Lokacija nastanitve je bila dobra, prijeten je bil tudi splošen občutek bivanja. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location was good, and the overall atmosphere of the stay was pleasant. Zajtrk žal ni izpolnil mojih pričakovanj. Hrana je bila povprečna, posebej pečena jajca so bila hladna, kar je precej vplivalo na celotno izkušnjo zajtrka. Pričakoval sem nekoliko boljšo kakovost in bolj sveže pripravljeno hrano. Prijetno bivanje z zelo prijaznim osebjem, vendar bi zajtrk lahko bil precej boljši. Prav tako je bilo v času našega bivanja nekaj gostov, ki so bili ponoči precej glasni in neuvidevni. Skupina italijanskih gostov je do poznih oziroma zgodnjih jutranjih ur povzročala hrup in motila nočni mir, kar je nekoliko pokvarilo sicer prijetno izkušnjo bivanja. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet my expectations. The food was average, and especially the fried eggs were cold, which affected the overall breakfast experience. I expected slightly better quality and fresher prepared food. A pleasant stay with very friendly staff, although the breakfast could definitely be improved. In addition, during our stay there were some guests who were quite loud and inconsiderate during the night. A group of Italian guests was making noise and disturbing the peace until the late night/early morning hours, which negatively affected an otherwise pleasant stay.

• Nadine Curmi (9/5): - Room was clean and big. Lift was not working but we were offered another option which was good. Staff was very helpful. We were offered to use the indoor swimming pool in a nearby hotel. It is a wonderful hotel. . A bit far away from the centre becuase it is on a mountain. But it is an experience especially with kids. The restaurant needs to add to their menu for dinner but the breakfast was good and fresh.

• Chikendov (10/5): Изненадващо уникален. - Хотелът е с уникално разположение , високо в планината . В нещо като природен резерват. Природа, тишина, уникални изгледи, храната е повече от чудесна, любезен персонал, чистота. За почитателите на природата това е райско кътче.
• Jurica Posavec (9/5): Čisto, toplo, usred Sljemena - Lokacija usred Sljemena je divna, jako nam se sviđa što nisu obične sobe, nego su apartmani unutar hotela i što je kapelica jako blizu. Doručak je bio jako dobar, ali nisu nam ponuđena jaja. Zamjerka je što nigdje nije pisalo da se wellness treba unaprijed rezervirati, pa nismo mogli koristiti kad smo došli, jer je već bilo rezervirano, nego tek sutra ujutro. Također šteta što wellness radi samo do 21h.

• MARCO (9/5): - Lokacija je predivna, okružena šumom, mirom i tišinom. Smještaj je jako lijep, malo zastario, ali paše ambijentu. Doručak - odličan, jaje na oko je bilo savršeno ispečeno, te je ostalo sočno unutra, taman kako treba. To je rijetkost kod puno švedskih stolova. Kvaliteta i kvantiteta ostatka doručka je bila odlična, od namaza, sireva, salama, voća, itd.

• Nino (8/5): Eine tolle und günstige Alternative zum Stadthotel, vor allem für Familien. - Unten in Zagreb war dicker Nebel, der sich tagelang hielt. Oben auf dem Hausberg Sljeme, wo sich das Aparthotel befindet, war strahlender Sonnenschein. Die Schneekönigin (Snježna Kraljica) ist ein außerordentlich familienfreundliches Haus in kommunalem Besitz und Verwaltung. Die Preise sind, für Zagreber Verhältnisse, sehr moderat. Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht umwerfend, aber alles, was man braucht, wurde aufgetischt. Man hat ja ein ganzes Apartment zur Verfügung, mit Balkon, Wohnzimmer/Küche, mit Badewanne und separatem WC. Neben dem Aparthotel befindet sich eine romantische Waldkirche. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos, direkt vor dem Haus. Sympathische Atmosphäre. Ein moderner Aufzug ist vorhanden. Frische Luft durch die Waldlage. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist lang. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein 5G-Sendemast.

• Veronica (9/5): - La spa è da prenotare almeno il giorno prima, ed è di 1 ora per camera. Molto bella! Il ristorante eccezionale, quantità abbondanti e davvero tutto buonissimo. Camera pulita, doppi servizi. Posizione sulle piste, a mezz'oretta dalla città di Zagabria. L' appartamento ha una temperatura tropicale, davvero troppo caldo. La cucina non è attrezzata, due cucchiaini per 4 persone e neanche una ciotola per l' insalata. Probabilmente sarebbe bastato chiedere allo staff,ma ci siamo arrangiati con quello che c'era.

For a family of five we got an apartment with 3 big rooms, each coming with its own bathroom and balcony. However, what blew our socks off, was the service provided by all the staff. For example, we wanted to use the sauna and the jacuzzi but it was all booked out, and then they told us to come after working hours to use it for an hour, and the lady stayed at work until 10PM just for us.
