- KUMIKO (10/5): 誠意ある対応に感激🤣 - まず、誠意ある対応です。 部屋の解錠したセーフティボックスに現金を入れたままチェックアウトしてしまいました。気づいたのは帰国後でしたが、安全に保管してありました。その後、こちらから送った返信用封筒に入れて日本へ郵送してもらって手元に戻り、感激しました。 それから、夜中のチェックイン対応です。 桃園国際空港に夜中1時に着いて、24時間出ているリムジンバスで台北へ。バスターミナルから徒歩で10分足らずでホテルに着き、夜中3時でもスタッフさんがいてチェックインができたのも便利でした。 観光にも便利でした。台北駅の近くは最高です。 夜中のチェックイン、忘れ物、などの件で、ホテルとのやり取りは、ブッキングドットコムのサイトからメールでやり取りできてとても安心でした。 特にありません。

- Lee-Ting (4/5): This stay was disappointing and definitely not what I was expecting from a 4-star hotel - Close to Taipei station and ximending Central ac so it was cold during the winter (however, they did provide a heater when asked). Studios do not have a shower curtain, resulting in water all over the floor when showering. Shampoo and conditioner are considered toiletries so the hotel did not provide them. Carpet stains all over the hallway. Limited lighting so it was dark at night. No USB outlets so have to bring your own power adapter

- Yoshihiro (10/5): 非常に満足感の高い宿泊させて頂けました - 台北駅から近く周りにコンビニなどもあるので、困ることがなかった。移動で疲れているなか、チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズに対応していただいたので、よかった。室内も防音がしっかりしているのか、周りの音も気になることがなかった。 今回は3人で宿泊させて頂いたのだが、三つのベット近くのコンセントが二つしかなかったのが、少し残念だった。せめて二口コンセントであれば、各々が使用することができると思った。エアコンを切ればよかったのだが、設定が19度から変えられず、少し寒かった。

- KAZUHIKO (7/5): ヤッパリ海外は日本とは違う。 - ロケーションが良い。二日目は部屋の天井の煙センサーから水漏れだったが部屋を換えてもらった。元より狭くなったが、許容範囲。 室内のテレビのケーブルが外されてて、映らなかったが、観ないので問題ない。 予約時の宿泊価格はNT$5198だったが、実際にはNT$6634払った。消費税？？ 現地決済だと予約時の価格は関係無い？ フロントでは「NT$5198は予約時の価格で、本日の価格はこれです」って言われた。予約時決済だと安心なんだけど。

- Ee Poh (6/5): Nothing special nothing overly bad - 10-15 mins away from the HSR and underground. Easy to locate with local food options. As with local hotels, amenities like toothbrush and razor not available. Very cold in Taipei over winter and the heater was not working. No view and very basic. Counter staff can be helpful but generally not super friendly. You can leave you luggage post check out but it does not feel secure. Any check out after 11am is charged at TWD300/hour capped till 1pm.
- Shiho (7/5): 概ね満足 - 台北駅から徒歩5分程度で、歩くのが苦にならない方なら、西門や寧夏夜市にも徒歩で行ける好立地なので、観光の拠点にするにはとても良いホテルです。 冬なので当然ですが、結構寒い日があったのですが、部屋の空調は暖房にはならないので、部屋の中で厚着をする事で対応しました。それで凌げるレベルの寒さだったので、大きなマイナスでは無いですが。 それと、2部屋のうちの1部屋は、Wi-Fiが使えなかったようで、主人が不便を感じておりました。

- Catherina (9/5): Great location, great sized beds! - Fantastic location if you want to be close to main station, and each room had a GIANT bed - probably King or bigger! The laundry machines were broken for a number of days, but this was out of their control. We stayed during NYE, so there wasn't an opportunity for them to find tradies to fix it.

- Stanley (5/5): We would not stay here again. - The location is great and close to the Taipei Main Station. There is moldy residue at the shower and bathtub, the room had a strange odor. The temperature in the room is set and not adjustable. The self laundry facility was unavailable during our entire stay.
