- Karron (3/5): Difficulty - By the church Local rentals. I fight broke out between two men
- Rachelle (9/5): - It was a nice little hotel. It doesn't have amenities such as candy/chips, soda or ice. But there are a couple of gas stations and a McDonald's right next to it, so if you plan accordingly you'll be fine. The owner?/manager was really kind. I didn't bring any ice and he offered me some, from what I'm guessing was his home or office which I greatly appreciated. All in all it was a nice little hotel. It did have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, iron and ironing board. And that's what really matters! It did smell a little too strongly of room deodorizer. I think a couple minutes with an ozone machine would probably be better.

- Kathy (3/5): Went home early, because of facility - Lighting was poor, couldn’t read. No kleenex. Some bugs. Outside needed painting.

- Kanyen (8/5): A great stay for an amazing price! - Great location, walking distance to parks and right next to a few shops for last minute needs. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The pillows were pretty flat, could have used fluffier pillows or a couple more. The parking lot could use some filling of holes and lines repainted.

- Nicholas (9/5): Adorable charming hotel - Great location, loved this adorable little hotel! Great size room, very accessible! There were ants in the room but I just smashed any I saw. The toilet needs a jiggle after a flush or it'll loudly run. The room had a bit of a damp musky smell. Nothing they couldn't be overlooked for the price.

- Keirns (8/5): Very good - Walking distance to things. Friendliness of employees. Nothing
- Keirns (9/5): Superb - The friendliness of the staff. How close it was to other things, like fast food. Noise coming from bathroom ceiling fan. When in use.
- Duane (8/5): - Great for the price
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet Bath tub don't hold a plug..
- James (6/5): Short stay - Staff was friendly and the location was excellent. The king bed needs more than 3 thin pillows and there was a slight odor in the room.

- Sara (10/5): - This is a roadside motel. No frills. But it was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. No bugs. Mostly quiet. No issues for the money.
- Shonn (6/5): Pleasant - it was very close to event we attended. the rooms seemed recently updated, new paint carpet and newer TV. the staff was a tenant. it was sketchy upon check in because he was very casually dressed. asking questions like are you sure you don't have any pets. they also ask for credit card and ID to make copies of. Not secure enough establishment to keep those documents safe. bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows flat. strong chemical from cleaning was overwhelming. the hotel is oddly placed in the back of a shopping plaza, kind of weird set up.
- Pohlschneider (3/5): Poor -
- ernest (6/5): - Clean, but dated facilty. Requires updating. Convienent location.
- Susan (8/5): Even though it is a bit dated, can’t go wrong with the price. - The location was great. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy access to main routes and to downtown Galion. Room was clean and nice. Husband happy to get sport channels on the TV. Even though it is an older motel, it was very comfortable. The parking lot could use some updating. Have to be mindful of potholes. The outside is a bit dated. Could use some sprucing up on the exterior. Give the exterior a fresh coat of paint and it will look really nice.
- Michelle (10/5): Very clean and satisfied our needs - very convenient there was nothing we didn't like
- Maxim (9/5): Superb -
- Vanessa (2/5): Don't go back. - Price Smelled gross, like ammonia, old and run down.
- Amber (8/5): Very good -
- Leland (7/5): Good - maintenance/caretaker was above and beyond welcoming, polite, and helpful.
- Alissa (8/5): Very good -
- Gerard (8/5): I will stay here again when I'm in the area. - The room was very clean. The motel is in a convenient location at one end of a strip mall, with stores & restaurants that are easily walked to. The rooms at the back of the motel face a fairly large green space & are quiet. The town itself has some nice Victorian-era architecture. The exterior looks somewhat run-down & could use some renovation, which could be off-putting to some potential guests. The actual room I was in was quite nice. It had a microwave & a small refrigerator. Everything seemed to be in working order.
- Karen (4/5): The hotel was rundown and dirty with a cheap nightly rate. - The gentleman in the office was friendly and hospitable. The place is rundown and our room was dirty, especially the bathroom. There was urine on the toilet rim, dust everywhere and the tub and shower needed a good scrubbing. The floor was sticky. We went out and got some cleaning supplies to try and make it halfway decent.
- Duane (8/5): - Needs a refresher
- Roger (8/5): Very good -
- Stanley (2/5): - Don’t stay
- Brucken (7/5): Good - The location to Mansfield was perfect. We attended Inkcarceration and only had to drive 20 min to get there. Was an hour and a half from Lake Erie, so that was nice. Overall, it worked perfectly for what we were doing.
- Laura (5/5): Passable -
- Marie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shawn (6/5): - Very outdated
- Robert (3/5): Poor -
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roger (10/5): Exceptional - Good value, clean and very pleasant staff...
- Monit (7/5): Good -
- Connie (3/5): Poor - Nothing It was nasty
- Stephanie (10/5): - Bob is very nice and friendly. Cheap place to stay thats clean.
- Denue (8/5): Very good - Quiet A bit small
- Page (7/5): Good - Cold water wouldn't stay hot couldn't bathe or shower
- Sherry (4/5): Disappointing -
- Vonda (7/5): Good -
- Ruth (10/5): - Very Nice, very clean.
- Vonda (8/5): Very good -
- christine (10/5): - motel is by a shopping mall like the old days enjoyed the reminiscing
- Della (2/5): - internet says 24/7 desk coverage. found doors locked when arrived at 6:30 pm to check in called number and was not called back left area then received call. outside door was not very solid felt unsafe to stay there. my safety was worth letting them keep the money for the room.
- Julie (2/5): You get what you pay for. - Convenient to the location. The property was in poor condition. The paint on the door frames were peeling. The doors were dented. The room was must and there were cobwebs in places. Obviously other travelers had issues because there was a sign at the desk that said no refunds, no exceptions, no arguments.
- Ryan (4/5): - This is a place you stay if you don't have a car to sleep in as it would be cleaner.
- Prater (7/5): Good - Very nice and covenant. When we ran shower there was no plastic shower curtain to stop water from getting on floor. Would definitely save you guys.
- Conrad (2/5): - There are tripping hazards all around the property. The concrete is buckling around the facility. The property is very old and outdated, still uses keys to get into the rooms. There are people living at the hotel. Beware of Dog at the front corner room. Dog feces on the sidewalk on my walk to the office. Not going back.
- Ron (9/5): we were satisfied staying here and we are repeat customers. - room was ready when we arrived. Host was very friendly and efficient. Close to many amenities. room not cleaned on second day
- Alexis (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cathy (1/5): Terrible - The facility was in very poor condition. The sink was plugged. The toilet wouldn't flush. The lock on the door did not work. We asked for a different room. That door frame was also rotting but the door did lock. The on site manager had a very vicious dog on their porch. I was not comfortable approaching them for anything. I was very disappointed.
