• Giordano (5/5): - La posisizione la camera ampia il letto comodo , il personale molte gentile anche se non sempre affidabile Struttura che in passato deve essere stata bella ma ora trascurata ... un po' sporca , in oltre avevo prenotato un prelievo all'aeroporto e dopo un'ora di attesa li contatto e mi dicono che l'autista è malato.... Faccio il check in e mi dicono che potrò entrare all'una ( normalmente è alle 14 ) vado a pranzo torno trovo un'altra persona che mi dice che forse sarà all'una e mezza e mi fa ricompilare la schedina del check in che avevo già compilato un'ora prima ( anche dopo aver segnalato di averla già compilata )

Pas grand chose d’autre à voir à Vientiane Piscine très bof … pas trop entretenue . Chambres vétustes comme l’hôtel mais correctes . Petit déjeuner très bof

• Arjen (4/5): basic hotel, bad breakfast, unfriendly staff - Staff is very unfriendly, breakfast is not good at all (very basic), hotel charges 3% constantly for credit card payments (ridiculous, who pays room in KIP), late checkout until 17pm almost costs a full night. Location is a bit far from everything. Definitely not recommended.

• OSBELIO (8/5): - El personal súper amable , te ayudaban con todo lo que necesitas , especialmente el chico que trabaja de dia en recepción.. el dia que me iba no había taxi disponible y me llevó a la estación de autobús con su propio coche , el desayuno súper variado y muy completo , las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias La verdad te cobran 3% si pagas con tarjeta de credito o débito , lo veo mal ya que es un servicio que debe incluir el hotel , mas sin embargo hable con la manager o la dueña y ella fue muy amable le recomendé que lo ponga en booking para que el cliente sepa antes de pagar ella fue muy cordial y me descontó 5$ de checking temprano que me habrían cobrado por llegar antes de las 2pm

• Vladimir (8/5): Five storey hotel with pool in business area - The hotel is located in the business area of Vientiane. It is two blocks from huge morning market, also few blocks from government offices and banks. Vientiane bus station is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There is decent and inexpensive vietnamese oriented restaurant right next to the hotel. I used to have dinners there. Staff was very welcoming. They moved me to a different room because of problems with weak air conditioning in the first room. Also, staff members could open the unit for me every time I came back to the hotel not having the key card from my unit in my pocket. I have been leaving my key card inside my room so that electric power kept going to keep air conditioner running while I was away. Breakfasts were served every morning on the 5th floor and were buffet with large selections of foods. Omlettes, vegetables, rice, sausages, bacon, coffee, toasted bread, jellies, chinese staple foods were available. I liked breakfasts very much. Rooms and beds were clean. My room was quite spacious. Hotel staff can call you taxi to the airport and to the railway station for only about 15 per cent surchage over what is offered by Laos internet aggregator Loca. This is good deal in my opinion. Many engineering systems are poorely mainained. Biggest problem for me was weak and inadequate air conditioning. I had to ask the staff to move me to a smaller room because smaller rooms are better cooled by (seemingly the same) air conditioning units. Doors to rooms are light with shaky locks. Electric sockets are old and fit loosely. The first large room assigned to me on the 2nd floor had window looking to ugly backyard with mess there. Also, kitchen smell was coming inside that room. The other two rooms were smaller and had nicer views and no kitchen smell.

• Philip (8/5): Pleasant, comfortable we would stay here again when visiting Vientiane. - Breakfast was good enough for us, importantly the coffee was good, hot very good flavour, fresh milk, we enjoyed breakfast. The staff were pleasant, always polite, cheerful. The older uniformed gentleman who greeted us and opened the door was a very decent fellow. Location was convenient. The breakfast staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, always had a smile. When we saw the manager (for the 1st time) on our 6th and final morning, and I was complimenting the staff, I got the impression he thought I was complimenting him for his staff. I wasn't. I tried telling him "don't thank me, thank your staff", but it didn't sink in. In all it was pleasant, comfortable, we would stay here again when visiting my wife's extended family in Vientiane. When I asked where I could buy batteries he directed me to an indoor market, but I wasn't warned that as a recently arrived, potentially jet-lagged, not familiar with the currency, westerner, I might be ripped off. A bit of a warning would have been helpful At the indoor market I was charged £10 for the equivalent of four AA batteries, which were only 1.2volts. It's the last stall on the left as you approach a food market, or the 1st stall on the right coming from the food market, the one selling mobile phone accessories and that sort of stuff. Beware. The pool bar was a bit overhyped, and not up to much.

• LOVING FREEDOM (8/5): Despite the early morning noise, the overall stay was great, and we look forward to coming back. - That said, I want to highlight that Mr. Moon was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff members on site. He kindly offered to move us to another room, which was greatly appreciated. However, we chose to stay because we really liked the size and comfort of the room. His English was very fluent, and he was always pleasant and professional in his interactions. I stayed in Room 407 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to constant noise. The room is located directly below the breakfast area, and every morning I was woken up early by extremely loud banging and movement from above. It sounded like furniture being dragged and heavy footsteps, making it impossible to get proper rest. If you're someone who values sleep or plans to relax during your stay, I would strongly recommend requesting a room far away from the breakfast area. The noise was consistent each morning and really impacted the overall experience. Aside from that, the stay could have been enjoyable, but the lack of soundproofing and early morning disturbances made it hard to fully enjoy my time.

• Hendry_DR (8/5): Perfect location in the center. - The Location is just perfect if you dont mind to walk 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is just 10 min walk away from the bus station which if you come from the train station and you do not want to use taxi the bus station is the only place you can get to the city center. 20 min to patuxai the main monument of the city, 20 min to the night street food market and some temple and museum is just less than 20 min walking. The room is huge and the breakfast is good enough in the morning. The hotel is under renovation so there will be some noise but only in the morning. The room that I got is huge but looks really old so with the renovation I hope the hotel will look much better. Payment with card will be charge an extra 3 percent and this is applied to all the hotel I stayed in Laos.

• Tomáš (1/5): Nepochopitelně nám zrušili rezervaci a neměli pro nás volný pokoj.... - Nemělo se mi co líbit. Ve Vientiane jsme měli původně zabookovane 2 hotely. Rezervaci druhého jsme zrušili a rozhodli se pro Xaysomboun. Po příjezdu nám bylo sděleno, že nám v hotelu rezervaci zrušili a nemají pro nás pokoj. Takovýto přístup se nám opravdu nelíbí!!! Tohle se nám ještě nestalo a to jsme bookovali spoustu hotelů.... Naštěstí nám alespoň našli jiný hotel, ale o 20 USD drahší. Přes Vientiane jsme se později vraceli. Raději jsme zvolili jiný hotel....

• philippe (5/5): Je ne recommande pas - Hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d'un coup de propre le ménage est survolé .C'est quand même un quatre étoiles qui vaut pas ce classement La salle de bain le coin douche qui fuit .bien que compris avec la chambre c'est une catastrophe même des blattes sur le buffet. On a pris nos petits déjeuner à l'extérieur. Le bar de la piscine est complètement à refaire.
