- ZeldaChuang (7/5): - 這是第二次入住，分配到稍舊一點的房型，但是有漂亮的河景，剛好能看到河畔盛開的櫻花。 停車費用是一晚1300左右不限出入次數。 其中一條浴巾有黃色斑點，但時間太晚了我們沒有要求更換，希望未來能加強注意。

- David (9/5): Exceptional quality and value. - High quality accommodation. Spacious room with a big window. Big bathroom, with a bathtub big enough to stretch your legs out. Excellent breakfast. The bed has a top sheet as well as a comforter. Ridiculously inexpensive, considering the quality. It’s a bit of a walk (about 20 minutes) from the train station. A very big closet, but only 3 hangers.

- Shin Yee (5/5): - Some staff is friendly and very helpful. Dated room. There is only heater and no aircon in the room, making the room really stuffy with no ventilation at all during our stay in end March. We had to open the window slightly to let in fresh cool air.

- WORAPHONG (10/5): ทำเลดี บริการดีเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าดีมากๆ - ตัวโรงแรมและห้องอาจจะดูเก่า ไม่ได้ใหม่เอี่ยมเนื่องจากเปิดมานานแล้ว แต่มีการดูแลและรักษาความสะอาดเป็นอย่างดี ห้องพักขนาดไม่ได้เล็กมา อยู่สองคนพร้อมกระเป๋าใบใหญ่สองใบได้ไม่อึดอัด พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานทำความสะอาด พนักงานในห้องอาหาร ทุกคนมีการบริการที่ดีและเป็นมืออาชีพมากๆ ทักทาย และ ต้อนรับอย่างดี อาหารเช้าดีมากๆครับ เสิร์ฟผลไม้ ของหวาน และอาหารต่างๆแบบจุใจมากๆ วิวห้องพักก็ดี อยู่ติดแม่น้ำ วิวสวย เงียบสงบ เดินลงจากโรงแรมไปนั่งเล่น วิ่งเล่นริมแม่น้ำได้เลย สะดวกมาก เดินข้ามสะพานไปก็ถึงแหล่งช็อปปิ้งเลย สะดวกสบายมาก มีโอกาสก็อยากจะกลับไปพักอีก หากนำรถส่วนตัวไป จะมีค่าบริการในการจอด แม้จะเป็นลูกค้าของโรงแรมก็ตาม

- Elizabeth (8/5): Good place to stay for a night or two, lovely staff. - The staff were very friendly and it was not too far at all from the station and shops etc. A nice walk along the bridge too. It was a touch dated, but given the price I think it was fair enough.

- INOU (7/5): う～いまひとつウキウキ感を感じるホテルではなくなっている。 - 滞在時間が長くなかったので、普通でした。 絨毯などが古さを感じ老舗の感はありますが、昔のオークラという風格のあるホテルを感じることができなかった。 いつまでも日本を代表する老舗のホテルの重厚と風格を感じるホテルであってほしい。
