Mara (5/5): Apenas razoável - A Residencial aparenta estar a meio de obras, o que torna o ambiente um pouco confuso. Talvez por ser época alta, mas o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado apresentava uma relação preço-qualidade muito desajustada. Com excepção do check-in, os funcionários não demonstraram muito atenção ao cliente.

joao (4/5): Aqui nunca mais. - Pessoal atencioso, principalmente uma menina de nome Edilene. Foi a unica coisa positiva deste alojamento, pessoal atencioso. Também a limpeza nada a dizer. A internet quase NUNCA funcionou, uma miséria... Isolamento de ruídos nem pensar. Janelas e portas sem fechar. quando outros hóspedes se levantavam, ou deitavam às 6 horas, grande barulheira pois portas e janelas deixavam passar todo o barulho. O lavatório tinha as torneiras trocadas. Saía água quente na torneira de água fria e água fria na torneira de água quente. O autoclismo ficava preso a correr sempre água, o que era uma pena pois a água faz muita falta, principalmente numa cidade como esta. Havia uma televisão e um ar condicionado que não sei se funcionavam ou não pois procurei mas nunca achei nenhum comando.
Marcos Pereira (3/5): las chicas que trabajan ahi geniales pero en si residencial rayar no me gusto - las chicas del alojamiento muy amables maravilhosas ,el personal que esta todo el dia muy profesional y personas geniales de verdad fue lo que me hizo estar encantada Reservé y pagué una habitación concreta, pero me alojaron en otra diferente sin avisarme. No tenía teléfono en ese momento (me lo habían robado), así que no pude comprobar la reserva hasta más tarde. El desayuno no estaba incluido y tuve que pagarlo aparte, y tampoco se informaba claramente de algunas normas como la prohibición de invitados en la habitación. Lo positivo: las chicas que trabajan allí fueron increíbles. Muy amables, atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Gracias a ellas, la experiencia fue más llevadera, aunque la gestión de la habitación fue decepcionante.

Brigitte (7/5): Es ist ein nettes kleines Hotel in dem man zu dem Preis auch nicht mehr erwarten sollte, aber durchaus wiederholbar - Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es erforderliche , aber schnell erledigte Bauarbeiten.Leider deshalb etwas laut Frühstück war ganz passabel

Timo (10/5): Good value for money🙂 - I stayed 7 days and had the whole apartment on the second floor. It's large balcony in front of apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good; short walking distance to both beach and the city center. Nice Breakfast. 🙂 Not so many facilities, but remember the price.☝️ If you want luxury, you must pay for it too.

WiFi was okay.... sometimes it was a bit weak... Breakfast was simple but very satisfied with nice omelet The reception was very helpful with arranging a roundtrip the island and taxi in the early morning to get us back to the airport... the first night there was a terribly loud banging noise from the room next to us as if the windows had to be taken out The next day we reported it to reception and they immediately realized that these were probably the windows that were not closed. These had to be closed because there is no lock on them she fixed this right away
Arkadz' (7/5): Good - Close to the port, walking distance. Fast internet. It's ok to spend 1-2 nights Insects in the room, look like little ants. EUR 40 per night including local taxes. I think it's overpriced compared to other hotels in Mindelo
Lycia (6/5): Pleasant - I could hang my clothing for airfreshening. Cosy blanket. Bad wifi. Very sticky air cause the window was facing the road and was on ground floor. So it could stay open for ventilation. The remote control of the ac was missing so no cooling also was not possible. No plugs in the room except one at the floor. The lightstands have also not been plugged in cause there were no plugs. The floor has been sticky, not dirty but sticky. Over all it is a very basic accommodation which is absolutely overpriced compared to other places to stay in cape verde.
Rainer (4/5): Basic accommodation which is not at the beachfront as advertised on booking - Basic accommodation, about 800 m from the beach. It was advertised as „beachfront“ which is absolutely not true. There is no ocean view and one is a 10 min walk from the beach. The beds are hard and the breakfast is rudimentary. The owner speaks only Portugese and the staff knows a little French. We booked and pay for 2 nights but left after the first night to find a better place closer the center.
