• Joel (6/5): Because of the air con and none functioning cross trainer I was disappointed - otherwise decent hotel, great bed and loc - Big comfy bed, friendly staff, great location The fact there was no remote in my room so I had to sleep with the air on and it was freezing.. I couldn’t sleep because it was so loud and I had no way of turning it off until the next day when the engineer came and told me there was no remote in the room, probably the housekeepers he said - then he brought in a remote and switched it off. I use a cross trainer every morning and the only 1 available was broken for the 2 days stay. I altered them that the right pedal was broken on day 1 but it remained unfixed.

• Virginia Rose (8/5): We were pleased with this hotel for our stay to visit family in Brooklyn. - We had a single King room. It was very clean with a view of the street. The shades blocked out the light at night adequately. The bathroom was clean. The bath had a small window that opened and I liked that as it kept the room fresh. The WiFi was good and easy to access. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. There were two outlets in the bathroom and one didn't work, but the other one did and I was able to use the hair dryer that was provided.

Dirty, and I got a stuffy nose floor around the corner is dirty, Thier beautiful chachandel in the lobby is full of dirt. Gym machine is not working well. sauna is on but under 120 degree, not function well. We asked for a washing clothes and we had to ask nicely 3X. This hotel is 1 star but they change you for 4. The price doesn't justify.

• Damon (4/5): Easy for work and travel into Manhattan , but stayed out of necessity rather than desire. - The location to the subway for access to Manhattan was great. The mattress was dipped on one side and needed changing. The coffee was restocked daily but not all parts so I had to find sugar and stirrers myself. The elevators were disgusting with dirt and mess on the floor and walls. They just needed a daily clean. The room lighting was odd with bedside switches only to one side of the bed which was the dipped mattress side!

• Deborah (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - L’hôtel est très bien situé dans Brooklyn près d’une entrée de métro express. La literie était de bonne qualité, les chambres étaient propres. Le personnel sympa, sans plus. Le petit déjeuner servi comme au restaurant est très copieux et avec beaucoup de choix salés. La piscine, le hammam et le sauna ne sont pas très bien entretenus, c’est pas hyper clean mais ça a le mérite d’être là !

When I checked in the receptionist was very rude and nasty. They gave me a room that someone else already was sleeping in and occupying and on top of at I think it’s also shared with the government I believe people are using it as a shelter which makes it worse because they mess up the rooms by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to

• PETER (2/5): Do not recommend. Need a major renovation. - The location was OK for the events I attended. The hotel needs a significant renovation. Furniture in the room is worn down and damaged. Bathroom mirror is repaired with tape. Bedside wall light hanging broken. Mini-fridge was unplugged (I had to pull it out of the cabinet to plug it back in). Only 2 bath towels provided; no hand towel. The room doors throughout the hallway slam shut loudly whenever a guest enters or leaves their room (late at night or early in the morning). People were yelling in the hallway at 4:am. Check-in time is 3:pm; I arrived at 1:30 and although my room was ready, I wasn't allowed to check-in unless I paid $75 extra.

When doing our food at nighttime, it was alright. But not great or fresh at all. when going to the pool. The pool looks reving dingy and dirty needs to be repainted. Repaved and redone as well the water was very cloudy.. The steam room was not working when going downstairs in the morning time I got mamosa, and the bartender was very nasty, very disgusting. He had a nasty ass attitude, and he wanted us to pay cash for our momosa drinks, which was okay. But his tone was disrespectful, then he gave me a bill. I paid the bill. He came back with another bill. Talking about he was wrong. Then, on top of that, I saw him. Take old champagne out of an old bottle and put it inside a new bottle. This was on the Monday, April 6th, between 8 AM and 10 AM. And ya do have cameras at the bar, and I contacted the manager named john ajashua or joseph or something like that.And he said he will look into it.

• Gerard (1/5): Many Complaints on Several visits - Restaurant was next door. Ask for linen that was not sent to room. Wife had a use our own linen. Furniture was used up and frayed. Manager was nasty, no personality. Third time we used this facility was each time there were several complaints.
• RODRIGUES (8/5): Un bel hôtel bien situé et proche d’une station de métro avec un bon rapport qualité prix, son seul point faible étant l - La propreté de la chambre et ses équipements ainsi que l’accès à la piscine et la salle de sport L’insonorisation côté rue bruyante le matin mais n’étant pas dérangeante durant la nuit. Le manque d’accueil souriant au comptoir a l’arrivée et le personnel du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner également hormis 1 serveur qui était aussi en cuisine et très sympathique.

It is smaller than rooms you will see at Hotels in other cities, but you will have to remember this is in Downtown Brooklyn. The location is fantastic, there are lots of food places, grocery store nearby. I woke up both morning with loud noise, The first night was not the hotel's fault, but Saturday morning I woke up because they were doing some construction outside my window, Which I didn't like.
