Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber den unglaublich tollen Service. Bereits beim Check-in wurde ich super beraten, was man in der Umgebung alles unternehmen kann. Ich habe viele hilfreiche Informationen erhalten und Aktivitäten wurden direkt für mich organisiert. Tickets, Anleitungen und alle wichtigen Infos kamen innerhalb kürzester Zeit – wirklich sehr unkompliziert und effizient. Besonders dankbar war ich für die Unterstützung bei einem Problem mit meiner Kreditkarte, die vom Automaten eingezogen wurde. Das Hotel hat sofort Kontakt mit der Bank aufgenommen, alles organisiert und sogar ein Taxi zur Bank für mich organisiert. Der Service war wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lily and Jade were amazing, they were always there to help and also be a friendly face to talk to - even more important as a solo traveller. The biscuits in the room was such a wonderful touch and it made the stay even more special. Would definitely return if I’m ever back in Hoi An and recommend to my friends Only thing was the room didn’t have a window (which I’m now realising is quite common in Vietnam) so I had to go outside to check the weather each morning.

• Sophie (8/5): A very familial stay at Ngan Phu Villa in Hoi An - Amazing staff- very helpful with booking taxis to the airport and various things to do around Hoi An. It’s around a 15/20 min walk to the old town. It’s possible to bicycle or rent a bike. It’s also next to the rice fields so it’s quite nice to walk or bike through them. Snacks were provided in the room everyday and the fridge was stocked with drinks and bottled water. A laundry service is available. Some very nice local restaurants in the area Very nice for a solo traveller Some very small stains on the towels and bedsheet but very minor. I wish card reader was available for payment
• Eve (10/5): Amazing - Lovely, spacious room with a clean bed, and housekeeping attended daily. We were greeted on arrival with a welcome drink, and I believe her name was Jade—she was amazing throughout our stay. She was so welcoming every day and genuinely made the trip for us. Jade also gave us plenty of great suggestions for things to do and even helped book some activities for us. Breakfast each morning was excellent, especially as it was included in the price. The hotel arranged private airport transfers for us, which made everything really easy. We also loved the little touches, like biscuits being left in the room after cleaning. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds, and there was free use of bikes as well. The location is great—close to lots of food spots, and only about £0.80 for a Grab into the Old Town, so not far at all. On the day we left, Jade even made us breakfast at 6am to make sure we had something to eat before heading off. Overall, this is the best place we’ve stayed so far while travelling. N/A

• Lise (10/5): Hôtel charmant, au calme et proche du centre ville en vélo - L’emplacement est parfait, un peu en dehors du centre mais au calme, et l’hôtel prête des vélos pour se rendre dans le centre (5-10 min de vélo, 20min à pied). Le personnel est très gentil et nous a beaucoup aidé pour organiser notre séjour à Hoi An. La chambre était très confortable et très propre.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, Moskitonetz bereits vorhanden, leckeres Frühstück (Option für frühe Morgenstunden vorzubestellen) und kostenloser Fahrradverleih. Die Lage war für uns auch super. Sind rundum zufrieden :)

En nuestra habitación la ducha era compartida con el baño, y en las fotos no salían asi. Aunque con el calor se seca rápido es incómodo.
• VINCENT (8/5): Hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité prix en dépit d'un personnel plutôt moins sympa qu'ailleurs - Très belle chambre avec vue sur une très grande terrasse - Vraiment très agréable - Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce qui est de l'établissement Nous n'avons pas été très emballés par la communication de la direction qui nous a demandé de rembourser 2 € un verre à eau très ordinaire que nous avions malencontreusement cassé (envoi de messages whatsapp assez désobligeants). Par ailleurs, nous avions choisi cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement qui le situait à mi chemin entre la mer et le centre ville mais il n'est pas toujours aisé d'avoir des Grab pour se rendre dans le coeur de la ville, surtout en soirée. Dans le sens inverse, il n'y a pas de problème
• AnnaC (10/5): - Superbe endroit, chambre grande, belle, propre, calme. On a même eu droit à un balcon très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux, servi avec fruits frais et jus/café. La piscine était aussi agréable pour se rafraîchir. C'est à 25mn de marche de la vielle ville, mais 10mn en vélo. Les vélos sont d'ailleurs gratuits, super pratique pour se promerner autour. On se souviendra surtout de l'accueil incroyable de lily et de son équipe. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment aller dans la vieille ville, la plage et alentours. Elle a réservé un cours de cuisine pour nous et réservé des bus. On recommande absolument !

• Janelle (5/5): Dishonest staff, basic and not like the photos! - Breakfast was nice, although if you get the bacon or sausage can you will barely get anything. Room was cleaned daily. Not on the main road, but a taxi ride from the centre. Firstly, they tried to get us to cancel our booking, WhatApp messaging us multiple times 2 days before arrival telling us we need to cancel our booking because they had a water issue, when we didn’t respond it was then a booking system issue. Being aware of this scam and pressure put on guests to be the ones to cancel so they can put the room back up for a higher price for last minute bookings, we told them to only contact us through booking.com and cancel themselves if they needed too - surprise surprise the ‘issue’ was miraculously fixed and they didn’t need to cancel the booking!! And they had had guests during this time and no issues had been encountered by those guests, making it clear it was a scam. But to be honest we should have took this as a warning and cancelled ourselves! This is NOT a 9.5* accommodation and is much much more basic and tired than the photos make you believe! The mattress was the most uncomfortable we have experience on our travels in Vietnam, you could feel the springs. The staff come across lovely but on asking our itinerary the first morning they bad mouthed the tailors and spas we said we were going too, of course recommending other options that they have links too - however doing our own research they did not have as good reviews. They also told us they could get the best price for activities - this is also not the case, we could get these activities for half the price they were offering! The free bicycles are extremely old, don’t work properly and are all rusty, not like other bicycles people are riding from other accommodation in the town. The bike seat didn’t stay up, brakes didn’t work at all, they were very uncomfortable to use. We got a small amount of washing done, and all the white items came back dyed brown, they claimed they just needed to be washed again (since being home this is not the case, the colour does not come out and these items are totally ruined).

The room was great, the breakfast was fantastic, the location was great, and the service especially was incredible! We were made to feel really welcome by our host Bona, who made us a lovely juice upon arrival and had many great recommendations for us. She even was able to answer questions on recommendations whilst we were out and about via WhatsApp. The accommodation provides free bikes for getting into the old town nice and easy, which is a great addition. We really loved it here and were sad to leave! Our best place we stayed in Vietnam! Thank you Bona and the team! N/A

• Shahar (10/5): - Exceptional stay – one of the best places I experienced in Vietnam I honestly can’t recommend Ngan Phu Villa enough. This was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip in Vietnam. I arrived early in the morning after a night bus, and the staff immediately took care of me in the most thoughtful and genuine way until my room was ready. Their kindness is truly exceptional – they go above and beyond in every possible way. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great beds. The pool is amazing and perfect to relax after a long day. Breakfast was delicious and generous. What really makes this place special is the people. They helped me with everything I needed in Hoi An – planning, transportation, recommendations – always with a big smile and genuine care. Even when I left, they made sure I had water and a snack for the road, which says everything about their level of hospitality. If you're coming to Hoi An – don’t think twice. Stay here.

• Stephane (8/5): Génial, belle découverte - Bona nous a très bien accueillies en nous donnant pleins d'informations sur les activités à faire et restaurants aux alentours. Elle a vraiment été adorable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, l'établissement est très propre, agréable avec sa petite piscine mais c'est suffisant. Il y a des vélos à disposition pour les promenades et se rendre à la plage. En marchant il faut compter 1/2 heure de marche pour la plage et le quartier des lanternes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement. Encore un grand merci à Bona pour sa réactivité. Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécier, la taille de la chambre et sa petite fenêtre pour une famille de 4 personnes.

They provide bikes and they arrange the tour guide for the main attractions, we definitely recommend the Imperial City tour, best quality and price. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was a little bit poor, since we have to order a la carte we didn't have any idea of how the dishes could have been. Anyway what they provided was very tasty.
• Inés (9/5): Sin duda repetira - Bona es muy agradable, en cuando llegas a hacer el Check in te hace recomendaciones, te da un mapa con sitios que ver en Hoi an y donde comer. Tienes bicicletas gratis para usar, la habitación es amplia y muy muy cómoda y el desayuno incluido esta riquisimo. Está en una callecita por lo que no tienes el ruido de las motos y coches de fuera. Puedes dejar las maletas antes y después del Check in y Check out y el servicio de Pick up está muy bien. Lo único que podría decir es que por las noches se oye un poco a la gente en las otras habitaciones, pero con un par de tapones para los oídos se soluciona :)

• ANNICK (10/5): Accueil, emplacement et la qualité de l'hotel - L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, hotel familial où on se sent bien. Nous avons été conseillé pour des réservations. Ils prennent le temps de nous donner des conseils. Mise à disposition gratuite de vélos. La vieille ville n'est pas loin, à pied, ou à vélo. La piscine est aussi un plus, très appréciable. • Lucy423 (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to take a shower later after check out, use their swimming pool, and a very nice girl I believe her name was Bena ( I am sorry if I didn't spell it correctly 😊) she organised a bus to other destinations including pick up. She did her best to make sure our stay is nice. Hoi Ann is a beautiful city. Thank you for doing your best!

• Nik Danial (10/5): Amazingly wonderful - Had a great stay here while we were in Hoi An. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great. Area wise, amazing. Just a few minutes away by bike to the old town. Food options around were plenty. There’s a billiard bar nearby the property. Great tables. A huge shout out to Bona for making our stay a memorable one. She was the best, cute, friendly and very informative. Always make sure our stay is a good one. Cheers to Bona and the rest of the team at this villa!

• Mario (9/5): - Bona war sehr bemüht und extrem zuvorkommend :) Zum Frühstück gibt es einiges an Auswahl, auch vegetarische Optionen sind dabei. Auch sehr ausgiebig. Die Seitengasse ist ruhig, und es gibt gratis Fahrräder( um zum Strand zu kommen) in die Stadt würde ich zu Fuß gehen, es ist nicht weit weg und vom Verkehr her angenehmer :) Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, das war kein Problem, war aber nicht sofort auf den Fotos ersichtlich.

Staff molto gentile, ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare ogni spostamento e sono stati disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità. Camera pulita, letto comodo e colazione ottima. Leggermente fuori dal caos della città vecchia, raggiungibile però rapidamente in bici o motorino. Consigliato

• Jan (9/5): - The people at the Nagan Phu Villa are really nice and helpful, they offer amazingly good motorbike rental (they gave us such great recommendations and a very capable motorbike). Also the places recommended by the hosts were great, most of all, the spa! The place is located so that it's not really far from anything but also in a quiet neighborhood. Also the host was extremely helpful with helping me recover lost property.

Petite piscine, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas, murs de notre chambre nécessitant un rafraîchissement. Bona est gracieuse et bienveillante, toujours prête à vous aider. Bonne adresse.

Le jour de l'anniversaire de mon mari, le personnel a décoré la chambre, une belle carte écrite en français, un petit cadeau, des fleurs.... Vraiment très attentionné. Très attentifs a tous nos besoins. L hôtel est très bien placé, des vélos à disposition gratuitement. Une rue passante proche donc notre chambre en hauteur donnait vers la rue, ça n'a pas dérangé mon mari mais j'avoue moi un peu j'ai un sommeil léger 🤗.

Además el personal es súper amable, siempre están atentos de lo que necesitas y te dejan usar la piscina o dejar las mochilas después del check-out! Mención especial también a los desayunos que están riquísimos! Está cerca de los campos de arroz y te dejan bicis gratis para pasear y a 30 minutos del centro histórico, pero es un paseo muy agradable que se hace en nada! Nada

• Helmut (8/5): Gut und günstig - Nettes familiäres Homestay in guter Lage zwischen Altstadt und Strand. Die Zimmer sind schön und haben einen eigenen Balkon. Das Frühstück war okay. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit bei der Organisation diverser Aktivitäten bzw. der Weiterreise. Das Badezimmer hat keine Trennwand zur Dusche.
