan perfect hosts. Will definitely return.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Cute decor, friendly host and would love to visit again
- Steve (10/5): Business trip - Stayed three nights on a business trip, nice well equipped home from home with fantastic views. Des is a great host.
- John (10/5): Perfect 7 day stay at Llanginidr - We had a wonderful stay in the Brecon Beacons, with hosts Des and Joan. The ‘annexe’ was clean and had everything we needed for a great escape holiday. We enjoyed breakfast with our hosts every morning in their lovely garden with great views all around before venturing out to explore the lovely Welsh villages around or our walks along the towpaths of the canal just down the road past the pub. We wish our stay was longer and I believe we shall return for another experience in the Welsh valleys. Have no hesitation in recommending the annexe to anyone interested in a lovely holiday in South Wales.
- jo (10/5): Home from home feel - Joan and Des lovely people. Very friendly and helpful. Accommodated our needs. Comfortable stay. Will definately stay again

- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful apartment, stunning location - Beautiful apartment in quiet, peaceful village, nestled in the heart of the Brecon Beacons.
Handy to good food in the nearby inn (round the corner) and great central location for exploring the area - and walking.
- Pat (10/5): - We had a very relaxing 2 days. Beautiful location, it was lovely to watch the canal boats going through the lock gates and then to walk along the tow path. Great food in the Coach and Horses which is only 2 minutes away. Mr Preece was very helpful when we arrived as was Mrs Preece when we met her later. Couldn't ask for anything better 😊
- CHERYL (10/5): - Very pleasant stay, Des and Joan were lovely hosts and the annex was like a home from home. Area was spectacular!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A pleasant stay. Didn't realise this was self catering, which was good, as I could buy a few things to make for myself. Fairly spacious and comfortable. Only issues, although minor is the TV is very small and the bed, although comfortable felt a little uneven. Owners were very helpful and polite.
- liffey (10/5): Clean tidy quiet place with lovely views - Great stay, would stay again! Lovely place clean and tidy, quiet, and the owners were very nice,
