Guest Reviews
- Alberto (10/5): - I have not complaints everything is good
- Joan (6/5): - Room description was inaccurate as jetted tub/shower was not in room, Dish tv in room not working but was in other parts of building. The staff were good. The food was over-cooked. No microwave or coffee maker in room. No clock. The room was mainly clean and the bed was comfortable enough. I probably won't stay again.
- Clint (6/5): - Good
- Beth (8/5): Budget friendly! - We were passing through on a road trip and needed a place to sleep. The room was clean. Nothing spectacular but fine for an overnight stay. Service was good. Would stay here again.
- Sandra (8/5): - The staff was friendly the room was clean and comfortable. I liked that they had a restaurant and casino all in one! Definitely staying again on my way back home
- Christine (8/5): - Was pleasantly surprised for a 2 star hotel. Large tub with jets was really nice after spending all day on a motorcycle.
- Richard (10/5): - Clerk was friendly and efficient
- Tamber (10/5): - Older property but well kept and clean rooms. Nice alternative to the casino stay experience
- Daniel (6/5): - The food was ok and all the staff were friendly and did a good job. But the room was smelly and overall the property was run down. It’s a tolerable place to stay if you have to, but stay elsewhere if you can.
- Julie (4/5): - It is old and dirty. The bed was terrible as well as the a/c. Not worth the $128 we paid. I do not recommend.
- JACK (6/5): - It was ok for a quick stay!
- Emi (8/5): - This motel/casino was in a good spot to steep on a long trip from Arizona to Washington. It has a personality of its own from the little bit I saw. I got there late and left early, so I didn't see much. The vending machines I saw were not well stocked and there was a bunch of "junk" in the area. The bed wasn't wonderful but that didn't stop me from sleeping great.
- Kimberly (8/5): - Bed was old and soft taco bed
- barbara (8/5): Better than expected - Four Jacks was perfect for one night after a 6 day backpacking trip. Branden at the front desk was fast, courteous and efficient. The room was a little dated but clean and for the price, it was better than I expected.
- Rebecca (8/5): - We were pleasantly surprised by our room. For the price, we weren't expecting a lot. However, the bathroom has been renovated and was spotless. The large room had 2 queen beds and plenty of space. It included a large mini fridge, a dresser, and a table for 2. The best was the custom carpet and tile for Four Jacks Casino. Definite nostalgia. I would definitely return to Four Jacks.
- Gerald (6/5): - no coffee in room
- Gregory (10/5): - The price
- Harold (8/5): - Very nice and clean. Handy having the restaurant right there! Only problem we would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room!! Would recommend this property! A great value indeed!!!
- Ken (10/5): - This place is small and cozy. There is easy access to the casino and restaurant, which has very good food at a decent price.
- todd (2/5): - very nasty very dirty everywhere just horrible
- Lena (6/5): - Laundry system need to update to wash better the towels.
Somekind of powder when I use.
- Christopher (10/5): - Great for just a place to sleep
- Curtis (10/5): - Everything was in order we I arrived, Room was clean, Host was friendly.
- Karen (4/5): - I have stayed here numerous times over the years. This is the first time I was given an upstairs room. As this was at the top of the stairs and closest to the casino it was very loud and the partying was still happening when I checked out at 4 a.m. the next morning.
- Lil (6/5): - Need a room by the road..this is the place.
It’s across from the gas station., in and out.
Fill up and continue your journey.
- Pam (6/5): Was okay - Was good for one night! No microwave but has fridge. Bed is okay not real comfy! Staff is hard to communicate with and check out is 11 and they start bothering you an hour before!
- Cameron (4/5): - Ok
- Darrell (8/5): - Staff is friendly. Room was good.
- Lisa (8/5): Good for price. - We have stay at this property several times. It is clean but very run down but for the price it’s great. Very minimal amenities. Pillows were horrible and towels stained brown. 2 little packets of shampoo. Attached to casino but room was quiet. The food and service at restaurant was excellent.
- Eric (8/5): - It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good and a good selection
- Lane (8/5): - Good, except for the other guest. Making noise throughout the night, not being considerate of others. Probably will stay again.
- Lynda (8/5): - Comfortable beds
- Steven (6/5): - Good enough if you just need a place to rest your head.
- Ashley (10/5): - Really homey.
- Karl (10/5): - It was affordable
- Gary (8/5): - All waa well except the room was a little cold.
- Lou (10/5): - Very nice and great customer service
- Ted (8/5): - The price was the best in town.
- Leonardo (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Cheap room. Mattress has no support so body did not lay flat. Casino was maybe 20 machines. Would i stay there again. Probably not.
- Scott (6/5): Bad Wi-Fi - There was a jet stream bathtub that it didn’t work.
He said there was Wi-Fi and had a password and a modem, but it must’ve been far away. I didn’t get any Wi-Fi.
- Brian (10/5): - The restaurant was EXCELLENT! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
- Chris (2/5): - Everything in the room was broke. No heat. Lamp came on at 1amish by itself.
Staff seemed like they didn’t care about making things right for the equipment failure. It was 45 in my room this morning.
- Autumn (8/5): - This property is older and smaller than others. But clean and quaint. Great friendly staff! Restaurant has great food with fair prices ☺️
- Kenneth (10/5): - Coffee pot in the room would be nice
- MARK (6/5): - Good: Reception by counter was courteous/ friendly.
Bad: Old property that hasn't been maintained all that well.
- Lawrence (10/5): - Easy check in. Friendly staff.
Nice location.
- Barbara (10/5): - All the staff were very friendly..the room was spotless and the bed super comfy.
- Keith (8/5): Good place, great value - The stay was just one night on my return to my home. It was fine. The dining room was smokey but that seemed inevitable.
- Dawn (6/5): Hire a housekeeper - We were looking forward to a great stay at a fun place. We loved playing pool and slots, but the condition of the room was terrible. I have pictures if you want them. We were so tired so we stayed.
- Larina (10/5): - Four jacks is awesome
- Otis (10/5): - Remodeled rooms continue to receive ongoing maintenance.
- Jared (6/5): Quiet cozy clean amazingly priced 😁 - No microwave but other than that it was quiet and cozy and such a good price. Loved it
- Sue (10/5): - Great value for the price, clean and comfortable and attached restaurant food was good
- Michael (6/5): - The room was a typical 2 1/2 star room. I could tell the pillowcases were not washed as there was hair on two of the pillows and a lot of hair not just one strand. Room is very small, but it was fine for one night stay.
- Janelle (10/5): - Four Jacks was amazing. It was very clean and cute just like the old-fashioned casinos. The service desk guy was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and the heater worked AMAZING. 🙂
- handy (10/5): - Convenient
- Dennis (8/5): - Quiet comforyable rooms. Great restaurant. Friendly staff.
- Thomas (8/5): - Staff was great property is getting old
- Betty (10/5): Great stay - Cute room. Comfortable and relaxing. The gentleman checking us in was super nice
- Denise (6/5): - Ok for the price. Quite noisy. Towels were disgusting. Probably wont stay again.
- Valerie (8/5): Practical, easy going comfort - Convenient , lower price, easy to get in and out of. I've always gotten a ground floor. Good span of t v shows. Unable to connect to their Internet, even with my newer Chromebook.
- Delonzo (10/5): - Quick and easy.
- Lorraine (10/5): - Cute atmosphere and friendly staff
- Kelly (10/5): - It was a great experience! We had a great time! Thank you!
- jesse (10/5): - Nice little casino
- William (10/5): Excellent highway overnight stop - Check in quick and friendly. Parking with a 25’ trailer more than adequate. Easy access to Hwy 93. Restaurant service and food very good. Room comfortable. Bathroom amenities bare minimum. No coffee in room. TV selection good. Sleep quality great
- Wayne (8/5): On the road again - For the price the room was good
- Julie (8/5): - It's a fair rate and comfy beds. Nice bathroom #20. No coffee pots in rooms and I'm into having my first coffee in my Jammie's haha. Had to go to bar for our coffee. Other than that, great
- William (8/5): Decent highway casino hotel. - Room was clean, bed comfortable. NO bathroom amenities except 1 tiny little piece of soap. Bath towels were clean but so worn they were practically worthless. Ate in the restaurant attached to hotel. Was ok, right next to mini-casino so a little smoky while eating. Overall no issues and no surprises.
- Georgene (10/5): Four Jacks Hotel in Jackpot Nv - I had a wonderful experience at Four Jacks. I plan on staying there again next month.
- Jaime (10/5): Nice hotel! - Great room, great service! Overall 10/10
- Kari (10/5): - Ways the best
- Kari (8/5): - Was ok
- Brent (10/5): - Completely out of date and very cool, non smoking room smelled like smoke, awesome! Love this place, if you like stepping back and enjoying the past this place is perfect.
- Nicole (6/5): - The first room we were given was not properly cleaned but had been marked as clean in the system. Thankfully we were able to get a new room no problem. However, when we went to leave the room we noticed the door was not latching so the locking mechanism wouldn't work unless you used the deadbolt. It was okay for the two days we stayed but check to make sure your doors actually close!
- Lisa (6/5): - Our stay was ok. The website said it had jetted tubs and we didn't have one. The refrigerator was dirty and the air conditioner barely worked.
- Faith (2/5): - My husband decided to take me out for an overnight out of town to Jackpot. We stayed at the four corners or four squares. I think it was. It was the worst place we’ve ever stayed at, the bed was hard as a rock. The rooms are tiny and not clean the area that they serve food and casino was all dirty Was not a good stay at all. We woke up at 5am and headed home. Never again.
- Neil (10/5): - everything was fine, i was surprised they had a jacuzzi like bathtub, and restaurant in the casino, which was cool, the employee helped me out alot, i liked the place ,
- Cordell (8/5): - Nice place
- Michael (10/5): - This is by far the best Value in Jackpot. There rooms are clean and cozy the Casino & Bar are good sized and the restaurant is really good.
- JESSICA (10/5): We had a great time! - We really wanted to stay at Cactus Petes because of the pool, its newer, etc, but this place was available and our experience was great! There's something quaint and home like about this place that just makes it feel comfortable. It's older, but it's well-maintained, we never heard our neigbors (despite the parking lot being full), and it was comfortable. It's also within walking distance from all of the bigger casinos. The restaurant in the hotel was referred to as one of the best multiple times and when we tried it, found it to be true. Customer service was good.
- jose (8/5): - I like everything
- Maria (10/5): - Su personal es muy amable
- William (6/5): - Needs outside maintenance
- Theresa (8/5): - The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower squirted outside the tub . You couldn’t stop it. I tried to call the office and they didn’t answer their phone.
- Susan (10/5): Amazing - Hospitality was amazing so it’s the comfort
- Neidra (10/5): - The price was great. Room was nice. Very convenient.
- Kari (10/5): - The bar and Restaurant is awesome to have it and hang out good wirkers
- anthony (8/5): - Cheap decent place to sleep. No real extras except very small casino.
- Kendell (10/5): - Great riom for the price. Not bew but as to be expected..
- Paul (10/5): - I really like the Four Jacks carpet. Bright and vibrant
- Roger (8/5): - Just ok
- James (8/5): Good place to stay - Good basic room at good value
- Neidra (10/5): - The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The price was just right for a place to stop while traveling. Thank you!
- Devra (8/5): 2 night stay - Stopped twice, once heading north, a week later heading south.
Older clean rooms.
Great food in the restaurant
But i did notice some trash on the balcony, that was still on the grounds for our second stay.
All in all, a nice place to stop with average amenities.
- Daniel (2/5): - It was very dirty and noisy,we tried to get our money back and check out but was refused
- Michael (10/5): - Best overall value in Jackpot. I love the four Jacks. Great restaurant too!

I'd definitely stay here again, and for longer.
