Carly (9/5): Excellent stay in St Gervais - The staff were super helpful, we arrived before the check in time but as our room was ready they happily let us in early and also store our bags on the day of departure. The location is great, a short walk to the gondola and close to many bars and restaurants. They also advised us to rent our ski gear from the store next door - Blanc Sports to which they gave us a discount! Nothing - it was great
Marine (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - Super hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. Un parking gratuit et souterrain se trouve dans la rue d'en face, ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont propres et confortables ; nous avons même eu une belle vue sur la montagne. Tous les essentiels de toilette sont présents (sèche-cheveux, petit radiateur dans la salle de bain, etc.). L'autonomie d'entrée et de sortie est très appréciable : un code permet d'accéder à l'hôtel librement, ce qui est vraiment agréable. L'établissement est calme, sécurisé et très propre. À l'extérieur, tout est à proximité : parking, funiculaire pour accéder aux pistes, restaurants, bars... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! RAS

You can rent a locker on the top (for free if you rent from them and mention the hotel name) and walk to the lift lightly. Free parking next to the hotel (during the Christmas holidays it was easy to find the place there) Friendly staff, warm atmosphere Good quality of bed and pillows (usually it’s a challenge in the family budget segment hotels) Small rooms (but it’s obviously mentioned in the description). Noisy wooden floor. Some areas could benefit from an update, overall a pleasant stay.

Propreté à revoir (bcp de moutons et cheveux dans la chambre). Système à la fois pratique et assez impersonnel de mise à disposition de la chambre sans personnel l'après-midi (porte d'entrée à code). Comme nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, nous n'avons croisé personne de l'hôtel pendant notre séjour de 2 nuis. Prix un peu élevé pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Katherine (10/5): Charm and character! - La Féline Blanche is a beautiful old building full of charm and character with stunning Mountain View’s. The location is perfect for enjoying everything the town offers and a two minute walk to the ski bus that will get you to the main lift in 5-10 mins. All the hotel staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely be back!

Free, covered parking 200m away. Old and pretty steep stairs and no lift to 3 floors above. Not an issue for us but maybe avoid if you have mobility issues.

Bathroom was recently refurbished and it was lovely - there was a door, not a curtain as listed on Booking.com. Anne- Cecile and her family work very hard to make your stay perfect. Restaurant recommendations and bookings, taxi, train and bus information all given. Very good English spoken. Communication is excellent and the hotel is perfectly placed in the town with everything walkable, including the Bettex, although there is a free bus circulating the village to the Bettex telecabine every 15 minutes. Would recommend La Feline Blanche as a great place to stay. We would definitely return here again. Nothing not to like here really. Our personal preference would be to have a small bar in the hotel although there are plenty in the town.

Very close to the free Carpark and free electric shuttle bus plus great restaurants nearby. Carrying our bags up the creaky stairs to the top floor- but they added charm and character.

Adam (8/5): Great place to overnight for Mont Blanc Express - I stayed here overnight so I could travel on the Mont Blanc Express railway and it was well suited for that. The hotel is located in the centre of town and is near several restaurants. There is a bus service (#Y82 or #Y84) from nearby (stop 'Pont') to the rail station. The room was small but comfortable and the hotel has a seperate guest entrance with keypad access. The owners were very friendly and helpful. This is an older building that has no elevator. Bus service from the station is infrequent and the taxi service is almost nonexistent, despite a board listing about 10 companies that offered it.

The owners were really accommodating as I was travelling by bicycle (we put the bike in a safe storage place for the night) and gave me lots of tips for the route ! Breakfast was delicious - would highly recommend!

(To avoid the word arrogance of the landlady) Wooden floors cracked a lot so I was always hoping not to disturb the other guests. Didn’t move the whole evening. No flexibility at all in organising a (very small) take-away breakfast. I will ask a refund. Never again, so sorry to tell this. Nothing, very poor. See above.

Christopher (10/5): A rustic hotel with a great location and an excellent breakfast. - We stayed here previously in the summer and wanted to return in winter - which was a great idea! The location is perfect for exploring the village of St Gervais and is only a c.10min walk from the main ski lift to the slopes. Set in a historic building, the rooms have been tastefully re-done and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight, with excellent choice and delicious local produce - plus the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast is delicious and home made, all ingredients sourced from local farms. As a bonus every morning at breakfast you will be joined by an adorable cat name Snow to keep you company :)

Ales (9/5): The hotel is located in a town center and comming with a car there is a free public parking house. - We booked Budget Double Room, which was (surprisingly) spacious. However, the bathroom is incorporated into the room, giving additional space. We hiked on mountains so the hot shower, and comfortable bed with a selection of pillows was precious. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price of the room. The breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am only. If you want to catch good conditions in the mountains you should leave the hotel before 8 am and there was no option for "breakfast-to-go" nor it was not deducted from the price. A small fridge would be advantage for keeping drinks and snackes in cool.

alexander (10/5): Boutique hotel with individuality and character - Recommended. Our plan was to stay for just 1 night as we were purchasing a property nearby. Due to a problem with reconnecting the electricity we ended up staying 3 nights. The host is excellent and helped us despite us asking for another room at the last minute. The hotel is very well located in the centre of St Gervais, close to the best restaurants and parking, in early June, was very easy and free in the main car park. The beds in the two rooms we stayed in were very comfortable and the rooms clean and decorated in a rustic chic style. As the location is quiet you can sleep with the windows open. The continental breakfast is very good and you can add extras as required. Very good freshly squeezed orange juice. There are no lifts but Antoine will happily carry your bags to the room if needed
Verified traveler (10/5): - Un hotel vraiment agreable en plein centre ville, pas de tout loin du telecabine. Les chambres sont vraiement joilies et tranquilles. Petit dej super et les proprietaires sont tres accuillants!

Sylvie (10/5): Bien situé, coquet, cosy, douillet. - Hôtel accueillant, rénové avec des matériaux simples et sobres mais avec une déco campagne/chic très chaleureuse et douillette. Bien situé, prés de toutes les commodités mais au calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très gracieux. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Il n'avait pas de porte à nos toilettes mais un rideau et cela ne nous a pas gênés car nous sommes ensemble depuis 40 ans...La douche est spacieuse, le lavabo confortable. La literie est confortable et de qualité et le linge de toilette est magnifique et généreux. On a apprécié le balcon donnant sur une rue calme avec vue sur la montagne. Les sols sont en bois ce qui fait que les escaliers grincent, mais quel confort !!! On a adopté, plus besoin de chercher ailleurs lors de nos prochains séjours car le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable et on s'y sent bien.
