• Ashton (8/5): - The continental breakfast was great, there were lots of options. The location was great as well. Easy to walk to sites and lots of places to eat close by. The rollaway bed that was brought into the room for my son to sleep in was awful. The mattress was so bad all you could feel lying on it was springs in the back. My son was unable to sleep in it for our stay due to how uncomfortable it was.

I loved the body wash scent. I loved the slippers. I loved the pillows-felt like I was on a cloud. I loved how close they were to the Metropolitan Cafe. It was lovely walking distance between a lot of places as well. I also love how environmental friendly they are. I don’t think I have a single thing.

Walking distance (15-25 mins) to most places of interest. The pool is great to relax. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been better. While it is decent, some areas felt they could have been neater/cleaner. The bed is decent but not the most comfortable.

Ubicacion excelente, centrico cerca a todo caminando y cerca a varias paradas de buses y metro Gimnasio mediano pero superbien . refrigeradora no enfriaba casi nada , y no tenia congeladora por ejm para guardar helados, y tina bastante angosta y un poco reducida para tamaño amplio de baño, hubiese sido mejor una ducha con amplio espacio

The room was amazing and clean. When I checked in the front desk guy didn't explain anything. Just handed me my key card and told me room number. He had a person before me he explained everything to them. Everyone had got breakfast vouchers. Even when we had a suit. But other then that our stay was amazing. Food and drinks were good.

• 299seattle206 (4/5): Staff redirect complaints to dead end help, wants maintaince to have free access to room while I sleep - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE HOPING TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP OR ANY PRIVACY OR RESPECT. THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANY HOTEL GUESTS QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE. Horrible PLACE staff wouldn't accommodate any resolution to the Ac blasting all night despite the setting of room temp to 73°, the TV was off air and addressed to the wrong guest and room number , and the nauseating smell of smoke within the room, except but for two options for a resolution: 1. Have a maintenance staff member come into the room to repair the issues , so back and forth , back and forth, with whatever and whoever they need with them to inspect, get tools parts or help with the actual part install or ordering necessary to fix the issue or I could just stay in the room and be cold with no TV and a stench of smoke. It was a horrific unpleasant stay, for a place I had higher expectations for. The staff couldn't care less about the dilemmas and only wanted to send staff into my room. Really? Your only recourse is go have staff come into the room , where my only private space is at the moment and give them free reign to invade my privacy and intrude more so upon any rest im seeking for the next few hours ???!!!!!!!! No offer to switch rooms or even comp for the troubles or inconveniences. I didn't sleep all night and I won't be able to. This hotel made my day And life worse for staying here and even worse is they don't care to amend it, or rectify the taste it's left in my mouth. I ask for manager, conveniently I'm speaking with her. The next level management isn't avail today or until tomorrow. So whose going to fix the day that the hotel has ruined to start with? A simple room transfer or comp for another stay to help fix the inconvenience would have been suffice but they didn't , don't, and won't care about the miserable quality. They only will bs you to get you to leave them alone as an employee, and misdirect you to another number of someone who isn't even Avail to help you until it's too late and you have left the hotel.

• moviegal226 (6/5): Hotel is A Bit Dated, But Good Location - I really dug the location of this hotel. It's located within an easy walk of a few local neighborhoods, which are so much more fun to explore than the overpriced and super commercial tourist zone in downtown Seattle. This hotel feels a bit tired and dated, but my room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming, and I was upgraded to a larger room upon check-in based on my Hhonors Diamond status. My room had a separate sitting area with a huge sofa and lounge chair as well as a desk, flat panel t.v., and mini wet bar with a coffee maker, sink, microwave and refrigerator. Since I was upgraded to a two room suite, the bedroom had a large King bed, chair, and television. It also had two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, and a second with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and large soaking tub. This would be a great room for an extended stay because it had all sorts of useful amenities, and it would be easy to share with other people because of the dual full bathrooms! I would stay at this hotel again. If you're looking for fancy accommodations with a ton of services and upgrades, this probably isn't the hotel for you. But if you want a decent, comfortable stay in a good location, this is an excellent choice.

• Jose David (4/5): Mala elección para hospedarme - No hay algo que haga digerencial la estancia o la haga agradable El ruido de la habitación del aire no deja dormir, la limpieza de la habitación no la hicieron en los 3 dias que estuve.. El clima no se puede regular y es molesto al dormir entre calor y frio extremo. Tuve que pedir cambio de toallas a recepción y reposición de servicio. El costo por noche NO lo vale y la ubicación no es la mejor. Hay muchas más opciones a mejor precio y con mejor vista y ubicación.

• Alejandra (5/5): Not worth the price - Bed was comfortable As soon as we walked in we realized the entire room smelled overwhelming strongly of cigarettes and vape, other than that the room was clean, but chairs weren’t comfortable at all. Breakfast was not good, definitely not worth the price

Great stay, beauty city but the parking situation would detour me next time - Nice, clean, convenient, affordable rates Cost for parking is outrageous. $55/day is so obsurd. That was almost half the cost of a nights stay and my car doesn't need heat, a warm bed, shower ect. This alone would detour me from staying again due to the high cost of parkinson's versus the extreme inconvenience of having to arrange rides to and from the hotel with luggage and city transit. Tbe hidden cost of parking seemed gouging and a way to raise rates without making it look like it during booking

Paid an additional $65 for parking one night. Buffet breakfast was good food but quite cold. Had to ask for breakfast vouchers that I had already paid for.

I came off of a cruise ship in the morning and a room was already ready for me. then as i checked out and walked to the taxi to be taken to the airport at 5:30 in the morning I received a change in my flight text to 4:00pm. They were so nice and let me keep my room until normal checkout and gave me another room key. Cannot be more grateful with the excellent customer care. the light in the bathroom mirror in 901 did not work and would not stay in place

• Roger (9/5): A wonderful stay besides having no tub in a Luxury bathroom. - Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was wonderful! When I booked the room it stated King Room with Luxury Bathroom and the picture showed a large tub. I had been looking forward to that tub especially since I'm 6'2" an can't fit in most tubs... then to get there and there wasn't a tub. I was truly disappointed! the staff did try to take care of me which I did appreciate.

• Linenko (3/5): Challenges with hotel shuttle - The front desk staff were awesome, the price was good The shuttle! The shared shuttle situation was not adequate. The morning driver did not show for pick up at 0700, we had to call an Uber to not miss our flight. Very stressful.

• Karol (9/5): Great location to take in downtown experiences. - Check in was great. We were able to get into our rooms early and made it to the afternoon play at the Paramount. Our server at breakfast was exceptionally kind and helpful. Furnishings were older and beat up a little. Bathroom was cold. Not enough bedding to stay warm at night.

A white stain on the cushy sitting chair that's next to the bed. There's a long jizz looking stain that you can't see until you open the curtains in bright daylight.
